My husband and I ate here a few days ago. First ordered just for him because my mouth was still swollen from a dentist appt. We ordered online from my car in the lot and then he went up, his food was ready almost immediately. Delicious, fresh, hot food. Absolutely amazing. I've never had birria tacos so I had a bite of my husband's food and then proceeded to immediately order some for myself and send him back up. 10 out of 10 would recommend everyone try this place. You won't be disappointed.

Hubby and I both chose the QuesaBirria Tacos (braised beef, Muenster cheese, corn tortilla) with beef consommé for dipping and pickled onions. We also enjoyed the Dip Trio which consists of two bags of House Chips and Pico, Guac, & Queso for your dipping pleasure! We HIGHLY recommend going if you haven’t already!! We will be returning very soon!!! 🌮🤤❤️

We had the QuesoBirra tacos and the Pollo Asado Taco. Laying my eyes upon the QuesoBirra I knew this was the beginning of a new core memory in my life. It smelled of pure joy, and the look of these tacos, was devine. It was as if Gordan Ramsey incarnate came down and placed these morsels of Joy in front of us. The taste of both of these tacos is almost undefineable. We both had to take a moment after taking and recompose our self as our taste buds hit an all time high. The love and care of these cooks was on full display! There is no other taco place in Oswego, there is only Wacko Gringo. I was skeptical about this place originally, but it is easily my favorite now. Plus the people working there are wonderful, kind and detail how they cook their food.

Great food! Had tacos, tater tot nachos, Pitaya bowl, and all were wonderful. Kind of like an amazing food truck with seating (both on top and where you order). Top seating was nice and breezy. We were traveling through but would definitely go again.

Fast & friendly service! They are quite busy so I recommend ordering through their site to save on wait times. I ordered the QuesaBirra Tacos. They were out of this world delicious. The braised beef was tender & flavorful and the beef consommé for dipping was all things amazing. I seriously could have drank it. We will definitely be going again soon!!

Tasty food, fast service, and friendly staff all for a modest price! I ordered the Chicken and Beef Chimichurri tacos with a side of queso and chips. Chicken itself had a ton of flavor and a bit of spice, all the toppings were delicious and fresh. Beef chimichurri tacos were equally delicious and I loved the pickled + crispy onion topping combo. Queso has a great consistency and full flavor. Will be back soon. Can't wait to try breakfast.

Amazing food and the people are always nice!!! Been here multiple times since they opened and have been happy with my food everytime. I wish it was a bit more cost friendly but it’s the only place in town to get these tacos so can’t complain too much!

What a great find!! The menu has some good variety, and the good tastes so fresh. I tried the limited item elote corn cup and it did not disappoint. Everything had great flavors and was exactly what we wanted and were expecting from the menu. I wish we could have eaten more, but definitely next time.
