Not sure if D&D is under new management but this location might need to start over and try again. The concept of ordering from a kiosk is nothing new but it would help to monitor what was ordered. Had to ask for my donut which you ASKED to verify my reciept.

Wasn't sure what to order and the friendly associate was kind enough to offer suggestions and super nice! Coffee was great and was a wonderful suggestion

Place is a joke disrespectful kids at pizza a more and Dunkin service sucks you can only get sausage bacon or egg sandwhiches. Noone speaks English its hard to understand what they are saying

Purchased 6 vegetable egg bites yesterday. Unetable. Almost chocked on little bits of orange looking pieces. The manager said this was bacon. Not sure why that would be …. It was marketed as vegetarian. I thought it was plastic. I even thought maybe cheese. But couldn’t swallow these particles. However the manager was very cooperative in refunding my money. Other food options at this location are good. Just a warning about the egg bites!

Good food but might be nice if employees asked if you had the rewards app instead of scanning their own personal phone and taking your points for themselves 😂

Service was mediocre at best, the pizza was not even close to mediocre, spiciest cheese and pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had. So much potential just missing the target.

Waste 🗑 of money, I do not eat onion due to religious reasons, specially mentioned them, though they gave me Bagel with onion, I had to dump those in garbage

I drove an extra 20 minutes just to hopefully get my order right after getting them wrong two mornings in a row at the Dunkin closest to me. I always spend 25$ when I order... Almost every single day. Do the math. Thank you Grand Island for getting my order right. It was worth the drive.

I ordered medium coolatas got charged for larges n they were watery AF. Never coming back.

There's a pizza place there, too, but it just had a nice cozy atmosphere if you just wanted to eat and drink your order there.

Watch the girls behind the counter bash the coffee filter holder on the rim of the garbage then back to making coffee.. didn’t even rinse it off.. waited forever for my order to be taken.

Great service!! We’re always greeted with a warm welcome from every employee!! Doughnuts are always delicious & fresh too!!

Please train your employees how to make the coffee that is ordered. Also every time I ask for k cups in drive thru they say they are out so I have to go inside to show them where it is.

Love this place! The coffee is excellent and people are always friendly. Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher and turkey sausage no cheese on a muffin are my go-to quick select. Everything bagel bites, mmmmmm. Get the app and order ahead so you can walk in and snag it or go through the drive-through quicker. Also, it earns you points that you can redeem for free stuff later.

Absolute terrible service. Took us twenty minutes to get a black iced coffee at 11 am. Food was good though once we got it.

Very friendly staff, if you come fairly regularly, they even usually remember your order. Fastest coffee place on Grand Island! And being located inside a gas station, one stop can fill your tank and get you a GREAT cup of coffee!
