Elm
St
is
a
hub
of
community
in
EA-
the
barista,
Steve,
pulls
the
best
cappuccinos
and
lattes,
and
honestly
puts
love
and
care
into
every
cup.
The
sourdough
is
off
the
hook-
they
turn
it
into
everything
from
baguette
to
English
muffins,
rye
with
caraway,
and
gorgeous,
crusty
farmers
loaves.
They
make
lots
of
pastries,
croissants,
cakes,
rolls,
and
cookies-
all
home
made
and
good
quality.
The
wood
fired
pizza
is
thin
and
tasty,
but
barring
the
cup
and
char
pepperoni
this
pizza
is
definitely
not
akin
to
"Buffalo"
style,
leaning
more
towards
Farm
to
Table,
with
more
sophisticated
toppings
(and
a
price
to
match.)
They
have
local
brews
on
tap,
nice
wine,
and
a
cute
evolving
food
case
with
gorgeous
cakes
and
local
eggs,
cheese,
and
a
few
of
their
salads
and
dressings
to
go.
This
place
is
always
busy-
but
not
open
Sunday
and
Monday,
so
they're
missing
out
on
what
would
probably
be
a
lit
Sunday
brunch
scene.
Get
there
earlier
if
you
want
local
faves
(and
mine)
like
their
Jambon
beurre
sandwich
or
foccaccias.
Expect
the
basic
EA
bougie
crowd,
with
a
parking
lot
full
of
Teslas
and
Subarus.
