There are sites circling a large grass area. We are a 40’ fifth wheel so we were right behind the motel which did not make for a great view, but we weren’t there to stay in our rig. There was room for our rig and truck, and plenty of room to spare! The ground was level enough. They had bathrooms with a code, but I did not use them. The staff was super friendly and they will check on your pets while you are out sightseeing if you want. The US side of Niagara Falls was less than 20 minutes away and the Canadian side was like 30 minutes. If you can go to bother sides, I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful campground. I had a campervan without service connections. They put me in back on the gravel instead of out with the tents on the grass. I was next to the bathroom which was very clean and convenient. Quiet. I was there during the off season so there were mostly long term rentals staying on the grounds. I'd recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice affordable place to stay. First time visiting the Falls. Saw it at night and it was wonderful. Walked across the bridge into Toronto. Canada has the best views of the Falls. Do take the time to visit both sides. Walk or drive across. It's worth it. Be sure to have your ID.

No frills RV site, perfect for getting a quiet night sleep as you're moving through. Hookups were great, nice flat gravel pad, wi-fi was really strong at site 6 and the newly paved road made it smooth to get around. Kids loved riding their bikes around the loop. Sites are quite close to each other. The motel is in the front, and all the RV and camping sites were in the back. The only potentially sketchy part were the folks we saw staying/living in the motel (August '23). Other than that we had a great overnight experience.

The KOA down the road wanted $195/night! This place was perfect. Are the RV sites close? Yes. But if you’re coming to see Niagara Falls this place is great. We did a tour that picked us up in the parking lot or you can drive yourself there in about 15 minutes. The bath/laundry house was spotless. The grounds are well maintained. I worried when I didn’t get an email confirmation after booking, but that’s just how they do it here. Simple, but good.

Someone else reviewed that the KOA asked for a good amount to stay there, this place was a perfect price for the area. The sites are pretty close but if you are there to see Niagara Falls and are gone all day then this place is perfect. The bathrooms were very clean and they do offer laundry. Staff was friendly.

For the price on Grand Island, you can't do any better!! There are no frills - no swimming pool or playgrounds for kids. But there ARE bathrooms and laundry facilities. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect for visiting the American side of the Falls. And the price was perfect!!!! Couldn't find a better price anywhere in the island. The staff was so nice when I had an issue with my power....it was my mistake!! We were in site 4 and had enough room to put out our slides and awning. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back here!!

We stayed for a few months over the summer and had a great stay. It's a no frills RV park, but it's quiet and clean! It's also the most affordable place in the area. Guests have access to wifi, bathrooms/showers and laundry. All clean facilities! RV spaces are a little tight if you've got people on both sides of you...but that's our only complaint.

Nice little campground. The bathroom and showers were nice. Sites are level. Close to Niagara Falls. Had site 1b think it was the best site. Staff was friendly the woman waited for us we were a little late.

Very clean and quiet. Spots are a little close together, but not bad. There are not a lot of extra amenities, but it is a GREAT price to set up base if you are spending your days at the Falls.

Interesting campground behind a motel, mostly long term, tight spots, basically on top of neighbors. But cheap campground 10 minutes from Niagara Falls.

RV site. Not a lot of room per site. Site was level. Good price being close to Niagara Falls. Somewhat pricy but it is close.
