The
food
was
typical
wild
wings.
Not
bad.
The
atmosphere
was
loud
and
festive.
Fine.
The
server
was
prompt
in
greeting
us
and
brining
basket
and
napkins
and
silverware
after
we
ordered.
She
may
have
said
“we
serve
food
hot
and
ready”,but
did
not
explain
what
that
meant.
It
just
sounded
like
a
reasonable
expectation
that
our
food
would
arrive
at
a
proper
serving
temperature.
We
received
one
smaller
order
of
6
wings
and
were
told
the
other
order
would
be
right
out
in
a
few
minutes.
Over
30
minutes
later,
my
husband
got
upset,
called
the
server
over
and
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
and
he
also
told
her
that
we
should
have
some
money
taken
off
of
the
cost
of
our
order.
When
the
manager
arrived,
she
asked
if
our
server
had
explained
hot
and
ready.
We
said
no,
so
the
manger
explained
it.
She
made
us
feel
Like
it
was
our
problem
for
not
knowing
the
restaurant
policy,
which,
by
the
way
is
not
listed
on
any
one
of
the
menus.
How
would
we
know
that
it
meant
that
one
person
in
your
party
would
be
served
and
the
remainder
of
the
party
might
not
receive
their
food
for
Over
30
more
minutes.
Then
the
manager
tried
to
make
it
seem
like
we
should
be
more
patient
because
multiple
orders
are
being
put
in
all
at
once.
Weren’t
both
our
orders
put
in
at
the
same
time.
Our
remaining
order
arrived
and
it
was
fine.
This
experience
left
a
really
sour
taste
for
the
restaurant
chain.
We
travel
the
country
and
will
not
Return
to
this
chain
again.
Management
sets
the
tone,
and
I
know
this
from
having
personally
worked
in
food
service
for
6
years.
The
manager
was
rude
to
us
and
the
server
clearly
wasn’t
trained
properly.
Corporate
is
to
blame
for
not
having
a
written
statement
about
this
“hot
and
ready”
policy.
Lots
of
blame
to
go
around
here.
If
you
are
prepared
to
have
this
kind
of
service
then
go
ahead,
but
we’re
done
with
them
all!
