    Excellent service! They kept on us. Our drinks were always full or new. Our fries and chips were bottomless. They gave us our meals in a timely matter. The staff was a full blown team. The best service I've had in awhile. All around great.

    Endless steak fries is awesome, especially for families with kids. They have them readily available to serve as soon as you order. The burgers were great and compared to certain markets these days, you can get a good burger for a very affordable price. Service here was great. Got seated right away on a Friday evening. The onion tower is always the best app. Definitely recommend compared to most chains.

    went today on a crowded Saturday afternoon. there was a 20mn wait but went quickly. our server was polite and efficient. We ordered burgers, mine was lowcarb in a lettuce bun. with a side salad. it was prepared well, had great taste. overall i had a good experience.

    The restaurant business is competitive, and it feels like Red Robin has gone through a difficult time. For me, neither the food nor the service is as good as it used to be. My old favorite, the Whiskey River Burger, is not as large or tasty as it used to be. It feels like they're aiming the restaurant more at families now, and it was full of kids. Again, this might be necessary because of all the competition out there. But this used to be one of my favorite places for adults as well as kids, so I hope things will get better.

    So we sat at table #77 and Mary was our server and she was great. Everything came out accurately and quickly and the food was tasty as always. However, while we were eating a large black ant fell on my daughter and then on to the table. I flicked it on the floor and got the attached photo of it. Still have Mary a nice tip because she was an all star. The management may want to get the bugs looked at though, so for that, 3 stars. We'll be back again because it's so yummy, i just hope we don't have the extra protein additive the next time around.

    First order, everything was under cooked and raw , recipt clearly said no pink. Recieved a gift card for complaining about it . 2nd time last and final chance , go to order my food used the 35$ gift card to my knowledge and was paying 4 dollars on my card . Well I'm wrong charged 40 on my bank card , instead if it using 35 dollar gift card . Again our food was wrong payed extra for gluten free bums and didn't get them threw up everywhere. I don't even want to use this 35 dollar gift card I just want my original refund. This is by far the worst restaurant I have experienced . If you can't handle it or comprehend people's orders don't do take out. Secondly answer the fn phone called for 10 mins on my last time picking up , ending up calling walking in for the waitress to be sitting on her phone playing at the waiting area. I'm beyond fed up . Take your 35 dollar gift card back and give me my 35 back to my card . I cannot believe your a restaurant here in wny . Go away I bet you won't reach out and fix this situation . 10/16/23

    Running errands and didn’t want to go home and cook dinner, so I stopped at red Robin because the burger sounded really good and I love their burgers. It is now 7:30 PM I was alone so I sat at the bar which was filthy. I sat there a few minutes and waitress walked past me three times, asked the couple next to me if they needed anything, and never acknowledged that I was even there and went to take an order from one of the bar tables. Another gentleman walked behind the bar and never acknowledged my presence either, so I got up and walked out. All they needed to do was acknowledge my presence, and let me know they’d be with me in a minute, but they didn’t. They must’ve missed that day of training! Unfortunately, you can’t leave a rating with no stars at all, so I had to give it one star in order to complete the review.

    Great service. Restaurant was packed, yet the serving people were getting everyone taken care of. Frequent checks for more to drink or bottomless fries. Nice dining experience before going to the TSO concert.

    Good burgers cooked medium rare to well done. Friendly wait staff, ambiance was typical "chain kitsch nostalgia" interspersed with numerous TV screens tuned to sports channels with no sound discernable due to incessant retro pop tunes playing. But like I said, good quality burgers available with many different toppings.

    Service sucked, Refills on fries, good luck with that. And I swear the burgers are getting thinner or smaller every year. I've been taken to this place several time and it's worse each time. Last time we missed half the apps until it was too late to even enjoy them.

    Our family loves Red Robin! I appreciate the many options for burgers, both beef and chicken options. Our kids were sad as there have been issues with getting macaroni and cheese recently, but still love the tasty bottomless fries.

    This is the second awful experience I have had at this Red Robin location, I came this past weekend with my mom, my husband and my brother. Our waiter had accidentally dumped someone's food crumbs on my mom's back while walking them back to the kitchen- it wouldn't have been a big deal but the waiter didn't address it, say sorry or anything. He picked up the paper wrapper off the floor and kept walking. My mom brought it up to the waiter after and he still did not apologize. He then gets the manager, she said she took off one of our appetizers as an apology and apologizes for the waiter. Well, then my mom gets up and there is a literal pile of food on her jacket (which would've been on between her and the chair, it was draped on the back of the chair). She had a giant grease stain on her back and she started crying. She was HUMILIATED and the waiter still didn't say he was sorry and the manager just said she could grab a cloth to wipe up the grease. After not one but two awful, disgusting experiences at Red Robin, I will not be back. The way that nothing was rectified and made right is disgusting and that manager and waiter should be ashamed of themselves. Both myself and my husband have worked in the service industry and are understanding of mistakes or accidents but there was definitely a better way to go about the situation.

    Good burgers like the onion rings. Can't beat the refills in the fries and pop we'll go there again part. I like the waiter or waitress takes the order when the food comes up. Somebody else delivers it. So as soon as it's ready somebody is delivering to the table. Good idea

    Always love red Robin. Only gave the service a 4 star because the waitress forgot about my daughters drink and we got the appetizer before we got her drink so she had to drink most of mine. But always great food.

    I got a Mai Tai and their version of the black n blue burger and both were excellent. The blue cheese was in a creamy cheese sauce and it wasn’t the normal, boring crumbles. It brought it to the next level! Made for a great birthday dinner.

    Very disappointing lunch. The burger quality has plummeted since I was last there. They seemed like preformed frozen patties, rather than the thick juicy burgers of the past. The garlic parm fries were good, though. Our waitress was very sweet, but had trouble keeping up. There were really too many tables in her section. Overall, probably won't go back any time soon.

    I love the fish and chips! I got sweet potato fries instead of course ☺️ they have great food at very decent prices. The UFO blueberry 🍺 was delightful! Might be our new date night spot♡ only thing I don't like is the lighting in the bar area.. Makes ugly shadows for a first date, just saying😅 I've never dined in the other large area, only the bar area and I don't plan to because it looks to get crowded and busy!

    Always a favorite. And they added endless sides to some of the meals. And the kids get free refills. They are doing all the right stuff to keep customers happy and we'll keep coming back. Red Robin... Yum

    Server was Chris. He was trying his hardest. Not many servers and food took a extremely long time to come out. My order wasn't correct and my burger was soaked in some grease mixed with garlic sauce. By the time my remade order came I asked to have it to go as my entire party (5 of us in total) had all finished their food and were waiting around for me to get mine. We came this evening to celebrate my husband's birthday. Took over an hour to get our food. Not sure I'd return. Our server Chris was otherwise great!

    When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly hostess who escorted us to our table where we were promptly waited on. Our appetizer came out very quickly and was great. Our entrees came out soon after and were delicious. They were very sweet to our one year old as well. Fantastic experience 10/10 🔥👌

    The first time I went here (about 2 months ago), everything was delicious, best burger ever! 😋 Last night was a whole different experience! 😞 I was there with 4 other people, we came in a little after 8pm. I was so excited to be back. My friend & I both got the burger with the egg. The eggs were awful! The bottom of them were pure black & greasy and the yolk was way over cooked & hard. The flat grill they used to cook them on was either filthy or they cooked the egg right next to the burger, so the egg was cooked in the filthy grease.🤢 The burger was also overcooked, not pink, as I wanted. We all like how you can keep ordering sides. Well...right before we ordered our sides, the waitress came over & put a basket of barely warm FF in front of each of us. The waitress was so worried about going home for the night and finishing up her side work, it affected our service.There were many empty tables, heaped with dirty dishes, that sat that way for some time! When she would come to the table (rarely), she would start walking away, quickly, before I could ask her for something (happened more than once). The table was full of plates, cups and baskets, barely cleared off, our whole visit. When we were finally ready to pay, the terminal at our table went dead. So we waited for the waitress for a long time. Finally, one of us had to get up & hunt her down to tell her. She came over & took the batteries out of a different one and gave it back. So I then complained to her about my burger. She told me the egg was cooked a a flat grill. She said sorry. She said that she would tell the manager. Well...she or the manager never came over. VERY disappointed and don't know if I'll ever go back or even recommend it to anyone!

    Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Food is good but it's just the usual decent food. Nothing special. Got the veggie burger and a bottomless salad.
