Good food with good service and a nice friendly environment that is clean. We like to go there on Mondays for their burger and fries special. I recommend that you at least give it a try. Our waitresses have always been friendly and personable and attentive to our needs. Have spoken with the owner a few occasions, nice guy that's working hard trying to build his business he definitely deserves some support.

Music is fantastic on Tuesdays and sundays. Went to two comedy shows. Love it.

Stop in because I saw they had a comedy night and it was amazing. Had dinner with the show and the broasted chicken was fantastic! Bar tenders were fast and friendly.

This is a cozy little place that had slid under my radar. It's tucked away in a predominantly residential area, and seems to cater to locals. Everyone seems to know each other, but are very warm and welcoming to newcomers. The prices are reasonable, the drinks cold and the burgers are awesome!

Came here for lunch on a Friday. This was a nice little hole-in-the-wall bar in Council Bluffs. The place was pretty small and the seating pretty close to each other. They were pretty understaffed for a full bar during the lunch hour. Most of us didn’t make it back to the office within the hour. Food was pretty decent but the portions on the smaller side.

It's hard not to get the broasted chicken meals. They do have lunch specials, both times I've gone said route though I wished I would have stuck to the chicken. Not that the special was bad, the chicken is just that good.

Excellent service always! All of the food I have tried is delicious and reasonably priced. But the tequila selection is what really won me over. Now, if they start carrying El Jimador I'll go 5 stars. 🤭

Words are hard when I'm this full. The hangover skillet was excellent. Over-medium eggs is a request that can throw many dive bar brunches off. Third base is not your average dive bar brunch. Couldn't ask for a better New Year's Meal.

Staff was very friendly, creating space for us to sit and eat. Food was great, drinks were cheap, and the people were friendly. Great spot for people out on a bike ride to stop and eat. Breakfast here is also top notch. Easily accessible from trails or Ave G. Love Third Base!

Heard the chicken was good so thought I’d give it a try. Ordered the 3 piece chicken all white and got 2 thighs and one leg. Threw the thigh’s away and ate the leg. Pretty expensive for 1 piece of chicken.
