Celebrate Grimaces Birthday.. Big Mac Fries and a purple milk shake.

We were up early and grabbed a coffee and egg mcmuffin for breakfast ,at this location. Although it was a long wait and it was busy. The food and coffee were prepared correctly and the staff was pleasant. Cheap food done right. I have to say McDonald's eggs are so much tastier and real, than any other fast food restaurant in our area. I don't know if the competitions eggs are even real. But you can see an actual egg in the egg mcmuffin. We visited again and this is what our sandwiches looked like....burnt. oops!

I'm all for having fun at work, but there's a sense of professionalism you should hold. When a business is full of customers, you really shouldn't be running around and screaming with your co-worker's and/or friends that come into the store. The morning crew is always fantastic, but the lunch to night crew is always a big hit or miss. It's really disappointing that the only time you can rely on 5 star service is when the store manager is working, it shouldn't have to be like that anywhere.

I sent my kids to get 5$ meals and they forgot all the nuggets and sauce with the order! I called to tell them and ask if we were going to be compensated. The woman I talked to said sure you can come get the nuggets and you will get them for free. I told her I already paid for them so they would not be free and that now I had to waste time and gas to come all the way back. She said there was nothing she could do. They make more money than people do caring for people and can't make sure they do it right. It's actually ridiculous!

The food is good, just like other McDonald's locations, my problem is in the poor service. Before going in I tried to call the location, and was sent to voice-mail twice after having it ring for a long amount of time. In my opinion, if you're going to representing a company by being a franchisee, you should hire people who care about the customers in the area. When I got to the location attitudes were poor as I was rushed through my order. When I go back to McDonald's, I can assure it won't be this one.

I dread coming to this McDonald’s, it’s always too busy, and we have to wait 20-30 mins for food. Prices have gotten ridiculous. I would rather pay $5 to $7 dollars a meal elsewhere. We only eat here on our children’s birthdays it runs $100 to $120 to feed a family of 7. The only good thing i can say about this place is the staff has been amazing.

Service was at an all time low for a fast food establishment. I waited over 20 minutes for a coffee and a #7.. I will never step foot in this location again.

This is THE best McDonald's in all of the Buffalo area. It's operated like an actual restaurant and customer service is on point! Very friendly staff and accommodating! Food is hot and fresh!

Always the worst compared to other MCDONALDS in the area. Cant make good fries, they taste like dirty oil always. Mens room floor around the urinal disgusting. The self service beverage area floor is sticky, dirty and counter is a mess. Cleanliness is an issue along with OVER COOKED, DIRTY OIL FRIES. CHANGE THE OIL MORE OFTEN..

Waited in line nearly 25 minutes only to have my entire order wrong and was also told that they couldn’t give me all my change back because they are out of penny’s. If you were short money while ordering they would deny you service but somehow it’s okay for them. Went inside to get a coke another time and was also shorted my change. Every time I go down to Lockport to shop at runnings there is always a 20+ car wait. This location is in desperate need of new management.

Usually don't need to say anything about mc don as last, if your from earth you know what the food is and area determines atmosphere inside,hood has beggers next to all doors and suburbs has quit judgemental seniors drinking 5 cups coffee and staring,BUT... steak and egg bagel came on mc griddle buns not bagel I said no onions and smelled like onions but breakfast platter had sandwich steak with onions not sausage so either mistake in my favor or supply problem either way im happy,would of liked worker to say no bagel and give me a choice but not that serious and nice clean mc Donald on s.transit

My sweet tea tasted really bad and my Egg McMuffin kept falling apart and dripping grease.

Food is usually cold or Luke warm at best and employees are rude very slow at taking and getting your order like 15 to 20 minutes on average and place is dirty

The staff here is friendly and as fast as they can be. I feel so bad for them when the customers are rude. They are seriously the best fast food staff in Lockport.
