Very outdated and not very clean. Had oder, over priced. What could be very nice is lack of work needed. Fly tape behind curtain, floors had to keep shoes on. Blanket badly stained. Sheets was clean. Window unit ac, took hours to cool room. Had to slam door to get it to lock. The cord with light was in a half open drawer. Toilet was like a ride had to hold on. Very wobbly. Nothing comfy to sit on but old office chairs. One cheap plastic outdoor chair outside. No coffee pot, not that I would had used it. However the owner/manager was very polite and was helpful with information. Just sad such a beautiful place on the outside was so bad inside..

Rooms were filthy! Fridge had mold and was full of defrost water. AC was clogged with years of hair and cigarette smoke. Dead Flys hanging from the wall. Cobwebs everywhere! Only 2 out of 4 lamps worked, just their as decor. Wouldn't be a bad room for $25 a night. But $90 a night is ridiculous! I paid $60 at quality inn, and that place is a resort compared to this hunk of junk. Don't Waste your time. Management is rude and ignorant. Bathtub is the size of a trunk of out a Ford focus. Management lies and makes their own price. Tried telling a relative it was $127 a night for a smaller room! Definitely do not recommend, not even for the homeless! You're better off at a motel 6 or quality inn!

The furniture in the room was clean. However most of the outlets in the room didn't give off enough power to use my phone charger. I'm sure it's the fact that my charger can charge multiple devices. I used the outlet that the refrigerator was plugged into and it gave enough juice. The walls were dirty except for thr one beautiful blue wall that was freshly painted. The complimentary soap dried out my skin something fierce. I could tell that the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while. The sheets and blankets were soft and smelled good. However the mattress covers were worn and torn in many places. I loved the huge refrigerator that came with the room. It fit a whole pizza box! We stayed on a Friday night and it cost us $120. Now if you like the nostalgic rooms of the Supernatural TV series, this is the place to go. Minus the crazy decoration decor, it's spot on. The room was cozy for the night and I overall enjoyed my stay. I forgot to take pictures.

I walked in at 2am. Owner was polite enough for the time I had walked in. the room I was given was very spacious, so is the bathroom. Dated furniture. Nice TV, regular channels as on most TVs. WiFi was available. I wouldn't have a family reunion here, but for a night's sleep, good enough for me. Seems clean enough. There is a fridge and a microwave. Clean sheets, and seems like a quiet neighborhood. Couple local shops and a Burger King, Tim Hortons and Wendy's nearby and within walking distance.

Owner knocks on my door one day before I'm supposed to check out asking me if I'm going to stay longer ? I told him I was going to stay 3 more days and he makes up this lie saying that he's going to have the hotel renovated and I said rudely to him time if you want me to leave I'll leave he said okay thank you because we're going to have the hotel renovator this place hasn't been place renovated in 50 years years... when we first got here a week ago they tried to put us and room number 4 when I walked in the smell from room number 4 almost knocked me over too bad I can't give it 0 Stars spend the extra 10 or $15 and older Niagara Falls or stay and Buffalo or Amhurst whole lot better area.. and also at 8 o'clock p.m. he turns all the lights off outside and it is pitch black not very safe.

Worst hotel ever...its worst than a 3rd world country cheapest motel. Smells like cigarettes smoke, dirty and full of bugs...do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else...its better losing your money and pay extra at another place.... Couldn't close my eyes for a second all night. Doesn't even have proper sheets, just white cloth with holes....stay away

Room was clean enough, plenty of towels and the hot water works. It ain't the Ritz, but doesn't advertise that it is.

Place is quaint and unassuming. It's a motor lodge type stay where you can sit out on the walk by your door and enjoy a beer or a cig. Clean beds and bathrooms.

Excellent place to stay. We had a very comfortable stay. Frankie the manager was a real help. We are a family of 6 with two seniors and two toddlers. Considering the age range we needed adjacent rooms and he arranged for it in minutes. Rooms had a fridge, microwave and a TV. Beds were nice made and bathrooms were big with fresh linens. There were two wash basins and bathtub and toilet were separated by a wall. It was a bonus considering we have twins and they pretty much do everything together. Praking lot is big. There was a nice small fountain with fishes and a swing and my kids loved it. Tim Hortons, Wendy's, Burger King, Just Pizza are all in the walking distance. I would love to stay there next time. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place is an old fashioned Motel with carpet and wood paneling from the 1960s. I was happy to see it was clean. It's very convenient, about half way between buffalo and Niagra Falls. Probably best for business trips or budget vacations, but it's Definately cool to see an old school, family run motel. Not the Swankiest, but a cool throwback in a convenient location.

Surprisingly nice tv and fridge set up, but all of the furniture was well out dated. You get what you pay for here but it can get the job done. The gentlemen behind the desk was nice enough but the owner kept calling about all the other guests and kept wanting to stop an employee from cleaning to talk to them. I can not reiterate enough; You get what you pay for !

Terribly out dated. No gfi in the bathroom. Speechless and definitely overpriced. Price is not as advertised either.
