At $95 for the night, we got a real nice suit. It came with a kitchenette, a nice size room and bathroom. Free wifi and free pretty delicious breakfast! I was pleasantly comfortable!

Breakfast is a disaster.All they had was waffles, cereal and a few muffins. What happened to the old breakfast there of eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. My wife and I went down to breakfast at 8 AM. Coffee machine only had 1 and 1/2 cups of coffee and it was completely cold...I will never stay there again.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a couch. We checked in and they “decided” to just change our room setup to only 1 bed and a couch without telling us until we arrived. We paid extra for the bigger room. We have 4 people to fit in this room. They are not understanding and are not giving us any money back or any other type of accommodation. One of us has to sleep on the floor. Absolutely rude to us too. Never staying here again. 0/10

Really enjoyed our two-night stay here. Nice suite with a kitchen. Of course, would be even better if complimentary laundry detergent could be had along with the dish soap...we can but dream...

I really wanted to give Mainstay more stars...I really did. Our room was nice and quiet, the breakfast is good, the staff is nice, the girl serving beer at happy hour weekday evenings is SUPER nice. So, what's the issue, you ask? The housekeeping has serious issues. In the 5 nights we were here, our room was only partially cleaned once and not at all on the other days. I spoke with the front desk and it seems there are some housekeeping issues at the moment. I had to hit the front desk each evening when I got it for fresh towels. It might seem like a minor hassle, but when away from home I find comfort in coming back to a clean, well made up room for the night. If the house cleaning issue gets fixed, I'd be a solid 4 stars...maybe even 5.

Old rooms. Needs new carpet. Bug crawling on bed. We left for the Comfort Suites.

I stayed there 3 years ago and it was very nice. The rooms have been neglected a lot and so has the outside garbage everywhere. But the service is still pretty good and the location is still good. It just seems like it needs a good clean up and fresh paint

Great place to stay, I've been here several times since it opened a few years ago. Good location,easy to find and the rooms are perfect. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Will return again next year.

Not the best stay this time. Hallway smelled strongly of cleaner and elevator smelled of smoke. Room was ok. Kitchen was missing silverware and most of the pans. Tile by the tube was very creaky. Parents were in a room that had numerous things wrong. Burnt out bulbs, missing pans, fan that sounded like it was about to fall apart and some of the outlets/phone lines looked like they had been through a fire. I don’t plan to stay here again. Will try Best Western or go to Candelwood Suites again.

We stayed for 6 days and never had a working TV, bathroom door would not stay open, curdled milk for breakfast and the tub kept backing up. When asked to fix these things they left a bottle of Drano on the bathroom counter as of to say “fix it yourself “. Homeless in parking lot. Breakfast consisted of honey buns and very watery oatmeal. No decaf coffee. Management gave us a run around day about the issues we needed fixing. Oh! Ants in the kitchenette. Will never return and will let our organization know how bad it was so they won’t stay there and go through what we did.

Front Desk gentlemen Garrett (?) was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Great stay. Parking did suck but all the above made up for that.

Very nice room! with the exception of a creaky floor right outside the bathroom. Well laid out floor plan and everything you could need in a full kitchen. The hotel staff was excellent.

Staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious and priced very reasonably. We will be staying again

We had a reservation for a second night but found another place. Room smelled bad (disinfectant, stale, something else, not sure what it was?). Breakfast was not much. Waffles tasted odd. Milk for cereal was “thick”, almost curdled, when I poured it so threw it in trash. Group outside on patio was very loud until about 10:30 pm. Didn’t feel safe in the area, but have been through worse. Maybe it has been better for others or in past, but we won’t be staying here again.

Came to check in for our reservation, and there was a sign on the door that said no available rooms. But I should be cool since I have a reservation, right??? I was informed that our room was unavailable due to the air conditioning unit not working. The front desk worker did make us a new reservation at another hotel, which was nice. I do feel like they overbooked, and our room was one of them. On the plus the other hotel was nicer and had a pool!

We were charged for a night at this hotel, although they were out of room when we arrived. They then refused to refund us. I’m not sure what to call this other than theft?
