Light refreshing , my go to is the Caesar wraps and the blueberry lemon cookie .the price can get to 16 dollars pretty quickly though. Wraps about 11 dollars .

Fantastic spot in downtown Syracuse to get a great salad, soup coffee or breakfast sandwich. The team and the owner are attentive and the customer service is perfect. I enjoyed an awesome spinach salad and can’t wait to come back next time

Pronto is my go to spot for lunch, and when I'm out for breakfast that too. They have the freshest ingredients for salads, nothing is ever soggy or wilted, and they always do the perfect amount of dressing - love their basil dressing! The paninis are also great, a good balance of bread and insides, which you don't get everywhere. I especially love the tuna melt. The staff is very nice, always remember me when I'm in, and make good suggestions for salad combinations if I'm going off menu. This is the kind of place that you won't feel bad - budget or health wise - about hitting up a few times a week! And the place is spotless!

I come here for my work lunch break everyday. The service is always quick and the workers are always friendly. The food is consistently good, and the restaurant is always clean. Pronto Fresh is the perfect spot for a healthy tasty meal.

I would highly recommend Pronto Fresh for fresh, quality salads, sandwiches, and soups! The food is fantastic and the service is even better. And don’t forget to grab some of the best baked cookies! Lemon Blueberry and Chocolate Chip are my favorites!

Was in the area waiting for a group to return…needed coffee and something for lunch. Prontofresh was close and I was not feeling like a hike…excellent coffee and a awesome Buffalo chicken wrap!!! Glad that I stopped in and will do again if I get back in the area!!! Thank you again!!!

Been here twice, had a chicken salad sandwich the first time, today I had the southwest wrap, both were pretty good, could have had a little more flavor, or 'zest', but definitely not bad at all. I'll go back for sure!

Love this place❤️Can’t say enough about the owners and service. Quick place to run in and get a healthy lunch. Salads made upon request and everything is fresh and made in front of you. Park right in front and run in or stay to eat. I’ve been going here for few years and prefer over other places that sell salad options. Great sandwiches and wraps also.

Great little shop with a delicious wrap. 10/10 would come here regularly if i lived in the area. Everything was super fresh and healthy, and the lemonade was so fresh the sugar hadn't even finished dissolving yet!

Pronto Fresh is amazing!! Ordered last minute lunch for my job and asked for specific delivery time, they got here before expected delivery time with even being across town. Food was VERY fresh and tasty! The owners are lovely and sweet! They even called back to make sure everything was well! I highly recommend.

Love their salads! Today I was given the wrong salad when it was picked up and they immediately called several times to let me know. Then they sent a text message and delivered the salad to me and threw in some extras. I was glad they corrected it, but I certainly didn’t expect all that. Much appreciated and impressed.

This was brought in for us at work today. The delivery driver( I think was the owner ) Was so kind. The food was also fresh and delicious! I had not heard about this place until today but will definitely be dining here very soon!

Owners Francesc and Luciana go above and beyond for their customers. We are really thankful that our downtown community here in Syracuse produces such great food! I work at a car dealership on one of the main drags downtown and Francesc will always deliver to us super fast! I do know that COVID has hit them fairly hard and their sales are taking a hit.
