She was cold but professional, it seems that someone who works with a predominantly older clientele would have more patience. The wait was not lengthy but we will be looking elsewhere to do business.

My dad had an appointment today and we had the pleasure of meeting dr. Peg she was wonderful. She understood my dad's needs and addressed all his concerns. Thank you again everyone there is so professional excellent staff

If you are looking for a top notch Hearing aid provider, I recommend Ken-Ton Hearing. My family has been going there for many years and when I needed hearing aids, I followed suit. Dr. Peggy is fantastic as well as the other providers and the front office with Kailee and Gina are great! Always have a smile and very attentive to your needs. The only provider I would go to.

The service etc. not a problem, very pleased, however very disappointed with management, brought in another pair of earning aids in addition to the new ones I bought at ken ton, asked if they could take a look at them and was told they needed to be cleaned, it took 10 minutes, I thanked the young lady and was walking out when the receptionist told me I owed 30 dollars for the cleaning, not the money but Really I have sent two referrals both purchased aids and you couldn’t let the. cleaning slide. The aids were not bought there but the others were. Needless to say no more referrals.

Excellent place for hearing aids & honest. Took my dad to have hearing aids checked that weren't bought there and they said they were quality and the problem was just wax build up. Took care of that perfectly at reasonable cost. Went back when we needed new aids & they really new how to deal with the hearing impaired & we got beautiful aids at a reasonable cost. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & understanding. Highly recommended.
