I have had positive experiences from classes and events that I attended. A very beautiful vibe in a beautiful space. I love the "out west" feel and energy that has been infused throughout. I love the rooms there, but the Sedona room may be my favorite!

Massage therapist, Stephanie, has relieved my neck and shoulder tension. She listens and heals. I started to see her monthly almost one year ago. She is great!

Decided on a month membership to start, so I could have the benefit of trying several classes. I had such a good experience, I purchased an annual membership. All of the staff is kind and helpful. I have participated in special classes and have had 2 massages so far. When you walk through the door you are surrounded by a feeling of peace. There is something about the energy here that makes it special. Perhaps it’s because we are all here for the same reason. Whatever it is…..I promise you will not be disappointed.

I have been with Somacura for a little more than one year now and I just love the yoga classes. Instructors are easy to follow especially online which I do most of the time. I love how they switch it up too so you stretch different parts. Very accommodating and support is great if you do take classes online and have any audio issues. Very happy to continue with my yoga practice here.

I love Soma Cura, and all the services I've received the past two years! The environment is very calming and welcoming, and the staff is always patient and explains everything thoroughly. The salt room experience is a must do during high allergy seasons.

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere. From the staff to the purposefully created rooms you can tell how important overall health is to the team that works here. Dan always has a smile on his face and guides you through all the specific rooms and how they benefit your own body. You could genuinely spend an entire afternoon here utilizing the salt cave, yoga space, sauna and personalized massage. Thank you Soma Cura for being here for all of us!

From the person signing you in, the entire experience at Soma Cura is positive. The classes are fun, while being a full body workout. If I have back pain, usually one class improves my pain. The instructors start the classes on time and are very helpful throughout the class. The place is always clean and neat.

Soma! The Best place on Grand Island! I have been taking advantage of massages for several years. A1 every time! I have recently now started taking yoga classes. I was not experienced at all, but Sue, Peg and Vanessa really got me to enjoy it. Soma is all about a healthy YOU. Just walk in the place and you’ll see.

This place just screams Zen. You can’t help but smile when you walk in and out. It’s a hidden gem in a plaza. There is attention in every detail. They offer a wide variety of services aside from Yoga. The schedule is generous with times to accommodate all. Highly recommended!

I’m a regular to the free outdoor yoga classes offered throughout the entire summer and I am so thankful for them. The yin-yoga classes on Tuesdays 6 pm Niawanda Park (Sue and Ruth) are so healing, mentally and physically. The Thursday classes 6pm Niawanda Park with Martha flow so beautifully and are curated with intention. If you have not treated yourself to yoga, this is a great (and free) way to start! I can’t say enough! Bring a friend and a mat;)

With no experience, I started practicing yoga at Soma Cura a few months ago. The yoga leaders are excellent teachers and Soma Cura offers various levels of yoga to suit the needs of anyone from total beginners to those with experience. Above all, Soma Cura has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that has made a yoga novice like me feel truly at ease.

I had an amazing massage with Imelda. One of the best I've had. I also love the yoga classes. All of the instructors are kind and helpful. I get an overall feeling of peacefulness at Soma Cura. I highly recommend!

I've only attended a few classes here, but have loved each one! Last night we tried their sallt room for the first time. I love it's small and private. The yoga I can't comment on, I've only done special events. I plan to try their yoga classes that are regularly scheduled!

I was given a massage as a gift. From the moment I entered I was greeted by staff and attended to immediately. After giving my information I had a very short wait and was taken into a very comfortable room. Music and lighting was very relaxing. My masseuse was very friendly and she did an amazing job. I felt like a million bucks afterward! Would recommend!

Words fail me when I endeavor to describe my elevated state of being following one of Soma Cura’s fabulous massages, but I use no hyperbole when I say that the experience transcends mere creature pleasure, to take me to my inimitable Happy Place spiritually, mentally and physically. If you want to feel like million bucks, and greatly enhance your enjoyment of future years, learn & practice yoga, try the salt room and then reward yourself with a full-body massage.

I was brand spanking new to yoga. I went to Soma Cura. They have a great team there that took great care of me and helped me on my way. I am able to practice at home now with u-tube and am confident with what I'm doing. I'll be back to Soma Cura after summer when things slow down more.

I’ve been availing myself of Soma Cura’s services for years now. I enjoy yoga classes, massages, and salt treatments. I’m no spring chicken, but they have spurred me on to keep mobility by working on stretching, balance, and strength issues. The instructors are very knowledgeable about physiology and they challenge us students to do our best, but they never demand you do or hold the poses more than “your partner” (your body) allows. Practicing yoga is an important part of my health regime. The whole staff is extremely cordial, competent and accommodating!

They are so friendly and helpful, even to rookies. They interact so well with the clients. Olivia was outstanding. Consider her for your massage! I will be back =]

Soma Cura has truly been a haven for me. Sue and Matt and the staff are so welcoming. The yoga classes are wonderful for your Mind and Body. The salt room is relaxing and really helps with sinus & skin issues. I highly suggest you try a massage as well. You'll be hooked!

Everything about Soma Cura is top-notch! What a great asset to the community. A warm & welcoming atmosphere...really a true sanctuary. My favorite is the heated yoga classes-it helps me get through our cold winters. My husband loves coming to the classes too. We both have truly benefitted from all they have to offer & we have met so many beautiful people. You will definitely walk out with a smile on your face!

I've been to Soma Cura twice for massage services. There have been a blast of emails recently for holiday gifting.....I would love to go back, but I might find another establishment first. Treatment was good, but the customer service was not great. They definitely made the "regulars" hanging out in the lobby or waiting for class feel more important. I had to reach out and interrupt personal conversations to ask where to put my coat. Also, I ordered services online as well as over the phone that were just not provided or told they would not be allowed due to COVID restrictions, etc. Solid three, but easy customer service fixes could push it up to a five.

Love the outdoor yoga classes on Saturdays with Elaina! The spot selected is peaceful; shade or sun can be our choice. Right off the bike path, this is a wonderful location with an enthusiastic instructor.

It was a nice time relaxing in the little salt cave! Love all the smells afterwards the ability to smell is restored. Enjoy the white sound and the video of ocean. The helper that gave us socks and a blanket was super helpful so very thankful.

I've been taking yoga classes for about a year at Soma Cura Wellness Center. The ambiance is calm, accepting, and supportive. I really appreciate all of the instructors (shout out to Sue, Kathy, Kelly, Peg, & Vanessa), each with their own personality that facilitate the classes. I leave each class feeling calmer and more flexible. Class offerings are varied; Yoga 1, Yin Yoga, All Level Yoga, to Hot Flow. There's a class for everyone with multiple times each day.

Massage with Lesa is always an incredible experience! I have been seeing her for years and she is always in tune with what I need on any given visit. Soma Cura is always warm and inviting…. And Dan has made a seriously positive impact at the front desk! Always looking forward to my next visit;)

Soma Cura creates a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere from the moment you step in the door! Everyone was very nice and I had a great experience here for my very first massage.

Just took advantage of the introductory 60 days unlimited yoga for $60. First visit was exactly what I was looking for. Wide variety of classes, online and in person. Cute gift shop and a wide range of ages with clients. Men and women. If you're in the area looking for a great space to practice, this is it!

I had the best experience as a beginner and later an intermediate. I met yogi Sue, Vanessa, Desiree and a lot of great people who are passionate about yoga and very friendly there. I enjoyed every class there and I'm glad that it benefits me still. Even if you never play yoga before, there's partner yoga class that you will have fun with new people or your friend! I love Soma Cura!!

My experience with Soma Cura was one of the best I have ever had at a spa ! I had a 1 hour massage that included warm stones and it was very relaxing. My therapist was very attentive when I told her about my recent knee replacement surgery and was careful with the pressure applied to that area. The atmosphere in the room was very calming and the entire facility was nice and clean . I will definitely be going back !

👍👍 I've been to several massage therapists for chronic spinal pain, and this is the only one I see now. She can do a deep massage if needed for the better part of an hour and knows where to apply. Highly knowledgeable of the profession.
