Since 1991, Tully’s Good Times has been a family owned, locally operated business with locations across Central, Western, Southern New York and Pennsylvania. French onion soup had great flavor, lots of onions and cheese was baked just right. Steak and cheese sandwich was good. I opted for potato salad instead of French fries. Great choice. It was creamy and delicious.

We've been getting excellent take out from here for the past several years. Always delicious and prepared very well. Their breaded chicken is fantastic ! Recently we've tried eating in the restaurant. Food has been the same consistent deliciousness. But, table service and restaurant cleanliness has not been so good.

The food was delicious, our server Carly was awesome, and the price is just right..I had the Bbq burger.. It was perfect!

Stopped in for lunch and went to the bar to wait for a table. The bartender was great. She recommended a great drink and we ended up eating right there at the bar. She also recommended a meal that was fantastic. Will definitely go back. Her name was Jordyne and she did a fantastic job and everyone at the bar seemed very happy with her service.

Wonderful visit! We came as a large group and we had a great experience. The service esd great, the food was perfect, and we had an awesome time. My daughter (4) was a little too young to handle the large cup with plastic lid and spilled her drink, but it was a quick mop up and fix and smiles all around. It was nice to not feel like a burden with small children. We were made very welcome. Thank you again!

Waited a long time for my cold dry cheese burger and fries. The pickle spear was the warmest part of the meal.

Had dinner here and the staff and food was lovely! They bring out fresh popcorn that’s not too buttery or salty. Lots of food options such as: burgers, sandwiches, salads, pasta, and chicken tenders. I got a turkey burger with broccoli on the side and it was really good. I also had some rice that was buttery and delicious. Our waitress, Sarah, was very nice and polite. I haven’t been to Tully’s in a while but I’ll definitely try to go more often. There’s lots of TVs and games to entertain kids. There’s popular music playing but never too loud that I couldn’t have a conversation.

It was our very first time here, we had a little wait for our table and that was fine by us as we were not in a hurry, I ordered the chicken tenders dinner and my husband got the fish fry, we got an appetizer of chicken wing dip and 2 adult beverages called the Gatorade (which were amazing). I will say hands down some of the best food we ever had. We recommend the chicken wing dip 10,000 times over. And they don't lie they were the best chicken tenders in the world. I couldn't finish it all and had to take some home.. the atmosphere is very family friendly. I love the fact they make a lot of their stuff fresh, the only down side I had was the honey mustard dip didn't taste much like honey mustard, but horseradish. But that's okay it was still good. We definitely will be back, but with the whole family.

When me and my lady first pulled up to the joint, I didn't know what to expect. The building looked very lively and the little turtle fella, posted outside the building looked friendly, too. Should've gotten a picture with him.. When we went inside, though; OH. MY. GOODNESS! BEAUTIFUL sports atmosphere. Loved the display with Sabres legends Rick Martin, Gilbert Perreault & Rene Robert jerseys. The London Fletcher framed jersey was also brilliant. This place felt like football on the 1st day of Autumn with clear skies and 70° weather. Then....here comes the fun part. The food...was...fantastic. Absolutely fell in love with the crispy Tex Mex egg rolls. The Cajun sauce was to have an aneurysm for. The Mozzarella sticks were thick and seasoned well. The Louisiana crab dip was awesome. Never had it before. Incredible. Not to mention, they serve chips with their appetizers. Way to appease the fat folk, Tully's. Great thinking. My lady finished off with the Chicken Alfredo. I got the Chicken Caesar salad and the New York Reuben. Listen. When I say that was the best corned beef and salad paring I have ever ingested, I DO NOT say that lightly. Absolutely phenomenal. Would DEFINITELY come to this place again. One of Western New York's most UNDERRATED eating venues without question. Quality service as well. The staff was very endearing to us. Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful people and beautiful food to boot. Rating: 9.2/10 (P.S. Widen out your beer variety a bit. Good choices. Just give us a little more. Eh, I'm just a drunk. Giving this place two stars. My experience has been less then good. Left me waiting for a beer for a long time. The bigger issues I had was the fact that they wanted to hold my credit card while I ate. They claim it was there policy but I refuse to be treated like less then a man. I did witness this with other bar patrons, but still, really. Honestly I felt like I wasn't welcome here. So if you're a guy who like the good service this is not the place. To be 100% honest maybe I always hate these chains and I'm disappointed the Irish pub nextdoor is closed 🥲

Food as very good. Highly recommend the Asian chicken strips. The waitress just seemed like she wanted us in and out. Not very many tables being waited on by her either. Either way good food.

Tried the new pulled pork BBQ sandwich. It's a little skimpy on the meat, but delicious. Excellent service, as always. They've got more flat-screen tvs than a Best Buy, so you're bound to find a sport to watch.

We go here all the time. We love their lunch and after 9pm specials. Great for the family the kids love playing in the arcade area. I love the baked ziti and their grilled cheese is awesome too. And my bf loves the chicken fingers!

If you are asked to tip on a take out order you should not be disregarded by the host and shuffled back to the bar to wait 10 minutes to have to get your own order. It leaves a bad taste to the experience. The food is not bad when you dine in but I highly recommend if it pick up you drive on brother.

Tully's does a very decent job. I really like it for a meeting place for friends and family. This location is great and they have always have great people working the bar area.

No complaints on the service. However, my most recent meal here was… so so. The Onion soup was pretty good but thick. And the Ruben sandwich I had… the beef was chewy and the bottom bread got soggy.🤦🏼‍♀️I’ve had better. 🤷🏼‍♀️At least the Mixed Gatorade drink was very tasty!😋🍹9/21

Usually great food. As of lately their Ranch has the consistency of water and the spicy chicken tenders hardly have any spice to them. Sad to see as this place was THE go to for any family and friends living in town or visiting. Now it's quality is dropping. Not sure if they let go their QC or got a new chef or something. It's clear something is going on.

The food is decent. it's a sports bar. They have gluten sensitive clearly marked on the menu. They can't guarantee gluten free because there is gluten in the kitchen. However the food marked GS is made without glutenThey do not offer gluten-free buns. They do have gluten-sensitive chicken wings! They're actually really good. They're nachos are also made with corn tortillas and not flour so those are gluten sensitive too. Overall this place is reliable and I love the popcorn. My partner thinks they have a good choice of on tap beer. Service has been hit or miss. I think they have a problem finding servers right now but doesn't everybody? I don't think we've ever had the same server twice. Last night's server seemed good but very inexperienced. This is definitely in our rounds of restaurants every couple weeks that we go to

This place is very dirty. Should have walked away before the 15 mintues we had to wait for a seat at 9pm for 5 people. Took over 5 mintues before the waitress came to get the drink order but we ordered our food at the sametime. Took about 10 mintues for the drinks to get to the table. Took about 30 mintues or more for the food to get to the table. I will add pictures and it will explain it all. We should have looked at the rating for this place and went to McDonalds from the start. After not eating the food I ordered i went to the gas station and bought dinner there to eat. They will respond to this post. But if they don't do anything about the service or the way things are being done there. Then what difference does it make. Sorry can never make up the time i spent at this place. Someone really needs to do something about this place.

The service was great and the food was very good. One of my sons wanted their chicken tenders and he was very happy that we visited. It took a bit longer than we expected to get our meals especially since it wasn’t terribly busy, but Brooke kept our drinks and popcorn filled while we waited. Overall a very good dining experience.

The waiter I had was amazing. This was mine and my daughters first time here and it was great. Great people, cute little popcorn basket when you sit down. Was just awesome. Wish I could give it more stars. Also the food was fantastic

The food was mediocre at best. The meatloaf, tasted like Salisbury steak. Completely uninspired food. The rest of the party ordered chicken fingers, which they all found to have an excessive amount of breading. It was my first time eating there, and my last...

Great good, good service! I recently tried Tully’s for the first time and was honestly pretty impressed. The portions were HUGE! I got the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese and a side of chicken fingers, because I heard these were the two best dishes at Tully’s. They certainly did not disappointment! The only reason I’m giving it 4/5 was because the server talked me about of getting the chicken and I honestly wish I tried it

It was excellent as always. Although they were short handed, they truly worked as an efficient team. The service was fast and very friendly. Our hostess (Patricia?) was congenial. Our server/waitress Meghan was a delight. I ordered my favorite, the California fish taco - more than enough for one person! DELICIOUS😋! I had the raspberry lemonade - YUMMY! My brother had the chicken tenders - another favorite - and his usual unsweetened tea. Of course, we had to save room for dessert; so, we boxed up part of our meals. I forgot the name of our chocolate chip cookies and ice cream dessert. OH MY GOODNESS! Our tummies were SO FULL.

Bridget is 100% the best bartender. She makes the best cosmopolitans and is always consistent, prompt, friendly and pleasant. I’ve visited this location several times with friends and have always had a stellar experience!

Decent bar food options but compared to previous experience, food quality definitely declined. Very nice staff all around but stretched thin.

Mountain melt burger is delicious! Tenders have their own unique taste,very good food and a nice selection of draft beer.
