Stayed one Sunday night, March 2023. The room was fine. I used their EV car charger which the front desk staff said was a no-cost perk. IT WAS NOT. I was charged over $20 for what I usually pay two (2) dollars. Called the manager (Mr Chaubhari) and he flat out said he would not help me and would not give me a phone number to contact the hotel/franchise owner. Note: All Comfort Inns are franchise/privately owned not owned/run by the Comfort Inn corporation. Very poor customer service. Watch out for scams with them.

Very reasonably priced - just over $100 per night that includes taxes. Comfortable rooms that appear to have been remodeled fairly recently. Location is a bit inconvenient as it is 6 or 7 miles north of I-80. But for a meal you can take advantage of how close the hotel is to downtown, where there are a couple of nice breweries with food to try out!

Clean, comfortable room, and breakfast was great. Besides the usual cereal, toast, waffles, juice, they had wonderful omlettes! Also, they let me plug my hybrid car into their outside outlet for free. They also have a fast charger for all-electric cars, and charge $2.00 per hour. The only complaint was the occasional smell of smoke in the hallways. Someone must have been smoking just outside the doors.

Clean, quiet, comfortable environment. Wifi connection is solid...coffee available all day in the lobby...plenty of assistance available if needed...and centrally located. You can walk to Walmart or several restaurants from here. The rooms are comfortable with large vanity space outside the bathroom..Valerie at the front is very professional and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my way through G.I. next time.

Lots of good things about this inn, clean room, friendly personnel. However, breakfast isn't served until 7 am. I am on the road before then. 6 am is typically when most inns serve breakfast, and that works for me. Fortunately I like Egg McMuffins. There are Keurig coffee makers in the rooms. I do not like Keurigs. I much prefer the regular type coffee maker with the brew basket. Also I thought the room was a little more expensive than it should have been.

Nice hotel, stayed 3 nights visiting family. Elevator and a decent breakfast with some hot food. Right off 285 and surrounded by shops and eating places and a Walmart a block down.

The staff was super nice and willing to go out of the way to help. This was the cleanest hotel I hsve stayed in on our 28 days of visiting 15 States.

Rooms are small but very neat and clean. Breakfast options are good and everything was well stocked and fresh.

Booked a room for an over night company stay, had been placed in the wrong size room and Emily was so sweet and accommodating as to upgrade my room. Wonderful costumer service!!! Would definitely book here again.

Website implies that it is VERY close to i80. It is 8 miles off the freeway. That being said, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The keurig coffee maker worked well and they offered decaf and regular k cups in the room. Breakfast was pretty solid, the hot options included scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon bits, sausage, and a make-it-yourself waffle machine. There was also the usual continental breakfast fare, muffins, yogurt, cereal, etc. Overall it was a good experience and we weren’t worried about any shenanigans with our car in the parking lot, even with our roof box on top.

This was the best of 3 Comfort Inns we stayed in over a 4 day period. The room was very clean, Everything worked, and the pool was clean although it was obviously a bit old and worn. All in all it was a nice stay.

We were told on the phone that they accepted dogs. When we arrived, the rude lady behind the desk rolled her eyes and said, " Not another one!" She couldn't even cancel our reservation. I was charged $130 for being turned away. We went down the street to Days Inn and were given a great room on the first floor. We also received free breakfast!

The halls smelled clean. The first room we were given smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. Luckily we were moved to a room that didn’t smell as bad and we ran out diffuser. There was a smoke detector right above the bed with a bright light all night. The curtains were short, so lights from the parking lot were shining in our room all night. All the sound from the hallway of all the loud people came right in the room - they were not muffled at all. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Love that the sink was in the room and the toilet and shower were in their own little room.
