Thought it would be a bar place but realized quickly it’s the local hot spot because the food is exceptional, had the shrimp basket and the wings. Bar pours are generous and staff are welcoming and working non stop!

Was my first time ever here. Not overly busy during visit. Clean establishment. Friendly staff and very helpful. Food and drinks were both taken care of in timely manner. Very filling and worth the price paid. Will be making Whiteys one of our stops for food in future.

Great food and great service. The chicken white chili was the soup special, and it was delicious with a grilled cheese sandwich. I also had coffee, which was very good with a side of Bailey's .

This place is by far the best sports bar in Grand Island. You don't feel crowded, the food is very good and well priced, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is awesome. This is my new hang out to watch sports. I highly recommend you try it out.

Awesome food and service. Drinks were good as well. I expected "bar" food but got real dining food. This is the "bar" all restaurants should aim for!

They don’t answer their phone for takeout orders anymore. I believe they learned this from Balz. Other restaurants like the Chicken Coop, Kinkaider’s and McKinney’s Irish Pub will answer their phone and their food is much better anyways.

Great place, food was fantastic and service quick and friendly. We were there during lunch. They were busy, but I couldn't believe how quick our food came. They have a good selection of burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc. Update: Just as good as if not better my second time there!

My husband and I went to Whitey's tonight thinking that the special was beef and noodles over mashed potatoes, we have had the beef and noodles before and it was delicious. Tonight's special was chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken. He ordered the chicken fried steak and I ordered the chicken fried chicken. They both were delicious. Their mashed potatoes and gravy are to die for! Just the comfort food we needed for this chilly night! Our waitress was very nice and very attentive to our needs! You get a good portion of food for a good price!!

Best Bacon Cheese burger I've ever had. The jalapeno poppers were the Best. Really good. Will be back.. Really great food.
