Avoid
at
all
costs.
Believe
those
one
stars
reviews.
Absolutely
disgraceful,
curt,
and
rude
service.
If
it
wasn’t
for
BW
corporate
now
making
it
right
for
my
wife
and
I,
I’d
never
stay
at
a
BW
again
based
on
their
beyond
ignorant
and
blatantly
discriminatory
behavior.
My
wife
had
joined
me
on
the
last
leg
of
my
extended
work
trip
and
we
were
traveling
cross
country.
I
have
a
medically
required
service
animal
that
is
fully
verified
and
trained,
not
a
pet
in
any
way
shape
or
form,
she
works.
Due
to
my
condition
and
the
need
to
be
away
from
noise
we
called
ahead
of
time
as
courtesy
to
request
a
room
above
the
first
floor
(we’ve
of
course
needed
to
do
this
before,
never
had
this
reply).
The
request
was
surprisingly
denied
because
I
have
a
service
animal.
I
was
told
we
have
to
be
on
the
first
floor.
Confused
I
still
say
ok,
is
it
away
from
traffic
at
least?
He
says
it’s
not
a
busy
night
but
it
is
located
right
near
the
front
desk.
So
now
annoyed
I
try
to
understand
this
first
floor
rule,
rep
has
no
idea
and
keeps
pushing
back
saying
he’ll
need
to
speak
to
his
manager,
when
he
does
she
says,
if
we
won’t
accept
only
a
first
floor
room
to
cancel
our
rez.
This
is
actively
discriminatory,
this
is
not
a
pet
and
not
meant
to
be
expected
to
have
the
same
needs
and
you
must
treat
all
the
same
despite
any
medical
condition.
After
a
back
and
forth
where
the
rep
was
not
at
all
empathetic,
I
ask,
what
if
I
didn’t
have
a
service
animal?
He
says
it
would
be
a
different
story.
Clear
as
day
providing
different
rules
for
those
who
have
these
needs.
I
tell
him
this
needs
to
be
escalated
to
the
proper
authorities.
The
rep
then
says
they’ll
have
the
general
manager
reach
out.
The
general
manager,
Carla,
was
ruder
than
the
rep
and
extremely
hostile
from
the
start,
despite
my
attempt
to
have
a
civil
conversation.
We’ve
dealt
with
discrimination
before
but
never
from
a
hotel.
She
refused
service
immediately
when
there
was
zero
need
to
do
so.
Zero.
Beyond
cruel
and
unnecessary.
You
treat
those
with
disabilities
the
same.
It’s
the
law,
yes
even
with
a
service
animal.
It’s
not
a
pet.
We’ve
reported
them
to
the
BBB
and
are
speaking
to
BW
corporate
about
their
policies,
who
seem
to
be
absolutely
understanding,
thankfully.
My
wife
and
I
stayed
elsewhere
and
if
I
were
you
I
would
definitely
do
the
same.
