I had always loved going to Franco’s and ordering their white pizza. After work yesterday I decided to try something different and get half white and half chicken bacon ranch. Had not eaten anything else that day so I was very excited. The chicken bacon ranch tasted a bit funny and in the middle of the night I wake up with food poisoning.

We ordered pizza and subs last night , our order got here fast and everything was hot & fresh. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we wanted chicken wings but they were just priced to high. Realizing though that's not really their fault we did the sub & pizza to save a few bucks. Delicious!

05/09/2023 I ordered a slice of pepperoni for $4.78 plus tax. The pizza crust and sauce is bland and absolutely flavorless. I don't even think they use salt. A manager/staff member? didn't even greet me. Was too busy stocking the soda cooler and ordering employees to do tasks. None of the staff seem to like working there. Restroom was dirty, and the restroom door was covered with flour and dough from employees using it. Before I left, another employee arrived, and I asked if they were the manager, and they said yes. I gave my concerns about the poor food and service. They told me to go ahead write my review, and "higher ups" will deal with it. I'm not sure how this restaurant has won ANY awards.

I gave atmosphere 3 stars because it is pretty tight area where you order and wait. But service was excellent with a smile and offer to reheat the slices. Wonderful crowd of employees 👏 And the pizza is sooo good. Crispy edges, Large slices!, and very good quality cheese. YUM.

Please be Advised: I've been here many times but. Let me say this, asking $12.38 for 2 slices of pizza will have me looking elsewhere. Also, this is buffalo, there's plenty of pizza places with more flavor for a fairer price. There were only two slices left, both dried up and should have been thrown away. Not sure if I'll consider Francos again.

First time ordering a pizza. We live on GI, and would not hesitate ordering again. Sauce was delicious, and prices are excellent.

Really good pizza. I do wish they had a little more crust on the pizza. But overall, very tasty and filling. Definitely worth the price.

My Wife and Myself are From Ohio! We were recommended from the waitress at Swistons to Go to Francos for Pizza for on the way Home! It Was the Best! The Employees were Awesome! Buffalo Style Pizza is The BEST!

Pizza always good..little dark on edges this time but no major problem.VERY busy yesterday.crew was great Iam a former pizza manager and know when I see a well oiled machine and NO one was panicking!!

These are pictures of the chicken finger sub I ordered from the 600 Delaware store last week. Here is my exchange with who I presumed to be the manager upon returning it: “The remake will be right up.” “Okay.” “You can either keep that or throw it away. We don’t accept returned food.” “Okay. Do you have any fresh fries?” (Since the ones at home might be cold after 2 trips to the store.) (Cutting me off) “No. I don’t.” I’ve been ordering from Franco’s for 30+ years. I’m not sure what was more disgusting from this experience - the almost being food poisoned, or the blatant disregard for basic customer service.

I ordered my food online and this is the second time it was not what I ordered. When I called to tell them that my pizza was wrong, they told me don't order online they recommend just calling because online gets confusing. I wasn’t confused and I know what I ordered. However again this is the second time my pizza was wrong.

Staff and service was prompt and courteous, with food being served in 15 min after ordering. I like the pizza crust as it is a stone based oven and not air bake. It could have cooked a little longer in my opinion as the crest was limp in the middle when eaten fresh from the oven with a few minutes of open box cooling time. The crust texture is between Napolitan and deep dish. This makes it really tasty. I also ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap. Considering this is the home of said name sake ;), the fried version I got was good. They roll it short but thick, making the flavor experience good, especially because the use of Blue Cheese dressing by default and not loser Ranch. All in all its a decent small chain trying to do it right. 4 stars due to limp middle. The location I visited only had limited high top table seating and no table service. Location was handicap accessible, but with no automatic/button depressed doors.

Ordered pizza w/ extra sauces, they forgot the sauce. Called and was transferred to the manager. He was so kind and offered a credit for my next order considering I live a small bit away, and did not want to drive back. Pizza was still delicious. But all in all so happy with the kindness unlike just pizza on grand island. We will for sure be ordering again probably next week! Great food and customer service. 10 out 10 great job! 😀

Franco’s is always spot-on with my order! The food is always hot and delicious. Fantastic pizza and the garlic parmesan wings are my FAVORITE!! Staff is so friendly on the phone and when encountered in person for pickup. Thank you Franco’s for being my go-to pizza place!!

I recently had their sovlaki chicken sub and it was absolutely stuffed and delicious. The Kickin' Bourbon boneless wings were so good, first time trying that sauce and everyone loved it.

Basic buffalo pizza, it's pretty good. The cinnamon bread is good in a pinch for something sweet but nothing to write home about. Pass on the garlic bread.

Pizza and wings are always hot and delicious. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I am disappointed that they no longer offer pineapple as a topping.

I've literally never had a bad item from here. It's always consistent, and always fantastic. Just keep it up and my family and I will keep ordering.

Food is always fantastic, delivery is always reasonable whether we order from home or from work, everyone at all locations have always been kind polite.

Normally our orders are spot on. This time they were a little lacking. I ordered extra baked on the pizza, and it was by no means extra baked. We ordered boneless wings, which in the past with the package, there are 30 not 20. We ordered the hot barbecue, and they were barely sauced. Which made them very dry. I have to say with all the times I've ordered from franco's, this is the most disappointed I've ever been.

They were extremely under staffed and didn't have slices available for me to try but their fries are suuuuper good. Very good I've never had fries like that, so big, maybe a little battered?

I'll never understand why it takes 45 minutes to prepare 2 subs (1 cold) and fries when told 30 minutes at time of placing the order?!? Then to have the fries be cold, the order not fulfilled and the hot sub barely warm and sloppy as can be... SMH. Calling to complain gets you nowhere. With 12 people working in one location, you'd think things would run smoother, but not these days. The size of the subs is unmatched, and usually very good. Just missed the mark today!

A manager definitely took my order good customer service skills. Asked if I wanted it fired right up had it ready by the time I pulled up even though I was only 2 miles away when I called. Very solid leader to have on your team. I didn't get his name but he had some kind of text tattoo down his right forearm.

Consistently prepared are the items I order. One huge improvement to your chicken wing offering is to add barbecued wings off the pit. The pit is the best way to serve barbecued wings. If you want to be the best, consider adding grill pits. 🤓

This was my first time ordering from here and I have to say that the pizza and the bruschetta bread appetizer were excellent. The place was extremely busy when I went to pick up my order, but the staff was doing everything possible to serve everyone as quickly as possible. I would recommend checking this place out the next time you want some pizza or other food.

Order our pizza online in the afternoon to be ready later in the evening. Clearly stated the pickup time. When i went to pick up the pizza i could tell from holding the box it was not hot. I wonder if they made the pizza when i ordered it 3+ hours earlier. Pizza was fine. You could just tell it wasn’t fresh.

Literally the rudest people I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Worst service, really really late food, and they seem to enjoy screwing up. Definitely a management issue. Do yourself a favor and do not order delivery or doordash from these guys!!

Everything was really good. The amount of steak on our steak subs was generous to say the least. When our food got delivered everything was still hot. I was really impressed. Love Franco's!

Pizza was excellent. One of the best in Western New York. The wings were good. I had better but not bad. I only had to wait an extra 10 minutes from the agreed upon pick up time but the pizza was hot so it was worth it. There was also a customer there that was being difficult. The cashier handled him well and was able to keep him from getting more aggressive. Overall, a very good experience.

Pizza was good, got beef pepperoni. Only complaint was it was little greasy but you will tend to get that with pepperoni.

Ordered online. Food was ready when I got there and it was awesome. The garlic parm wings were amazing!

The staff is incredible. They have politely corrected me on my order to the way I prefer it. Best pizza in fingers in town. Hands-down.

Their buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite! Always good, even leftovers are delicious. Loved the medium wings too!

Honestly it's hit or miss... Ordered a personal white pizza 2 Wednesdays ago and it was amazing decided on Friday I was gonna order it again and it was just meh...

Great food and made pretty nicely I would definitely eat from here again but the one cook needs to definitely lay back on comments while working

Ordered in advance for a party. Everything came right on time (actually a couple minutes early - which was great!) and piping hot! Came as ordered and was delicious! We always use Franco’s for parties and they never disappoint. I thought it would have been hard to get the order in or even delivery delay because of the Bills game but nope! Great service and great food. Everyone loved the wraps too! Chicken fingers, fries and pizza were great as always.
