Best hidden gem on the island. The always use fresh and best quality ingredients. The specials are very thoughtful with something for everyone. My favorites, a must try, in no particular orderare the seafood risotto, braised short ribs with root vegetables, Chilean sea bass, and last but certainly not least by any means is the bologna with orecchitte

Mauricio! Such a friendly greeting from beginning to the end of our meal. Just delightful. Our food was impeccable. Light gnocchi with wild mushrooms in a warm, soft cream sauce and spinach. Loved every bite! He had shrimp Scampi, and ate every single bite. The wine was perfect. Even the glass of water was great. Fresh and no after tastes. Mauricio. Our server was so nice and accomadating. We happened upon this place after traveling in from Indiana. A long road trip with our RV. Perfect for those who enjoy great food. Slow food. Home cooked, made with love. ❤️ I highly recommend for a nice evening, great food and nice little bar.

Cute little location, and friendly staff, that is where all the good stops. Supposed to be a Mediterranean Bistro, you have bread plates, but never served any bread and oil. Ordered French onion soup and lobster bisque. The French onion was overly sweet, like they used Vidalia onions instead of a yellow or red onion, and the the bisque was not creamy at all. For entre, we ordered the gnocchi and seared scallops and lobster ravioli. The gnocchi I think was the only thing hand made, and I wish it wasn't. They were extremely large and extremely doughy and dense, instead of light and delicate bites. The lobster ravioli looked and tasted exactly like the ones I buy from the super market. The scallops were so seared that the sear was like a hard cap on the scallop and was difficult to bite through. The lobster sauce on the dish was the lobster bisque soup. And again, no bread to even sop up any of the 'sauces' that were on the plate.

Great sandwich but the fries were really undercooked. Pricy food, but a cute cafe.

First time we ate there.... over the top....last time we ate there which will be our last...sadly... Quality has gone way down... meat in the bolognese was almost non existent. Microwave heating didnt help....hot bite...cold bite. Chocolate budino not at all like it used to be...but in much smaller portion Let terrible after taste. $ 165 for 3 people....nope never again.

I have eaten here several times, and the food has always been top quality and delicious from dinner (lobster ravioli with pan-seared scallops) to dessert (creme brulee or chocolate torte are both amazing). Best food on Grand Island, IMO. Highly recommended.

Great food, had crab cake & onion soup appetizer, 6oz. Filet, steak sandwich for main entree. Island margarita was to die for, zobud cocktail was delicious & a bottle of Malbec enjoyed as well. Server was the one that you always hope for as you did not lack for anything. Definitely recommend!

First of all, the food was *amazing*. We had appetizers, entrees, drinks, and desserts, and every bite or sip was absolutely delicious. The service was also very good and prompt and friendly. Next, and perhaps more importantly, the owner Sam is a kind and generous soul. Our family was looking for a safe place to gather after a funeral. In the time of covid, this was very difficult to do. Sam offered to open his dining room an hour early just for the family so we could eat together but still socially distance. With so many other grieving rituals taken from us in this time, having a meal together to share memories was a balm to us all. And Sam did not ask for anything in return. Even apart from the incredible food, Zobud Bistro will have our family's business and our gratitude for many years to come. If your goal is to have excellent food and support a local business with a sincere heart and kind soul, Zobud Bistro is an excellent choice.

I've ordered take out several times and I've been amazed at the flavors of their dishes. My favorites have been the Shrimp Scampi, Ricotta Gnocchi, and Pasta Bolognese. Everything is of high quality and cooked perfectly. The dining room looks beautiful and look forward to dining in soon.

Fantastic food! Every meal was superb. The staff was super friendly and the ambience cozy. Outdoor dining is available. Onsite parking for a few cars. Much like others have said, the lobster bisque is just about the best I've ever had. Will definitely return again soon.

Very, nice, small, and quaint place. Very awesome roasted salmon dinner. Mashed potatoes are awesome and smooth. Asparagus was crunchy and yummy. Good selection of beers and liquor. All in all a great dining experience and staff.
