Stop by for dinner on a Friday night since I was in the area. Decide to stop by because my son wanted to try their burgers and bottomless fries. Haven't been here in awhile. We ordered some rootbeer floats which were also bottomless. My son enjoyed Everything he had and asked to come back soon. He said they had the best burgers ever, besides five guys lol.

Currently offering a $10 dine in meal that can’t be beat on value that includes your drink. Setting that aside, the burgers we got this week are worth their standard menu price. We ordered the Whiskey River BBQ burger medium well, with bottomless sweet potato fries; added a side of the Tavern sauce (it’s like a Big Mac sauce). The burgers where juicy and delicious and they didn’t skimp on the toppings and cheese. The fries are good shoestring style sweet potato fries and were perfectly salted. Service was good, and we didn’t have to wait long for anything. Food and value were so good we ate here twice this week.

Some of the best burgers around. Make sure you ask for campfire mayo. It's amazing.

I've always known of Red Robin and have never been to one. I was under the impression it was just a step above. Fast food. That's not accurate at all. This was definitely more of a sit down restaurant that specializes in burgers, and the burgers are good. The only other thing I can really say about it is that the variety of burgers is also very good. If you're tired of eating fast food, burgers and even the other chains such as five guys, swing in and try out something new at Red Robin. I had a bacon blue burger and it came exactly as I asked for it to be cooked, and went down so well that if my stomach was larger I would have ordered another few for the road. The sides are also pretty good, and they just keep coming... Go try it out for yourself and see what you like about it.

Love the burger with egg. The medium well burger is delicious. Bottomless sides! Plus, the service was excellent. The manager would ask if you need more fries, salad and water.

Customer service was trash. This place had us wait in curbside pickup for 30mins+. We called in after arriving in the pick-up spot. Still waited. 3 other cars got their food, so we went in and the food was waiting and cold. Sauce spilled in container on my kids food.Final straw: after warming my food back up...there was a large amount of salt in the middle of my burger. Took a bite and it was gritty with salt.Looks maliciously done.. Corporate please contact me.

I'm driving west on Maple rd, going to an Asian restaurant and I saw the Red Robin banner, and I thought to myself, never been there before, I'll give it a try. The hostess was courteous and I was promptly seated. FYI, the reason I decided to go to this restaurant, I figured, getting a burger, shouldn't take long and I had somewhere to be. I ordered the sunshine lemonade, which you can see in my photo, ugh!!! Taste weird. I knew it wouldn't be real lemonade, but I certainly would not order it again. I ordered a small burger 🍔, and garlic fries 🍟. So I waited, and waited and waited, til the waitress felt bad and couldn't explain why it was talking so long for my food to come out. She asked if I wanted some fries to eat, why I waited. The garlic fries should be called soggy fries, Red Robin puts so much of whatever on it, the frie had the firmness of a string bean. She suggested regular fries, which I admit, were much better. The burger itself, was good, but because of the extremely long wait, my experience was down. I was offered ice cream and other things, I said "no thank you". The only bright spot, was my waitress, she was veh nice, compassionate and knew the situation was not right, and she did get best to make a bad situation good. And for that, I left her a nice tip. Not sure if I'll ever return to Red Robin, but it certainly won't be in the near future....

Met a co-worker at Red Robin. A low key burger and fare that serves using plastic baskets with paper, which is okay. Not spectacular. But, the burger was pretty good and tasty. The onion rings were good, too. They serve baskets of steak fries as the table filler ( free ). It was my first visit. Id say the quality, service and likeness could be compared to Duffs, and other places similar. I'd definitely visit Red Robin , again.

Came over from Canada for some shopping for the day. I'm celiac, so we had some issues finding somewhere to eat last time we we're here. Looked at the red robin menu online, and decided to stop in. Brian, our server kindly explained that pretty much any of the burgers could be done Gluten Free. I decided on the Southern, and just reconfirmed that both the burger and BBQ sauce had no wheat or breadcrumbs in them. He actually LOL'd at me while explaining it was all 100% beef and the sauce too is GF, i laughed while explaining its not super common at restos in my area. I assumed the fryer might be shared so was going to ask for a side salad when he got to it first, and asked if i would like GLUTEN FREE FRIES as my side? I LOL'd this time as i asked, "that's an option?!" well then of course lol! Our burgers got brought out with mine clearly being noted as GF with the burger pick. Honestly, one of the best burgers I've had since going gluten free. Perfectly cooked, topping were great and the GF bun didn't fall apart! Had excellent service from Brian as well. This will absolutely be our go to whenever we are across the border. Thank you!

Not bad, not bad. Service was good. Food was well prepared. ( they use brioche buns now, not a fan for such a large juicy burger), but it was tasty. The restaurant was pretty clean. Bathrooms were nice and well kept. The automatic paper towel dispenser, dispensed enough to almost touch the floor! Way to go, Red Robin ! My hands were actually dry. There was a waitress behind the line helping in the kitchen with a huge flowy hairdo. No hair net, but she had on gloves, sooooooo..... However, I didn't find any hairs in my food, so they were good.

We ate here 1-21-2023, we had a young lady named Erin, she was very polite and attentive to our order. The salad I chose was very fresh and tasty. My friend enjoyed his burger and fries.

I love Red Robin Burgers! I live in Canada and this location is 1:45 from my house. We do some shopping and stop in for a great made to order burger, every time. They have a few large TV's around the restaurant with sports playing. The service is always friendly and prompt. You have to try the real milkshakes as well. Like I said I drove over an hour and a half for these burgers!

OMG! WOW what a burger! The patty is moist and you can tell that the meat was not over mixed which can lead to a tough patty. No burnt or grill taste at all which is amazing cooking (take note the Keg). My toppings were just enough to not over power the taste of the patty. Great job and a reasonable price especially because of the unlimited side dish. My garlic fries were very good. My friend went over the top and got a blue cheese burger which he said was the best burger ever. Our waiter Dan was knowledgeable and funny and helped me decide on which burger to get. Well done Dan! Can you please open a restaurant in Toronto? Maybe Dan could manage it?

First time at Red Robin. I generally only eat chicken or Turkey, so I never knew that I could sub any burger out with the Turkey burger patty! Now that I know this, I will be back. We had an absolutely amazing server. She was on top of everything. I hope we get her again on our next trip back to Red Robin.

Ordering take out from this location seems to be the worst idea. We ordered on Saturday through the app no problem. My wife ordered the Smoke and Pepper with chicken. There was no bacon on it and the size of the chicken was equal to a baseball card. I ordered the Reds Double and that was delicious except the fries I received looked like they were left over scraps from someone else’s order. We also ordered the onion rings which did not come with any of the sauces. So this tells me that no one checks the orders for takeout or they just don’t care.

I like the place. The burger was very good. I had the scorpion burger. It was not spicy as I expected from the description. Taste was fine, but it was a bit messy to go through. My only complaint is that it was too salty. The bottomless fries 🍟 were great but were also too salty. I was shaking the dressing of them. We also had the towering onion rings. I liked the dipping sauces. The onions were also fresh and crisp but too oily!

The family and I came there for an early dinner today. Our daughter's favorite place too eat. We got sat down right away. The waitress was really nice and went out of her way for our kids. The drinks and food was good. Our food our appetizers came right out and shortly after that our food. The wife and I had cheeseburgers and the kids had macaroni and cheese. The restaurant is always well kept including the bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

OMGoodish. I could taste every item in my wrap. First time being there. Worth the drive across the border. Garlic aioli had nice pieces of garlic. Yum yum come get you some.

Took my kids here for the first time. My son was so excited he loved the food and said he was actually full. Customer service was excellent. Our waiter was down to earth and easy going. Even when my kids changed their minds after the order went in for sides he didn't even look frustrated just said he would bring the change out for them. It is so refreshing to see friendly diligent service.

Love this place normally, but after tonight, peeps need some training or something. Odered our drinks, then ordered our app. App got here before drinks even showed up, ordered food an it took 20 minutes or better for it to show up Never got to experience the bottomless fries because our server Brian never said anything to us about wanting more, which I actually did want, bathroom was a pigpen

This review is for (Fresh set) which is located inside Red robin i had a really frustrating problem this evening. i am a doordash driver my job doesn’t pay hourly and i had to wait for a salad and sweet potato fries order for 55 mins. that is a long time for any driver despite how busy the restaurant is orders were going out left and right except for mine i feel like my order was forgotten and no one was saying anything. But that’s alright thing’s happen but Until an employee by the name (Kristin) which i am very thankful for had to personally go to the kitchen to get the order ready and bring it out for me i lost my time but she should be recognized for doing that and making me feel better about the wait. Thanks again Kristin.

Red robins is pricey for a burger joint. Tower of onion rings is some of the best I've ever had and their burgers are top notch and highly enjoyable however I think they charge a little too much as you should be able to go out for a burger and a beer with your significant other for less than $70. I've never had a bad meal at Red Robin but I have always thought that they are very expensive for a burger, think $15 plus extras. I will not stop going there because of the price but be warned that they are expensive for a burger place

My dinner was fine, although my sister got the soup and salad and had an extremely small portion. Ended up sharing half my dinner with my sister or she would of still been hungry. I did call about this and was refunded for her meal. I'm am thankful to them for doing that for me.

The service was excellent, the server was very attentive regularly offering refills on drinks and fries. The food came out hot and quick, and was very good. The refills came fast. The restaurant was really clean.

🫤 This was horrible! The watery pasta was returned and I got another plate of watery pasta! It splashed all over my clothes. I'm not complaining about the service, that was fine, but the food? Who decided it was okay to service this? The bread ended up soggy and the chicken parmesan.
