Wow was it PACKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And yet everyone was having a good time with their customers... There is nothing lacking about their food!!! FYI! Their calzones are pretty big! So glad we ordered the minis lol, garlic knots were ohhhh sooooo good!!!! The calzones were packed!! Great atmosphere! Thank you soooo much! It was a mad house and yet everyone was smiling a delightful team... Not something you see a lot, a team... Tables were taken care of by more than one to ensure everyone was getting served well... Take care of your servers and bar tenders! They do a good job at taking care of us..

My 3 kids are 11 and younger. They all found something to eat and share. Our server was extremely patient. Their food was what you can't find at your Olive Garden chain, and I'm glad. They moved into the space Dennys used to have. I hope they keep moving forward to create the same atmosphere they had by the mall.

Wow! Food was fantastic with excellent portions. Great flavor and the rolls were amazing. Will definitely come back again! Great value! Decent prices, even on the adult beverages!

Nice little stop on pur way through. Not quite what I expected food-wise but the service was excellent and the atmosphere was clean, cool on a blistering hot day, and pleasant. I had the lobster ravioli but it tasted canned. Another in our group had the spinach radii and said it was very good. The Caesar salad with shrimp was good as well.

The food was absolutely delicious!! I had the pasta sampler with pink sauce!! There was so much food and was like $12 I will definitely go back!!

Food was delicious as always! Way better and more authentic than Olive Garden. The Peach Belini drink was delicious, but seemed small for $7. The lasagna and Pasta Sampler were amazing and worth it!

Ribeye was a bit all over the place, bit underdone in some spots, overdone in others. Still tasted great, good service, very quick to respond. Also got french fries instead of fried potatoes, but personally, im fine with that.

food was delicious! They came out with the wrong plate and quickly made my order right. The salad was good, would have been nice to have a bit fresher lettus. the waiter was very nice and kept our drinks filled. check was promptly given and handled in a timely manner! will visit again!

Food was very tasty. Service is slow, if not a bit absent-minded...we were sat at our table, but forgotten about as we watched others get sat after us and tended to before our server showed up. The atmosphere is a bit dull, and the place always seemed dead. The only reason I'd go back is because their food is good (5 out of 5 stars).

As always we had amazing food and service. It looked like they were short-staffed as everyone was working so hard. God love them.

Very low key, hostess and all the staff were very polite and friendly. The food was delicious, cheesy and hot!

Was a very enjoyable dining experience! I had pasta sampler, which was manacotti, lasagna, and tortellini covered in marinara and cheese and baked together in one dish. You can tell all the pastas were freshly made and had great flavor! The garden salad with house dressing was also delicious! The waitress was very friendly and personable and very skilled. Was a great dining experience and I would go back in a heart beat!

My husband and I have very different food preferences. He likes to try new things and I find something I like and stick with it. He loves the sausage and vegetable dishes, I almost always order the Tortelli Alla Panna or Lasagna. Always a great meal.

Had a lovely dinner here while traveling through on the interstate. It was very clean and the food was good, especially the marinara sauce. My wife got the ravioli, which was even better than my spaghetti and meatballs.

Great food, Chicken Pomodoro is my favorite although I would like to try it with veal. It's hard for me to eat there as I don't tolerate dairy so well, but the dairy free dishes I have tried were good. Seems like the service is a little lacking sometimes but they are likely short-staffed like everywhere else. Their new location is great inside though I wish they didn't move to the other side of town from me. 😓

Food was amazing!!! Everything we bit into left us in awe! I guess I never had real Italian food but I think this is my new favorite. Restaurant is perfect date setting. Quiet and delicious.

The best Italian food I have had in a very, very long time. I ordered the Tilapia Creamore. The tilapia and shrimp were cooked perfectly. We also ordered the garlic basil cheese rolls with alfredo dip. We could have made a meal out of just those! Everything we had was delicious.

Had the pasta sampler, a side of meatballs, bread with dipping oil, and a lovely Lambrusco. So delicious 😋! Highly recommend 🌞👍

First time or years (20+) living here, I ate here was amazing and I bought a friend. Second time put me and my same friend off completely. Who ever is the chief in the back, either has a good day or bad day never all good. First time everything was fresh and tasted homemade and off the stove and oven as it should be. Second time, they recycled the sauce and mixed with another for my dish and applied it to my friend's when it is suppose to be white sauce alone. That made us ill and we felt rushed out the restaurant even though it wasn't busy enough to say we were a problem. The problem was apparently over hearing a large party coming in soon. It's either keep the consistency going or fire the chief or staff who are over their heads. If it is that stressful, that need to be addressed not slapped aside and show it in the food or atmosphere. How places go under and I hate to see this happen here for how strong it had been from talk. Thank you for reading folks.

Napolis is the best Italian cuisine I have ever had (I have lived all over the world) we have been eating at this restaurant for many many years (15) The food is yummy, fresh, and homemade. There is just nothing like food from Napolis. Additionally, the staff at this restaurant are one of a kind. Once when my daughter was young she spilt her drink 2 times while we were dining there. The waitress didn't show any frustration and remained so kind. My family all agrees they have some of the nicest staff we have ever encountered while dining. Our favourite is Melody. Melody is one incredible women. She is so kind, warm and notices everything very attentively while serving you the best meals we have ever had. Must try their soups too. My favorite is their minestrone. The chef here makes the best meals ever!

Just an honest review. I love taking my girlfriend on a dates here, so I surprised her with a valentines dinner the weekend before the 14th. We both dressed up, the wait was only 20 minutes, table was clean, we drank some Stella while enjoying a soft bread roll and dipping oil as we waited for our dinner. We look forward to another evening.
