    If I could give negative stars I would Raul Vazquez needs to clean house and fire every employee he has there, front desk have no respect for patients and rather sit and giggle with each other then actually do something productive they never answer the phone only way to speak with someone is to go in-person, all the good doctors seem to leave and if ur stuck with CARRIE FISHER good luck cause she wouldn't even fill your scripts and the whole vist was pointless because it's not like they actually help with anything else

    I'm begging you; please do not go to this doctor's office. If you have a video appointment, the doctor will not show up, if you try to call, the receptionists will not answer, if you go there for a covid test, you will simply not get your results. This practice takes advantage of being in a poor neighborhood; they know we do not have the time and resources to get them in trouble.

    Worst practice ever, don’t waste your time. Poor service. Online service will let you make an appointment but when you get there they ask for insurance if they don’t take it they cancel your appointment without notice. If you are willing to pay for the visit which $160.00 dollar they will not allowed because you have insurance. Just rude all around

    Extreme Danger!!! Nurse responsible for recording patient vital signs is not properly sterilizing reusable thermometer, infecting patients with viruses from previous patients. For your own safety, refuse the reusable thermometer, do NOT allow a previously used thermometer in your mouth, your life maybe in grave danger from this carelessness. If you become sick after using a reusable thermometer, you have most likely been infected with a virus from the previous user of the thermometer, contact a lawyer immediately.

    First off, they listed my gender as Male as a complete mistake as I am a pretty "regular" looking cis-female. They still haven't changed it. I also tried to get a blood test here, but the nurse painfully stabbed me 3 times and drew no blood. She thought she accidentally used the thicker needle and kept wanting to try again, but I had to tell her to stop due to the pain in my arm (it lasted for half of the evening after). doctors here have been consistently irresponsive to my insurance. I have a medication insurance provider that has to receive doctor's confirmation every time they refill my prescription. EVERY TIME i am contacted by my insurance as my doctor has not responded to them in a timely manner. I have to call the office every time to get my prescription refilled when there should be no additional action required from me at all... The people who pick up the phone are not really friendly either....not for me and I'll be switching providers.

    If it weren't for Kelly McClean and Dr Perry I would have left years ago. Front desk people-some-and MOST answering phones are awful. A GBuAHN rep answered today and that organization is a joke and so was she...Please hire some intelligent people to answer your phones...

    DO NOT COME HERE. Upon my first visit I filled out all the required pre paperwork but when I arrived they couldn’t figure out where to find it and made me do it all over again. After that I waited for more than an hour to be seen. I was assigned a blood test but the nurse stabbed me 3 times to draw NO blood and she wanted to keep going but I had to stop her as I could barely lift my arm. she first used a REAL thick needle and when she couldn’t draw blood she said oops maybe it was the wrong needle. She switched to a thinner needle and tried twice, still nothing. They also put my gender down as male when I’m a very regular looking cis-female. They NEVER reply to my birth control prescription insurance and it’s extremely annoying because the doctors information is needed every time I renew my prescription. Once I called to tell them AGAIN to tell the doctor to reply to my insurance. They then told me that I was due for a birth control pill renewal checkin meeting, so they scheduled me a telehealth meeting a couple weeks in the future. Keep in mind I’m on my last pill pack. I wait 30 mins in this online meeting and no one shows up. They then call me saying I actually need to go to the obgyn for birth control renewal. Anyways this place is irresponsible, careless, and unprofessional. 0/10 recommend.

    This place is the worst clinic that you can go too, if you need a paper filled out either they take months or never gets done,the only thing they do sometimes is give you referrals sometimes cuz I needed some and they refuse, they wanted me to do a video appointment because I have breathing problems, this place is dirty I don't know who cleans this place cuz it's dirty I even saw a roach one time I didn't tell him nothing cuz I didn't want them to be embarrassed, so don't waste your time with these people.

    And I'm giving you one because I can't write but mark the star, terrible, irresponsible, a month waiting for a signature from the supplier and nothing. I won't even tell you about the wait in the room and the empty room, I don't recommend it.

    I’ve been a patient of his clinic for three years and today was the first time I had to use the after hours. I found Doctor Aaron to be professional, courteous, compassionate, and very thorough.

    They are lazy they never answer the phones the staff just sitting there not gonna answer phones and you wait over and. Hr to be seen to a dr and they don’t know what they doing And when it comes to meds they don’t like to do anything about it THIS IS NOT THE BEST PLACE TO CHOOSE

    Not really the same after a specific doctor left honestly the new doctor here is soo annoying won’t let u finish ur sentences refer u to the wrong places she referred me to an ent who doesn’t take patients my age and referred me to an obgyn who only does ultra sounds on pregnant patients. During my appointment she kept cutting me off and didn’t let me finish my sentences like if you are asking me a question let me speak. Idc not going back.

    This office has afterhours care and always has openings however I would not recommend Doctor Rodriguez/Varallo, if you want a doctor who is client focused.She talked about herself the entire visit. The conversation with her was very ethnocentric and uncaring. She showed little interest in me and informed me that the visit was only supposed to be 15 minutes long and sucked her teeth. She talked about her 3 year divorce and why her last name was still rodriguez. She made it clear that she was not hispanic but was Italian as if one was better then the other.

    Horrible wish I could give 0 stars!! The new Dr. is uncaring and uncompassionate!! She made some many changes to my medications all at once! I could barely talk because she would cut me off or shut me down!! She gave me a referral to an ENT that is for children!! She referred me to a neurologist who doesn't take my insurance and did not even give me a back up!! Instead she cuts me off my much needed medication!! If this is how you treat "family" then im glad to not be apart of it!! I was at this clinic 5 yrs!! 3 months ago they lost my blood work so I was delayed starting my job! One time they changed my appointment with barely a days notice and would not even call the medicaid cab and change it so I sat in that office 4 hours that day thanks to Marniece the office manager at that!! She told me I could not prove my time was switched and I did prove it! Guess what she laughed with her little office buddies and threw my proof out & wouldn't even talk to me! I would go above and beyond for my family!!! There is so much more I cld say!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Kendall Burwell is even worse!! What Office manager says she'll help you requested I get an appt date and time for the neurologists and she'll send a referral and make my application! All of it i did as soon as i hung up with her! She has avoided and dodged all of my calls since that's not even professional!! If she wasn't going to help me or could not help me that's more professional then avoiding all my calls and not returning calls!! Do yourself a favor don't go here!! All you'll be is a number in this place!! No wonder nothing gets done! Instead md's wanna chart lies like that isn't FRAUD! I wish I can speak with a administrator! Went to the Jefferson location and I still didn't get the neurology referral I was lied on saying I was refusing to go!!!! I'll live to suffer I've been begging for an administrator & it's like they don't èxist! Maybe I'll just call channel 4 news action to get my voice heard!

    This is my primary care doctor’s office. I went in and saw an unknown a provider on February 1. I had a heart attack and a stroke a year ago and I’m in my early 30s. I’ve had several medical issues and I was hoping to get them sorted out. I was referred to a neurologist in the auto enterologists neurologist they referred me to was not accepting new patients in the autoenterologist they referred me to his not take my insurance. So I had to call my insurance and have them give me a list of providers. When I asked for a new referral, I still have not been given a new referral and I’ve been trying for several weeks. It’s the end of March now to get my blood test results because I went septic and when I had my heart attack and stroke and I haven’t and I haven’t been feeling good again been feeling dizzy out of breath, and I have tried several times to get a hold of the doctor. The nurses have left messages and it seems nobody can get my blood test results and nobody can see me or return my calls and it’s been eight weeks now. Your best bet is just to find a different provider. Mind you I drive 2 1/2 hours to see this provider and this is a treatment I get.

    The only reason i give this place 1 star is because of brendan the PA if not i would give it minus 5 stars,i call sick and have to wait days to be seen and then they dont do nothing but give refferals,this place should be urban family refferals,i left mattina for this place but what a mistake,im going back to mattina,i called today 7/6/22 with issues of breathing and they tell me i have to wait 3 days to be seen,this place is no good.

    Doctor Baez is what every Doctor should be. She listens to the patient, and makes referals to help us with better health outcomes. We followed her from her previous practice because she is the best Doctor my parents have ever had. Mow that she has the resources of GBAUN, the sky is the limit!

    Meh. It has some good days and bad days. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to someone I care about or a person that has no patience. At one point they was over booking. They have stated that they no longer do that but instead rush people out of the room. Make a list before going. 🤷🏾‍♀️

    Do NOT COME HERE I say again DO NOT I know I’m not the only person to have a bad visit let’s just say I didn’t even get a visit, I had an appointment coming up an wanted to set up a ride thru my medical provider with that being said they couldn’t make me one because it’s my FIRST TIME AS A CLIENT an the drs office has never seen me in person as I said again and this would be my first appointment but they couldn’t make me a ride because they need to know who there providing a ride too tbh none of it made sense at all to me but they were very disrespectful so try to stay away from YEURIZ is her name I’m pretty sure

    I never had a doctor's office that question my ability. I am autistic and intellectual disabled and I have other disabilities that makes it harder for me to take care of myself, protect myself from others, and how to word things without repeating what others say, and I have a hard time being safe to myself and others and I just want to be understood and accepted my limitations by others. I have diabetes that my doctor said was unmanaged. I have severe cognitive impairment the doctor said. I have trouble understanding and taking care of myself. I have trouble taking my medication and testing my sugar. I have trouble with toileting I need diapers and I need help with hygiene. I have hard time with cooking. I have safety issues crossing the street and shopping. I have hard time planning my day and following a routine. I am repeatitive and restricted behavior and interest. I have no clue why asking my doctor for help with my health care and needs is too hard to ask for. I don't want to be discharged and they did. I made a complaint about my health care to medicare insurance of mine and this makes me discharge. This organization is the same as my caseworker who made me feel bad about myself and made me questions my needs and disabilities I have been diagnosed with.

    Update: Dr. McLean is still great but the office staff is horrible. Consistent runaround about medications. People have chronic illnesses and don’t have time for foolishness. Sadly changing providers. Switched to Dr. McLean after a not so nice interaction with another provider. She was nice, listened to my concerns and made a game plan to get my health back on track-thank you!

    Laynold Betances is the best PA we ever met. He listened and offered real advice on health management. We felt cared for. My mother could not be in better hands. We will stay with Cincare. What an amazing staff! From front to the back end, very very good service!!!

    They are the worst medical practice around. They have cancelled my appointment twice. They tried to reschedule it for 2 days after I run out of my anti anxiety medication and the refuse to move the appointment up.

    This place is horribly ran! They have changed their name 3 times that I know of and still the service is poor. I get there for my appointment just for them to tell me my appointment has been cancelled. They had me change my doctor's name through my insurance and I have yet to see this doctor because they keep changing my appointment to an virtual appointment over the phone with a doctor I never seen before. I just got out of the hospital and they have done nothing for me as a follow up. They really need to get it together

    My husband was seen today dr Baez he said she’s one of the best dr there she listens , she cares explains everything to u with out rushing u out there should be more dr like dr Baez thank u for takeing time with my husband .
