My brother and I had the grand buffet. Food was lukewarm. We were served the leftovers, the biscuits could of been used as hockey pucks. They were cold and dry. The baked chicken thigh was undercooked. The food was very bland. It wasn't what it used to be. We will not be returning there for a meal. The servers were great, though. Very pleasant and helpful.

Disappointed with this place tonight! I was out for an evening drive and then decided to make a stop on my way home to buy bread and a few other groceries. I went up front to pay for my groceries and there were no cashiers and no registers opened everything was shut off even the self checkout registers closer to pharmacy were shut off too. There was only 2 self check registers opened and one clerk on duty. I think that if your not going to have cashiers and registers opened all the time then you shouldn't be opened late and hours need to change. The guy working self check was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

I am a professional driver dropped a load and went here to get gas and load up on my groceries. I got there before they opened so after driving all night I fell asleep waiting for them to open. I drove all night. I wasn’t there but maybe 2 1/2 hours and was awakened by the police and after the police verified I was not up anything criminal activity in broad daylight sitting under the brightest light they had in the parking lot away from the building so I could be seen so I didn’t look suspicious. The store still wanted me to leave. I didn’t even go in and purchase my groceries. The police had everything checked out before even knocking on my door my van is marked with stickers along with my company number so they checked me out before even knocking on my door and waking me up. The police were great and understanding. I know they were just doing their job.

The employees are so nice and helpful. I asked a young man, stocking the soda area, if the store had the new Dr Pepper in single bottles up by the registers. He said there wasn't, but informed me that they had them at the F&F, which they were out of when I got over there, but the nice man there went and looked in the back and brought me out one. They always go the extra mile with a smile. It was a very pleasant experience today. Thank you.

Have a great selection of gifts in gift shop and a wide variety of food selections and items. Nice store.

Lots of food diversity food court is cool, including the bar but the price is throughout the store are high and not enough deals

Great store with delivery, but there hamburger has really gone downhill. It was the only place we could buy our hamburger and know there would not be any of the chewy pieces in it but lately it has been worse than other stores. We will not buy bulk anymore from here until they fix the issue. Waste of money...

I love shopping at Hy-Vee in G.I. and would rate it 5 stars, but I give their fuel perks program a minus 4. I have had problems with it for 6 months and inquired 3 different times, each time the wrong or no phone number was on it, (they) offered each time to start a new card which I did twice, each time was told it wouldn't work "unless" ... I did those things with no avail. In short, the program is useless and has left me VERY unhappy, I do not recommend this program at this store

This is my go to store. Check their specials each week and you can save some money. Employees are always friendly and willing to help.

We went there for breakfast. We were told 25 minutes before we would be seated. I didn't keep track but I'm sure it was longer. When our turn came we entered the dining room. A bunch of empty tables?. We turned in our food order. It took over 30 minutes for two simple breakfasts. I don't plan on ever going back to the diner part of that store. No explanation or reason why it took so long. Many people walked out when they heard the 25 minute wait. They were smart. If you want food floating in oil and have a couple hours to spend this is the place for you.

I don't l Iike their Asian food the Lo mei was really Soggy The Mongolian beef very salty The only one that was good was the sesame chicken which didn't have any Sesame seed On it I really don't recommend hopefully they can fix that because it's really nasty I spend $30 they went into the trash

Great selection of kombucha and other healthy drinks. Always good sales and fuel rewards points. The meat department offers "Born, raised and harvested in the USA" beef and I love supporting that! Its a great store and I shop here everytime Im in GI.

The last minute and after the cut off by an entire day for ordering a Thanksgiving dinner they actually came through and prepare to Turkey late in the day for my family to have a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. They were professional and everything was wonderful!

WAY better than all of the Omaha Hy-Vees. Easy to get in and out of, better products. Fun announcements about free samples. They even have clothes for sale at great prices. It was my first positive shopping experience at a Hy-Vee.

Had breakfast for the first time here and the omlette was so light and fluffy and you get a lot of food for your money!

Seems like they are lacking a lot of things....fruit looked bootleg as in not good...maybe it's different in the mid west but I wasn't impressed...nice people working tho! East coast fruit looks amazing compared to Nebraska...thats my opinion.

Picked up balloons for a birthday which was done right away and checked out our other groceries. We were in and put in no time. Found everything we needed in no time as we were out of time that helped.

It was cold today so I wanted some soup. Took my lunch break and went to Hyvee. Got TO-GO a whole pint of the Egg Drop soup from the Chinese Food line. It was so salty it was impossible to eat. Tried calling Hyvee to talk to someone about it and they just left me on hold.

Let me say this first....I understand the holidays are busy and they make hundreds of meals. With that being said....I had placed an order online for a Thanksgiving Meal on Sunday. It was to be ready to pick up between 4:30 and 5:00 on Tuesday. I got to the store around 4:50. The gal behind the counter asked to see my order because she couldn't find it. She asked another gentleman for help. He went to look for mine, but couldn't find it. He asked me 4 or more times to see my order. He was pulled away to help 2 other customers instead of taking care of my missing meal. They to were missing items and had to wait but not as long as me. He eventually said he could make one up for me. I was in the store until 5:35. It seemed like all the employees behind the counter had no clue where the meals were. He apologized and said something like this happens every year. Well, I'm sorry to tell you, but something is not working and things need to be more organized with these meals. If this is happening every year, you have a problem. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Hy-Vee again. It's to bad because they have great food. I will probably not shop there for quite some time.

Good variety and even though I haven't had too many interactions with employees the ones that I have had were all positive.

HyVee has the freshest fruits and vegetables then any other store. Plus you gotta love all of the daily specials. 😃

I need a dry ice they had it and that service desk was keeping an eye out for me and I didn't have to say something and he heard me ask another guy where it was and he was already getting it out before I got to his counter and that's very much appreciated cuz I was on the road trip and I just wanted to get in and out and he made a very easy

Great grocery store with good variety of all needs and wants. I was floored by the meat department. It is huge, and fresh cut steaks being done behind the meat counter. One of the most impressive meat departments I have ever seen.

All around best grocery store in town. Everything you need from fresh fruit and veggies to great cuts of meats. Awesome deli and a liquor and wine store to complete the package. Update: hamburger we have been buying here has gone downhill. We will not be buying bulk here anymore until they fix the issue with the chewy pieces in the hamburger meat. Worse than other stores. Great place. Always clean. Has everything you are looking for and if they dont they will get it for you. I love al8 one soda from Kentucky, it isn't available anywhere in nebraska i asked for it and they got some in store. I highly recommend!

Burger and onion rings the vanilla shake could be a little bit bigger a little Shake cost five bucks that's a little bit too much delicious burgers delicious onion rings the pizza is the pits

Hyvee is always clean & carries quality food. They don't have the variety that other locations have (like Kearney) & they are overpriced. They have floral & gifts & lots of pre-made food, but you PAY for it.

The customer service person was very rude. Will stick with Super Saver. Better prices and variety.

I just love that store. I went in there for flowers for friend in hospital and they made it so special while I waited found so many other useful things.

The store is nice and clean! No boxes of items to be stocked setting around in the way! Shelves were all stocked good!

Great grocery store. Good selection of products and decent prices. Has a Caribou Coffee shop inside. Their free Wi-Fi saved the day for me as I had no cell coverage at all in that area.
