Overall was good. I didn't like salad, it wasn't bad, just wasn't good enough. Other food was good. And blooming onion was delicious 🥰Atmosphere is nice, served well and fast. Stuff friendly. Prices ok.

Decided to finally try Outback after avoiding for so long. Really enjoyed everything. The famous blooming onion was great and service was attentive and accommodating. Didn’t particularly like the Mac and cheese but that was personal preference. Prices were ok, especially considering meat prices these days. Overall will definitely be coming back.

Last time I came they served me over cooked broccoli it’s was SOOOOO over cooked I couldn’t even eat it and they had all you can eat Shimp the guy only came twice Today I had a ROTTEN uncooked huge piece of potato in my mash potatoes 🤮🤮🤮 I was so disgusted plus my 42.99 steak was super over cooked I ordered medium and I received it well done😡…WE paid over $100 + tip NEVE GOING BACK AGAIN

I had a wonderful time! Went in on a Friday evening and there was no wait. Our server Dylan was on top of getting us drink refills and even another helping of the delicious bread. The blueberry sangria was definitely the best sangria I’ve had in a while. I got the sirloin and chicken and it was cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes super buttery and smooth as well. The manager Dan walked around to check up on everyone and all the food. Nothing but compliments to the wait staff. Me and my fiancé will definitely come back to this location!

Just nice to go out for dinner during a warm Spring evening. Our waitress, Jessica, was very attentive and sociable. Food selections were tasty!

I had the pleasure of ordering from store # 3350. They have a gentleman in the to-go side of the restaurant who was, for lack of a better word, exemplary. His name was Will Stenman. Not only was he knowledgeable on the menu and the different options. But he relayed the information that was easy to base decisions off of. Extremely nice and easy to talk to. Granted it’s just one night I’m ordering food out, but he made it seem like this was the only meal they were serving today with how attentive he was. The manager Dan was also very welcoming and made me feel like a friend. This is the kind of place people can spend their money at and not feel taken advantage of. 10/10 would recommend

The steak was good and i got it medium well done, but it was kind of dry because there was no sauce or gravy for the mashed potato and steak. The green beans were really good and the seasoning on it were perfect. The bread was warm and sweet, went really well with the butter.

Troy was our server and he was awesome! Made the whole experience even better. Food was perfect! Came all the way from Toronto area and we were so happy with everything! Sandra or Steph? was our server at first and she was extremely personable too

From start to finish, Amazing! Short wait for prime time. Boris was out waiter and he was great. The food came out fast and delicious. They were plenty of people working hand in hand to make everything smooth it seemed like. Very recommended for this location!

Ordered the grill shrimp, wings, and the FM steak. The shrimps and the wings were not fresh at all, they can put heavy seasonings in order to cover the smell, but they can’t hide the texture of the food. The grilled shrimp was too soft, you don’t even need to bite it and it comes off into different parts. The wings was too salty, inside of the wing was still watery. Lastly, the FM, I request it to be medium, and the chef made it well done. After I cut it and taste it, the meat was sour with bad smell. No wonder why they made it well-done. And the bean on the side, with the tips of the beans you can clearly tell the color differences. The beans is rotten and they still used it for customers. Well-Done.

My daughter and I had lunch here last week on Wednesday. The hostess was nice. Our waitress brought over bread right away, and said she'd be back to take our drink orders. That was more than 5 min later. We ordered our drinks and the blooming onion. While we were putting in our lunch order the onion arrived at our table. We had less than 10 minutes before our salads arrived, and just a tad over 5 minutes before our steaks arrived. I felt so rushed, it was not relaxing at all. When it was time to pay the bill and get take out boxes since we waited 10min. In the beginning and the end we had to wait much longer than it took for us to have our food piled on top of us one after another. When I got home, I found blooming sauce on the back of my leg. When I sat down in the booth I must've sat down on it. I tried scrubbing this sauce out of my pants and it won't come out. I'm disappointed that the booth wasn't cleaned for us, that our food was rushed. I'm pretty sure they changed their croutons and the bacon bits. It's been a couple years, but the croutons lacked flavor and didn't seem homemade like they once were. Even the bacon seemed more like it came out of a bag rather than fresh like it used to be. The steak was cooked right, but lacked flavor. I probably won't return and will continue supporting local restaurants, not chains.

Everything was perfect! The food is exactly as you'd expect and definitely worth the price. I personally really like the specials they do, as they keep the menu fresh and new while still maintaining the classic Outback style. The staff are super friendly, and our server Boris was attentive and helpful. We come here often and will continue to do so!

Decided to take my chances with Outback this Valentines day. The wait was over an hour but my wife and I decided to wait inside. Hostess was kind and offered us a higher up table so we didn't have to wait as long. We were greeted by Borris who was incredible. We saw how busy it was and didn't expect much. Yet everything came out fast and tasted great. Excellent service, great food provided a terrific Valentines day!

Good drink deals and excellent customer service. Fast service on food not too long of a wait. Waiters and waitresses are polite and friendly.

Today we went to Outback Steakhouse for my great grandma! She turned 101 today so shoutout to her! I got the bloomin burger which consists of a burger obviously, bloomin fried onions, spicy pickles, cheese, regular onions, , tomatoes, and some spicy sauce of some sort. Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever eaten! It tastes to me like grilled cheese and a burger. So good. Buttery bread, juicy burger! Excellent toppings just mwah 💋 I'm not a fan of pickles in general but I didn't notice the pickles till later lol. 🙌 My little sister ordered some well done steak, aussie fries and seasoned rice. She said it was good... however when I looked over after she cut it quite a bit of it was red or pink. I tasted it. It was okay, but def kinda dry. Mom also had steak , but she had chicken and baked potatoe as well as a salad. Oh and someone at our table had the Mac and cheese. Apparently it tastes like cardboard to them, so I wouldn't recommend it. Staff were very kind and patient with us ♥ Thank you! I look forward to coming back eventually

Honestly I did not expect to like this place at all, but it was way over my expectations! The steak I got was well season, although I asked for medium and it came medium well/well done. I recommend for whoever is looking for a cheaper steak. Don't miss out on the bloomin onion!

Service by waiter Jack was outstanding. Shrimp and sirloin were excellent and reasonably priced. Wife enjoyed loaded baked potato, while I enjoyed a sweet potato with butter. Very satisfied.

Salt salt and more salt. I love a salty steak but not to this extent. Who is salting these steaks??? Both steak dinners (filet minion and ribeye) were packed with a crazy amount of salt that made your tongue burn. Salad dressings were thick and tasted like mayo both blue cheese and honey mustard. The server who dropped off our salads we asked her for more bread, none ever came. The lobster was very good (got 2 star rating for this) but the coconut shrimp was very dark and appeared to be fried in old dirty oil. Service by Nicole was taking our order, others did the rest. She didn’t even come back to check on us, we had to flag her down for the bill. No tap for visa and she had to take our card to her station to run it through. Nov 13, 2022 . We are not from the US and will not return to this location when we return. If you want a steak dinner, go elsewhere where it’s salted correctly.

Ordered my food on door dash. The soup was okay, sandwich and salad was great. Wish they would've given butter for the bread which I just threw away since I didn't have any butter for it. It came very quickly!

Was down from Canada for the day and this has to be one of my favorite restaurants. Food was amazing and our waitress was awesome!

Good food and portions. I ordered off their Aussie-tizers. I got an order of Kookaburra wings. Very good and crispy. Also got an order of Aussie cheese fries. Very good and nice dip it comes with to dip.

Usually have amazing meals here and the service is usually amazing but today was the opposite. It took 45 minutes past our pick up time for take out to get our food. It was cold when we got it. We were missing food.. the order for one dinner was wrong. The 6 oz steak was maybe only 4 oz. Looked more like a boneless rib then a steak. The service while picking up the food was okay. I know times are tough with covid causing problems with enough staffing and problems getting orders on for the food supply to make the food so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 but this was very disappointing for the prices we paid.

We enjoyed our dinner, the service was amazing. Food came out quick. Our server Nate was on point! Our steak dinners were cooked perfect the way we like and the loaded baked potato was amazing. Drinks were delicious throughout dinner, all around our date night was a success thanks to Nate.

Love dining at the Amherst, NY Outback. Had an exceptional evening with Troy as my server. Wanted to try a new entree and it was presented to me burnt. 😯 Troy promptly offered to remove it from the bill and stated that I should still try it and asked me if I was ready for another blueberry lavender lemonade cocktail which is my favorite! Service was exceptional. Thank you
