Oh ya !! 6 months ago Going to return with thee wife. ""REturn trip 8-6-22 from wichita"" The brisket and mac n cheese was so so so very Good. I've tried there Lincoln tap room so my beer expectations were fairly high but I was so lucky to Venture in. Everyone was friendly seating at the bar def a return 4 to 5 hour one way drive BUTT what the------ I live to be happy. ;--).

Awesome building and great atmosphere. Did the five tasters and the Devil's Gap Jalapeno Ale was my favorite. Big thumbs up on the classic bacon cheeseburger! Five star service! Would definitely go back..

Traveling through the area and staying in town tonight. Have tried a couple of restaurants in downtown Grand Island on a previous visit and thought we would try the food at Kinkaider. Had a very good chicken bacon ranch flat bread (didn't get a photo as we wolfed it down immediately!). Would have to say that the sweet potato fries are excellent. Very classic waffle fry type - be sure to ask for some of their garlic aioli for dipping! Beers on tap we're pretty average. IPAs were rather one-dimensional without much intensity in the hop profile. But a good place to try some very good food options.

I’m ranking the restaurants according to other Nebraska restaurants and not with the Southern restaurants. Our server was great! Attentive, upbeat, and good vibes. They had funny Knick knacks on the walls and around the restaurant. Food was good. The onion rings were good and crispy. Although Nashville hot sandwich wasn’t hot, it was flavorful. FYI for a gauge-I do like a kick and I also like crawfish to burn my mouth and lips. The burger was juicy, flavorful and cooked to the right temperature and the fries were crispy! The root beer was carbonated sweetness. There is a full size bar inside and high top and low top tables.

Really good service with spacious outdoor seating! I ordered a medium rare steak and it was delicious and flavorful that it didn’t need to be dip in A1 sauce. I can actually taste some flavor compared to the steak I had at Texas Roadhouse. Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend this place!

We stopped at Kinkaider for dinner as we were passing through town and it was outstanding! Incredible service, best Brisket I’ve had in years and make sure to get an order of the Mac & Cheese with Burnt Ends. It’ll blow you away! They also have an excellent selection of beers to try, my favorite was the Dan The Wiser White Peach.

Food was delicious, great atmosphere, service was the best . Brisket melted in your mouth and the onion rings were hard to share so good

My family and I had an awesome time the other night. The food was hot and delicious. My wife and sons tried the beer and I had the root beer. The service was good and we will most definitely be back on our next visit to Grand Island.

Had a pretty good steak with a small baked potato. Got a sampler tray of beer that were average.

Get to the establishment with a 20 min wait, which is completely acceptable. 7 open tables and asked to just sit down while we waited and were denied. Stood at the bar awkwardly with my wife for the 20 min while 7!! Tables were open?? Then finally get service 10 minutes later and pay $12 for this 😂🤣 waitress was nice

Had dinner on St Patrick's Day, so it was very busy. Once we were seated, the service was great. We had the St Patrick's Day specials, cornbeef and cabbage, and shepherds pie. Both were delicious! 😋

Tried to make an online reservation, but website says no reservation. Arrived at restaurant and told we would need to wait for a table. Others walked in behind us and we warmly greeted and seated. After being left to wait I asked why the others were seated first. I was told they had reservations and the only table left was the high top next to the bar station even though there were multiple tables open. Decided to leave as I figured those tables must also be reserved even though website says not accepting reservations at this time

The food is amazingly good. I have never had a had meal there. And the brewed beer is the best.

To start off my wife and I and 2 kids ordered drinks. They ordered mixes and we ordered the 12 beer sampler. The kids got theirs about 15 minutes after the order was placed and we watched the bartender pour ours and put them at the end of the bar. They sat there for 10 minutes before I went and talked to him about our situation. Took another 10 minutes to get the waitress to bring them to the table but that wasn't the worst part. Our food took 45 minutes to get and when we did finally get it, meaning the 2 kids and myself, the waitress told my wife that they forgot to put her order in. Needless to say the wife wasn't very happy. The waitress talked to her manager and decided to give her her meal for free which was a nice gesture but, when she got it, it was rare which is not what she asked for and the baked potato was still raw. Overall bad first experience.

I love this place! We stopped in with our two young boys after a 9 hour car ride - they were wild and our server (Rosa G.) plus another server took the time to sit down with them and play! It was amazing. They were so kind and friendly. The food was good and the beer was even better. Loved the entire vibe of the place. If we lived here this would definitely be our go-to!

So many delicious brews and ciders, the 12 sample flight was a great way to try them all. Food was delicious, more options than your typical bar fare. Patio was lovely for watching the sunset.

Seating arrangements are well thought out, providing elbow room without sacrificing speaking distance. Food was excellent and brought out in a timely manner along with drinks. A few of the staff members seemed a little lost at times, but always polite. Very clean facilities, which is always most appreciated. If I could add one thing, I would play a little background music, nothing loud. There were a few TVs with mostly sports. Overall a great experience. Will go again!

Ok...where to start?! The food, it was bar food, it was good. BUT... what makes the REAL difference about a place like this is the people!! There are LOTS of places that serve beer and bar food. Speaking of beer, they have a great selection and the beer is good! But... back to the people... Sara waited on us and it was her first day, she CRUSHED IT! She was very honest and helpful! The manager on duty was also a Rockstar! BUT... the real star of the show was Jasmine!!! Talk about a Rockstar!!!! This young lady is an absolute necessity in an establishment like this!! Personality in SPADES and a delightful person!!! If I could hire 10 people like her I'd pay them whatever they wanted!!! If you're in town, just GO!! The food is good, the beer is really good, but the people are a refreshing and unexpected bonus!!!!
