    Love my seafood! I order my own little way. Side salad, a Skewer of Scallops and Brussels Sprouts. Next time, Dressing on the side and just a small drizzle of Balsamic on Sprouts. But very yummy as usual! ♡♡♡

    The food as always was fantastic. Gotta love lobster and shrimp. Service was lacking. Not once did my waitress check on me or refill my drink. I still gave them five stars.

    The food is great, just what you would expect from Red Lobster. But staff are poorly mannered & lacking professionalism. Their demeanor & approach made the ambiance very unpleasant. Lady waiting on us was very loud & somewhat intrusive. Another lady, who was helping her, made a comment, which we found inappropriate. We asked her for a to go box. She giggled & said that we don’t need one, because she will help us eat the leftovers. We love Red Lobster, but won’t return to this particular location.

    First off, our server spilled a beer on herself. No problem, brought another, only ten minutes later. Then served us our salads with no silverware. Had to request silverware twice before we were able to start eating. And our waitress didn't even bring it to us. I'm not sure who brought it, I believe it was a manager because this person was wearing an earpiece. Even though we ordered the same salad, one was missing croutons on a Caesar salad which only has 4 ingredients. So, salads were brought, then our main entrees. Our server came back after 1/2 through our meal trying to sell another cocktail when she hadn't even brought my husband's side to his entree. Which by the way was coleslaw.....everyone knows that takes forever to cook. And then on top of it DO NOT PAY CASH unless you count it in front of your server! No matter how tacky this sounds. Apparently, this is where we have 'devolved'. Because the server likes to 'lose' part of your payment in her pocket. So, she got an additional $20 tip! I my not be a Harvard graduate but I can count to 4 in $20 bills! Love the food but NOT THE GRAND ISLAND LOCATION!

    The place is delicious I ordered a camaroems cocyel and it was excellent I don't give it 5 stars because it seems to me that there are dishes such as lobster that for the price it has is very little quantity

    We just had a delicious meal. Amanda was our server and absolutely wonderful. She was the best waitress I've ever had. I watched as she worked her but off. Give this young lady a raise! She wks hard for the money 🥳

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Was not as good as I remember. My mother and I got linguine Alfredo, neither of us liked it. I took a couple bites of the noodles and then ended up just eating the shrimp out of it and throwing the rest away. I also got the seafood stuffed mushrooms because last time we ate here I loved them, this time they were really gross. Mushrooms were super small like size of a dime, and getting 6 of those for $10 is ridiculous. If they were bigger like before I would understand but not this time. My dad got the 7oz sirloin steak and a lobster tail, he said the steak was really good but he was disappointed with how small the lobster tail was. My little brother got the skewered shrimp, he enjoyed that but he's also so young he likes everything still. The lobster tail was the same size as the shrimp. It was ridiculous! $100 down the drain for a horrible dinner. The waitress Amanda was super nice tho. But we will not be returning. This trip ruined red lobster for us.

    Went there today with my co workers. Was worried because of the reviews I've read. I've also not been impressed with the food. Well any way, our waitress Courtney was the best. Our food was great. Courtney was on top of things. It was a great lunch there. Finally. If it's like that more often I will go there more often

    I recently had dinner with a friend at Red Lobster and our meal was marvelous! The CGM Chase was a spectacular and our favorite cook! Our server was nice and we enjoyed our experience 10/10 would recommend!!

    2 stars for flavor food. A person used to get as many biscuits you wanted. Now the waitress said not til you get your salads. Didn't order that. Biscuits was not big like usual. Then I gave a decent tip. Waitress hinted wanted my change. Really?? A tip is customers being nice. To get technical, should tip cooks!! My friend wanted a lid for sauce to go. When she tried to get waitress attention. It spilled on her. No straws for water. Just isn't the same as 5 months ago. Prices went up tremendously. Why? For paying young hostesses to stand around.

    Are waitress Tammy was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Food cost is your typical value for this type of restaurant. Food was enjoyable. As far as cleanliness this establishment was lacking in that department. Uncleaned, Stained carpet "not near tables" the bathroom looked to have not been cleaned well in some time. I would have rated a 4* if the place was cleaned up

    Food was good. Waitress read off specials to surrounding tables but never mine. She just wasn't friendly. Noticed a week later when checking my bank statement that somehow the tip i had given had been increased to over $20?!!!

    The first time I ever tried crab was at this Red Lobster. We got it to go and it was still so very fresh! The workers are quick and friendly. It was a great experience and I would recommend eating here.

    We took my mother out to eat recently here for her birthday and had a party of 10 and were accommodated for and the service was spectacular. Having two toddlers with us this things could get rowdy but we were treated amazingly and waiters were super friendly and interactive with the kids. Food was great and overall had an amazing experience I would recommend 10/10

    The hostess needs educating on service, the do's and don't and a smile with friendly banter goes along ways in creating an enjoyable dining experience. Our server was friendly and a no nonsense employee. She did smile and check on us probably the correct amount of times. Food was delicious and plenty of it. Overall above average experience. Definitely 4 stars tonight.

    My 2 best friends came to take me, my husband, & our 2 kids out to eat after I had surgery the previous week. The food was pretty great and my son & husband tried scallops for the first time and loved them! We had everything from crab legs to salmon to chicken strips, to the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake! Ended up becoming a double celebration as my best friend was notified while we were eating that his offer was accepted and he bought house! Thank you for all your staff and hard work during this time!

    I don’t know what has happened, but your restaurant went from mediocre to very good suddenly! ❤️ Although I never found it on the menu, I asked if I could have catfish filet….it was excellent….almost as good as my own. Server was so sweet and helpful, Madi was great! I will be back!

    Food was delicious as usual. Otherwise I'd have given a 1 star. The restaurant was less than 50% capacity at 2:30p and we were told a 15-30 minute wait as others were told an hour, yet the hostess would not take our name but rather, "I can remember you!" Then she left and another hostess came and we all had to tell her who was 1st.🤨 Then the waitress acted like a "truckstop" waitress in mannerism and a "hurry up and order cause I have others to wait on" attitude. I was so waiting for her to call me "Honey". We ordered the Monday Neverending Shrimp and other waitresses tried to give us other peoples orders and our waitress in the end gave us a double order so it went to waste. Total chaos.

    Ordered curbside. Food was decent, but not so sure about promptness of the curbside thing. Went in after texting “here” I went in anyway cause it was storming a bit and I didn’t want someone to be stuck at work in wet clothes hair whatever. The employee that asked to help was carrying his drink around on the floor, sipping nonchalantly, but when he brought my order out of the back, which must be far away lol, he forgot our drink. That being said..I was about 20 min late picking up and it was still HOT and tasted good! Minus the kids fish, that was iffy. I was pleasantly surprised.

    The service was horrible. We got our salads right as our food came out and didn't get biscuits until the end of the meal even though we had asked the server multiple times about them. Their new Orleans dish was absolutely flavorless and the orzo rice wasn't fully cooked. The only good dish out of our parties meal was the stuffed flounder. I just hope the others in the restaurant had a better time then us.

    Had lunch after church and it was delicious! Ordered the coconut shrimp with baked potato and crispy brussel sprouts. The sprouts were very good but maybe a bit on the sweet side with the reduced sauce, but I would order again! There wasn't a hint of grease anywhere so I was very impressed. Even the admirals feast my husband ordered was crispy and delicious. Our waiter, Jessica was very attentive and super nice.

    It has not only been the first time i call te get placed on the waiting list and they take me out for no reason,they said wait time was about an hour and so i waited 25mnts at home then headed over to your location where ive waited 15mnts at the parking lot expecting a msg or a call but nothing and so after 45mnts i called back and they told me i shouldve been in there and if i wanted i could check in the wait list again they were totally rude this is the 3rd time i have issues at this location and so definitely wont recomended to any one i know anymore, not all locations are the same but this one is definitely the worst

    Never a bad meal here at Red Lobster, Grand Island NE. I go for the Lobster Fest...Dueling Lobsters; Hubs likes the Fish and Chips! One of these days gonna try desserts and appetizers....Great staff, always friendly and professional. The Strawberry Lemonade rounds out my meal...refreshing!

    Tonight, we got probably the best service we've ever received here. We were seated in a booth directly under the AC vent, I over heard the table behind us say they were cold and my wife was also.Our server, Andrew, was on the spot when is brought it up and had it handled immediately. I felt bad for doing so, for him, as a bigger guy myself I was good and I could tell he was hot just from the pace he was keeping, but he never wasted a second helping the ladies out. He checking on us with every pass, explained the biscuits were in the oven still, always asking if we needed anything. The food was good, but there was something about the crab legs that were just off, I can't explain what it was other than I've always been impressed with them except for tonight. 4 stars on the food, but I'd give our server more than 5 stars if I could.

    We went in for a latenlunchbearly dinner (3:30) & the Waitress was more worried about clocking out than making our dining experience good. Food was eh.....the quality has definitely gone down hill. Eat here is you are absolutely craving it, otherwise you could spend your money at a different restaurant and be much more pleased.

    We were here last week, the waitress kindly reminded us that the place closes at 9:30, she said “oh it won’t be a problem tho, we have 30 minutes” In that 30 minutes the staff was vacuuming by our table a few times and seemed very anxious to leave. Our waitress told us that some of the younger staff were “anxious to leave.” Several of the staff appeared to be waiting around the back and hovering around the door. The lobster was chewy and the steak was full of gristle. I always tip well and appreciate my wait staff. However, If you want to leave by 9:30 CLose the doors at 9. I would have gladly gone where I could have relaxed! It was the worst experience I have had at a Red Lobster.

    They were very busy we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated the waitress kind and checked back often to refill our drinks. I was with my niece's and nephews celebrating my oldest nephews birthday. We had a great time
