First
of
all,
I
had
no
problems
with
the
owners.
They
seemed
nice
enough.
The
breakfast
was
typical
hotel
food.
The
hotel
itself,
however,
was
not
what
we
expected
from
either
the
reviews
or
the
cost.
It
is
old,
tired,
and
creaky,
and
nothing
seals
well
enough
to
keep
the
smells
or
sounds
of
human
traffic
at
bay.
The
entire
building
smelled...
strange...
and
though
our
room
was
non-smoking,
the
smoke
from
a
few
doors
down
easily
made
its
way
into
ours.
In
addition,
the
bed
was
probably
the
least
comfortable
bed
that
we
have
experienced
in
a
long
time.
To
say
that
our
sleep
was
less
than
restful
would
be
an
understatement.
We
paid
a
little
more
than
$75
for
the
room,
looking
to
save
some
money.
If
that's
what
you
want,
that's
what
you'll
get.
However,
my
advice
to
weary
travelers
looking
for
a
place
to
rest
is
to
drive
the
few
extra
miles
into
Grand
Island
and
pay
for
a
more
expensive
hotel.
