Wish i could give zero stars! Waited an hour longer than they said for our food. Employees forgot some of our food after that so waited longer. Got our breadsticks and they literally just dumped butter on top of them. Severely disappointed! People just don't care anymore.

I have been there twice in the past week. Once my husband and I went inside to eat lunch on a Saturday. There was just 2 employees but they kept a smile on their face and our food came out fairly quick. Then on Wednesday we ordered from the app. There was a slight line in the pick up lane so I went inside. There was just 1 employee. He apologized, explained it was just him. I told him no problem to take his time. He was moving efficiently and quickly, telling me he is just trying to make sure the food is hot and good and keep it honest. When he got to a point he stopped and grabbed my order for me. A delivery driver showed up at that point but you could tell they both were trying to keep it together. I applaud them for keeping their heads high while dealing with a situation like this.

We love pizza hut food. The service here is terrible. Every time we’ve gone, we’ve waited at least 30 minutes for our food. The only reason this is not a 1 star is because the servers have always been nice.

It was so nice to be able to eat hot pizza from the restaurant 😋

Food was good. I definitely enjoy going to this hut over the more express ones.

My family of 4 decided to have lunch here today. There were maybe 2-3 other tables with people at them and there were 3 employees working. Although service was somewhat slow, the employees were FANTASTIC and the food was hot and fresh! For our wait, the manager brought us free breadsticks. Very impressed with the personable employees!

The best Thin & Crispy pizza I've had in a long time! The ingredients were plentiful with the perfect amount of sauce, and the crust was very light & crunchy. DELICIOUS! The Aurora (NE) delivery drivers are always so nice, too. THANK YOU!!!

Was driving through from Kansas City Missouri to Utah for a funeral and the manager Jessie was so helpful and he was very friendly. The staff working was AMAZING! they had great bread sticks, pizza, Alfredo. Will most definitely come back when coming through again!
