Asad ( manager) very nice guy. We have a large family so it was nice to have an affordable place so we could spend money on the niagra falls attractions. Fridge, microwave, cable, towels, soap, shampoo, clean sheets, air conditioning. For 59 dollars a night is a lot. Motel is a little worn down. Overall everything inside the motel works. We are thankful. Saved money and got to enjoy the sights.

The room was clean enough; however, the carpet was incredibly aged, used, and cheap. That stuck out to me because that and the blankets and pillows and the bed itself are my favorite parts of hotel Roma that I look forward to. It was nice and quiet though and despite the owner’s language barrier, he had good customer service skills and treated me kindly.

If it was half the price, I wouldn't be disappointed. But the room is nasty. 1980s era window AC. Bugs. TV didn't work. No blankets. Smelled like crackheads just left before I arrived. Sixty bucks? Okay I can see that. 100+ is ridiculous. I guess the Indian guy needs to pay off that new BMW he has. SMH

Horrible. This motel doesn't even deserve a star. This is not a "you get what you pay for" type. This is one of those where "you get ripped off". This place is in no way worth the price I paid for it. I got ripped through Hotwire so there was no way I could have known this is where they were going to put me. They promised a 2-star but gave this sh**. As for this place the rooms are horrible. I got 2 rooms and there was a bad smell in both rooms. The doors for both rooms did not lock and the toilets were not at all good. The AC in the room looked like it has been there since 1960s but surprisingly worked ok. The rooms are advertised to have fridge but one room did not while the other did not have a microwave. Upon complaining to the receptionist, he "recommended" we "manage" without being even remotely apologetic. They say they have continental breakfast but all they have is crap. DON'T DO THIS MOTEL...EVER!!

Don't do the same mistake we did... we were tired from driving and just booked the first cheap motel we saw. Smell is awful, no fridge, no free wifi, microwave was on the floor, a/c has no knobs and very dirty and old and rusty, thin walls, bathroom sink is clogged, no tv remote, bed is creaking, no phone, carpet seems like wasn't cleaned since bought 30 yrs ago... use your $60 somewhere else because if you only need a room to sleep, you can't do it here. This building should be torn down.

Old fashioned but clean. Right out of the fifties. Very good prices. Not for snobs or people who must have new and shiny. Super nice owner. Lent me an electric kettle for my tea. I always notice the toilet paper and happily, this was not "the world's cheapest toilet paper" like some pricier chains give you!

Good clean rooms, just needs better microwaves and refrigerators, the owner is very kind, hospitable , outstanding and caring!

Worst place to stay. Dirty rooms. No bins in room or bathroom. No house keeping. Caretaker didn't care to fix things even after repetitive notification. Bedsheet had hole, infact burnt with cigarettes. Microwave was broken.. shady place. Please don't waste your money here..

I booked this Budget Motel at Grand Island, Niagara Falls from Hot Wire express deals. Stayed: 20-22 Paid $221 for 2nights. Not a single thing was good about this motel.Called Hotwire within 15 min. as I entered the room, kept waiting for 16 min to get my call transferred to customer care. But received IVRS response and was asked to leave message, I did and was told that Hotwire will call me back within 1business day. Since then 4 days have passed and no update yet. Next day morning when I spoke to the so called manager and asked politely to cancel the 2nd night stay first he told me that he cannot do anything, later said that may be I can get $20 back. I did not argue or did anything like that. Just gave hime the keys and told that I am leaving and wont be coming back. His response was cold as if he doesn't care even if a customer is leaving like this. He did not show any willingness to convince us at all. Yes, thats funny. Briefly I can mention following: 1. Stinky room, bed, curtains. (Literally) 2. No Linen/towel in the room. (Yes, Thats Right) 3. Choked wash basin. (Really) 4. Shaking toilet seat like a roller coster. (Adventurous it was) 5. Broken shower. (at least they should know that people do take shower in hotel) 6. People were drinking in the corridor until late in the night. (may be thats why its named as Budget Motel) 7. Water logging in the parking area. 8. Dirty walls near the bathroom section. 9. AC unit was screaming like a steam engine.

Very poor rooming service, owner would not fix things that where wrong with room from the time I arrived. Room was almost uninhabitable, definitely concerned from a health perspective. Rooms where not in safe conditions with constant leaking water in bathroom. Wholes in almost every wall. Place needs to be entirely restored in order to be operable, would not recommend anyone to stay until it is restored.
