Wonderful experience at the Nebraska State fair. Ample access to water and restrooms and shade on a hot day.

State fair was OK There were a lot of food vendors and the exhibits were pretty neat. Watching the cows and sheep being in competition was pretty neat to watch and see how they rate each animal for ribbons

We went to the Nebraska State Fair on 9/4/22, which was located at Fonner Park. I was amazed at all the work they've done. They've added benches and seating all over the fair area which is so nice, especially since I'm elderly. So many areas have been landscaped which has greatly added to the beauty of the Fair grounds. I can't say enough about how modern & well-maintained the buildings are (& air-conditioned). The restrooms were clean and unlittered, amazingly so since there was such a huge crowd of fairgoers. There are shuttles to move people through the fairgrounds who prefer not to do a lot of walking; also walkers, wheelchairs, & scooters were available for rent. I was impressed at the caliber of carnival ride operators...very clean, well-dressed, polite, and attentive to each ride. I liked how they had ropes in the parking areas, creating a more efficient way for fairgoers to get in and out of the parking areas. So many volunteers were all over the Fair and were knowledgeable about the Fair events, pleasant, helpful, and keeping the grounds picked up. Everyone I saw was having a very enjoyable experience. They had a nice, big selection of food services and long lines showed the most popular. There were wonderful, day-long free events/entertainment for families to enjoy.

We were there for th Nebraska State Fair. Wonderful experience! Clean, well marked, well maintained, easy to walk but also trolleys available.

Went to see Jeff Dunham at State Fair. Great show but poorly thought out for seating for the general admission people. They should have either sold tickets for the amount of seating only or put out more chairs and still only sold for amount of chairs available. Then when sold out, sale for standing room only ( only it would be sitting on the ground only ).

Good place to have the State Fair. But feel like there needs to be more places to get drinks. Instead of going aways to get a drink and or refill.

HECK yeah! I love "Worlds Largest" anything. I was excited to find these. My grandpa wore overalls everyday of his life. 1907-1995. Fun little stop, reading all about Nebraska. Worth it.

Loved it. Even though it had rained and everything soaked, the show went on. The staff mostly made up of volunteers were very friendly. Our shuttle drivers were top notch and respectful. All around good job, Grand Island! You do our state proud!!

Hag a great time at the fair a little rain but nothing an umbrella couldn't stop. the quilt display was amazing, so much tallent.

The state fair is my favorite event in Nebraska it is so fun and entertaining. I can’t wait for next year’s fair.

Machines are like the ones on my phone!Hope they get better variety like council Bluffs.Would rather drive from grand island to Iowa. Even Lincoln.

Had gone to the state carnival. really wish the state fair would go back to Lincoln so we can have a fair again it was so much more enjoyable. More accommodating on parking better all-around entertainment as well.
