My family went throught the drive through and we had a horrible experience. The person taking our order was rude. We weren't asked if we wanted any sauce and when we asked for some after we received our food the "manager" gave us 5 sauces for an order of ten things and then shut the window quickly before we could ask for more. She then glared at us untill we left. We bought a nacho doritos locos chicken taco that were basically empty. The manager needs to gain some basic hospitality or find a new job.

Horrible day for taco bell. The people who have jobs right now, were you employed in the dark because where are the actual workers who are not total ticks on the neesh of society. I mean these people by right don't deserve the car they drive, the food in the fridge or the money in the bank. Just nuke the fast food industry and customer service jobs with "AI" incorporated robotics. The left over meat waste will be provided a small monthly allowance subject for rent and car payment. Food and utilities will be worked for. If you're found totally entrenched incompetence then you work less and make the rest up in mandatory life lesson classes, starting with common sense 101 and move forward from their. Don't eat here, vomit island.

8 cars. 20 minutes in line so far and still not moving. Sad that Taco Bell has fallen downhill so bad!!!! The second is now at 25 minutes and only 2 away. Maybe 15 more minutes and I will be there!

We had a very long wait. Employees were very nice, but nothing is more irritating than getting home, and your order isn't correct. We ordered 5 chalupa's 2 with extra onion. Didn't get any onion.

Employee at the drive thru absolutely did not care when we told her the app would not work for us on multiple occasions. She just blew us off. We would have ordered for 3 people instead of 1 but what we wanted was app exclusive...the app didn't work.

Went in ordered food. They were busy and I knew they were busy when I went in there I waited patiently it was like 10-15 minutes and I asked nicely where my order was at in line and the lady that was taking orders rudely snapped at me and I said I am working on it. Give me a break. After that I said why are u being rude to me I just asked a question she said well u just need to be patient. I then said I would like my money back and I will go somewhere else. Not only did I not get what I ordered, but I was also charged twice as much. If that wasn't bad enough, the food was absolutely awful. This location has steadily gone down hill in quality and service. This was my first visit in 6 months, and a firm reminder as to why.

this is the absolute worst taco bell drive through ever. don't get in line if you don't have 20-40 minutes to spare, because you'll be stuck & unable to leave. I don't know what the problem is, the people are very nice

Was extremely slow. Getting food to go from lobby. Food was good but don't plan on ever returning. Do not recommend.

Ordered a power menu bowl and got a crunchwrap. Really!!!! Don't just count the items please put more effort in to make sure items are correct. Come on.

First off didnt even get the steak burrito that was ordered it had no steak only hamburger even checked all of our food to make sure got wrong one to wrong person couldnt go back as we were on interstate headed back home. Their system for marking the tacos sucks! We got 3 meals and beside the obvious softshells we couldn't tell our other burritos apart! Could use a mark or something to let customer know what they got!

Got my order in fast time no issues other than one pertaining to quality of food. But this is by far the worst chalupa's I have had. Flavor is there but they are hard as a rock. Couldn't eat the main part that makes it a chalupa. Also no recipe was on or in bag how am I suppose to get points or dispute an issue.

Very slow, but establishment was clean. Our order taker was very polite.

The cashier was nice but wasn't too knowledgeable with some of the menu items. There was no suggestive selling but you could feel she was still learning and a bit nervous. We received our meal fairly quickly and actually got what we had ordered and everything tasted great. It could have been like my recent visit to mcdonalds where I was told to order on the kiosk after patently standing at the counter for over 15 min. Even if that was the case they should at least be able to acknowledge a customer standing at the counter.

Quick friendly service and fresh food! Happy to revisit again and again.

Every time I go to the one on Diers. The same girl at the window has very little customer service interaction. I’ve been in fast food for a while and at every job I’ve been told to say the price of there order ask if they want any other sauces if not say have a good day. This girl only says the price and that’s it. I also went today and my side of sour cream has almost no sour cream. I get that it’s only fifty cents but at least fill up the cup.

Took 15 maybe 20 mins to get the food. They may have been busy w the drive thru though.

Service was friendly and very respectful, food was prepared great, we've been to many and this one was great!

Me and my family had came into taco bell today and these to girls were laughing there butts off and my mom said are you open hello? Like 6 times and no one came to help we were waiting for like 10 minutes then a nice man finally came up to the front and appoligized because the girls were being disrespectful laughing and cussing with customers present that isn't at all professional.

It literally is not that the food is bad or the people are bad because I bet they're hard-working people trying to make a living and I don't want nobody to lose their job but if you're a Dasher and somebody puts an order we go and pick it up you don't make somebody wait outside your window and then tell them 30 minutes later that you're close when your lights are on also you close at 11:00 p.m. not 12:00 a.m. so come on get your shot together I know you're short staff but for real be courteous tell the person hey we're closed don't make them wait 30 minutes!

Passing through town, hit the drive thru up on the way out. Food was fine, I just wished they would have remembered to put our whole order in the bag. They forgot two chalupas.

El Taco Bell's tacos always consistently taste good Services very well

Well, if you want tacos with nearly no filling. This is your place. Got 2 party packs and ALL the tacos were basically less than a teaspoon of meat, almost no cheese nearly no lettuce and were so empty the sides of the taco shell laid right next to each other with loads of surface area. Not worth 40 bucks.

I always luv coming to this store!!! I feel sorry for the staff cuz of the shortages they have, bit the food is always worth the wait.

Only reason for a 4 point is hours of close. I love Taco Bell late night and I just wish they were open later.... their service and food is great!

Awesome service,but I personally think that they were in a hurry because when I got home I was missing 2 5 layer burritos, but still not complaining, food was fresh
