I have had alot of work done on my teeth, just about every tooth infact, so I know what good dental work is. I was lucky enough to be paired with Dr. Hong. She is not only a very skilled dentist, but extremely efficient and confident. Her staff had Me in, and my pain gone in short order, and for a very reasonable price! I am always a bit apprehensive when picking a new dr and practice but I think if found my mew home for dental care. Thank you Dr. Hong!

Great Dental Services!!! And Its Always A Great Day At Riverway. I have severe anxiety when it's time for dental care, but with the staff"s warm welcome, and Dr. Hong's gental touch, really made the exsperience fearless. Ty and I look forward to future appointments.

I have been trying to call this place all morning to schedule a filling for a cavity and still no answer ! Just ridiculous how they do people …now I have to play phone tag all day for an appointment that I probably can’t even get into for months ! Been goin here for years but really need to work on this nobody ever answers the phones very frustrating!

Neighborhood Health Center Riverway billing department were excellent on the phone and in person. They worked well with the refugee clients and worked hard to make sure all their needs were meet. Kellie Pfalzer specifically worked hard on the sliding fee scale for her clients. We recommend this location to anyone in need of accessible, affordable health care and support!

We were greeted by Devin at Registration desk with a smile when we arrived at Riverway. My daughter was seen within 10 minutes of her appointment time.

I've been a patient of neighborhood health since childhood and even though now I live nowhere near the clinic, I will never go anywhere else! The staff and my provider make me feel very welcome and at home. It's safe to say that I am a lifer!

I tried to call them, and no one will answer, after the better part of and hour... They could at least give the option to be called back... unacceptable. at the office I was seen promptly...

Luann Blair, licensed sales agent, Sheridan Benefits, came to our home to help us enroll for Medicare. Luann is fantastic! She answered all our questions, got the answers immediately by calling her remarkably large network if needed. She explained everything very thoroughly so we knew exactly what we were getting. My husband and I love Luann. I've truly never had such a helpful person.

I love this medical center. They have a pharmacy and great doctors.

The dental office is a complete joke. Customer service is horrible. Nobody picks up the calls. Specifically the Riverway office. The day of the week for new patients to make an appointment is on Wednesday every 8:30. It’s so tedious and set at that time and when I call to make an appointment they never pick up. Don’t try to take my review down to make your office look good.

This is long overdue…but, I must tell you about my most favourite dental experience ever. I, first, started seeing Dr. J. Hetterich @ Neighborhood Health Center in Blasdell. Dee and Rachel are both fantastic at making the office run like a well oiled machine, indeed. However, after my first visit with Dr. Hetterich; I knew I had found my “Golden Ticket.” Now, I’m not talking Willy Wonka but in a round about way; I am! Stay with me here…if you will. I have never been one for hard candy but when I started taking some meds that caused dry mouth, I got addicted to Cinnamon hard candy…so much so, I was chewing them! Oy! Yea, well…now, you know how this story began. Back to Dr. Hetterich-after seeing her for the first time, she found 9 cavities!!! I was utterly shocked as I have never had that many issues with my teeth or that many cavities. Thus, the visits began. Unfortunately, the time between visits were just not reasonable if I just wanted to see her at that office. Therefore, I said to Rachel and Dee-Hey, I will follow her to any Neighborhood Health Center, if it means I can get in quicker. Thus, my many journeys began traveling back and forth to the Riverway site! What a beautiful building. The staff are very kind. The visits seem seamless in and out. However, I must give props to a Dental Assistant named Teneka! She works alongside Dr. Hetterich. She is a genuine joy. She made me feel as if we were long lost friends…and the openness, patience and kindness that Dr. Hetterich and Teneka exude as a team is refreshing! The Dentist is the least of all docs I ever want to visit…but with Dr. Hetterich at the helm, it’s a no brainer! So, to sum up this epistle, I have two thoughts of advice. *DON’T chew hard candy! *If you need a dentist, call Neighborhood Health Center and ask for Dr. J. Hetterich! They have several sites. Thanks Neighborhood Health Care for employing the BEST of the BEST!☮️
