I got there around 5 pm and was really hungry. Alyssa helped me with my orders and she was really attentive and understanding of my diet concerns. I didn't want bacon butter on my burger and I got baklava butter instead! Great sub ! I had the steak with potatoes and fried dough for dessert. Really recommend

First time here . The restaurant is beautiful and very nice atmosphere. Wish they didn’t have so many tables so feel overcrowded. Other that the food was absolutely amazing and service was good . I highly recommended the duck wings

Our server was extremely friendly and professional. She came and asked at least three times if everything is alright. This made me have a good impression on this restaurant. Moreover, we ordered hamburgers and interesting thing is that there is a wild game hamburger. This hamburger meat is chosen randomly such as kangaroo, elk, boar, duck, yak, bison, kobe etc.... not to mention the hamburger was incredibly mouth watering. Also they have tons of different kinds of beers so it was really hard to tell which beer is tasty. However, our server kindly recommended few beers based on my personal preference. I will visit this place later and tried other menus as well.

Fabulous experience. Greeted and seated by Catherine upon arrival. Quickly attended by my friendly waitress, Brooke. She was attentive throughout my visit, recommending several popular menu items. Diversity is a great description for the menu. Everything I had was delicious, the heated items hot and cold well chilled. And coffee? A full bodied, quality brew. A nice bar area was also avaliable with full service. I will definitely be back with friends.

I never usually order burgers because I'm always disappointed, but here I was absolutely blown away by their wild game burger. By far the best burger I've ever had. Will reccomend to anyone who loves a great burger and very attentive staff. Will definitely be making the 2.5 hour drive back just for this restaurant.

Amazing place/pub! Quality food, service, and great, friendly atmosphere. Plus they have 100 beers on tap!!! Try and pick! :) Interesting and exotic burger choices. Ranging from bison, Elk, to Kobe. I had the ostrich burger, which was tasty but a little dry for my taste. Also tried the steak sandwich, potstickers, and buffalo deviled eggs-all very delicious! Potstickers were the best! Coming back here soon!

Let me just say that great service will forgive any misgivings along the journey! Tonight we decided to have a local meal and Griffon is just around the corner. The welcome as you enter is lovely and the bar service is friendly, warm and all of those inviting vibes you want from bar service. The beer on tap is very impressive too! Once we were seated, let me tell you that Gabby set the mood right. As attentive as you’d like and nothing was too much for her to handle. She was able to resolve any issues we had with complete ease, and never once got defensive about changes or issues we had with our meal. Managers pls give this lovely lady a raise, because wow she goes above and beyond! Thank you Gabby!

This bustling gastropub in Amherst has some innovative food which seems to all be made in house. Would highly recommend upgrading your side dish to the tater tots - the best I've ever had. Go when you're HUNGRY as portions are massive! The PB &J Burger is outstanding. Sounds weird, but flavour is perfectly balanced. Hubby had the bison burger (pictured here - yes it was the size of his head!). He said it was a top 3 lifetime burger. Service was top notch, attentive, gave great recommendations and accommodated our requests. The only drawback is the noise level. I couldn't follow a conversation with my table becuase the music/ambient sound is so loud. Every table is trying to talk over the music which leads to a cacophony of white noise. While I wouldn't let it stop me from going back, it is distracting.

Food was pretty good. Burger was interesting. Needed more jam. Fries, potstickers, and fried goat cheese was super delicious.

Love the food here. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Buffalo, consistently great food at both this location and East Aurora. Service is always great, food always comes out quickly. The three best appetizers that we always get are the grilled cheese bites, the corn fritters , which are so soft and come with a maple butter that is so silky and delicious, and the bahn mi nachos...which are incredible. The nachos are not like normal nachos, they're similar texture to those fried Chinese noodles. So delicious! The meat is so tender and the toppings are so flavorful, the carrot shreds are sweet and crunchy, it's just a fantastic combination of flavors. They have great burgers here too. the asiago filled gnocchi was great, the texture was so soft, melt in your mouth. Definitely getting that again! Beer battered fish fry was good, light and airy although the fish was a little too slimy for me. We've been eating at Griffon for several years and had several different dishes and never had anything bad. Wasn't crazy about the pumpkin bisque but that's probably just a taste preference.

Very good experience. Got one of their salad and it was amazing! Drinks were great too.

First time trying this place that was recommended to me. Decided to try something new and went with the Wild Game Burger. Today's choice was the Wild Boar. If I'm being honest, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The taste, quality, look, juiciness. The fries were perfectly seasoned as well, and the service was phenomenal. 100% going back and recommending to everyone I know!

There were so many options that it was hard to choose. The Chicken Caprese over their Gouda Mac was a delicious combination. The service was great, we wish we would have saved room for dessert, but we had to try the Tuscan Sausage bean dip. 😋

Amazing!! We came here unexpectedly and hungry! We enjoyed the Mexican corn dip, pasta, salad, beef of weck and more! Every bite was delicious. Even our surprise dessert, puffs of love (I think it’s called) Our waitress, Cammie was phenomenal even with all our crazy questions. We can’t wait to go back.

Stopped in for a beverage and food. Ordered a burger and added mozzarella, bacon and an egg with sweet potato fries. Hubby ordered the jam burger with fries. Food was absolutely phenomenal! Wish I had the room to try other items on the menu as everything looked fantastic. Love the beer and Cider options and service was fantastic.

Absolutely delicious food here. Great selection of top Ipa ‘s. Had the waffles and chicken was outstanding.

The fish was absolutely amazing, I had the Cajun crunch awesome and not very spicy we also had the soup curry lobster was very delicious as well not very curry we had the corn fritters being from Florida I have eaten many of those and this was quite different but delicious the French fries you are also delicious too ,server was amazing and fall of energy very informative all in all a wonderful experience there definitely will go back again when in this area.

Great restaurant and great service too! Thier menu has a wide variety of things to try, and the chicken tenders are the BEST you'll ever have! Oh and don't forget to get dessert too!

The food was wonderful. I had the chicken and waffles. We also had the corn fritters for appetizer. They were amazingly tasty. Our server was also great. She was very friendly and engaging. Dessert was off the charts. Chocolate peanut butter pie for $7. It was massive.

Nice polite waitress. Ordered kids meals first , cause they were hungry. Adults ordered ,after the kids meals arrived. Food came quick. It was very good. Would go again.

Delicious food and great service! They have a huge list of beers & ciders on tap that are mostly all local. They do a wild game burger that is always good. Definitely a must to go if you want a nice local, unique and creative place to eat!!!

The food was just fantastic. We could not get over the blue crab dip, and our sandwiches - chicken panko and mangia steak - outdid their description. You can tell the cook cares. Allison delivered five-star service. A must try! We will definitely be back.

I visited for the first time for my sisters 21st birthday, and I was very pleased with all of the food! I got the NO MOO FOR YOU burger & so did my friend. The burger was incredible!! As a vegetarian of 2+ years I really enjoyed this & especially with the fried egg on top. My father got a beef on weck, and in his words, the meat was probably over done or just over soaked. It was still very good, just the display of the beef on weck was different compared to the others meals. The birthday girl got some beer sliders & she really LOVED the sours here! She got a steak type meal (don’t really remember what) but she really loved that jt came with asparagus. Wonderful time here!
