😠 My son went in for a well visit and the doctor found that he had an ear infection. Just received the bill and we were charged for a well visit and office visit because he was sick. I assumed well visits were to make sure your child isn’t sick and is doing well but apparently we are still charged for... People often mention office, sick, appointment,

After a few different situations since joining the practice in November 2019, we will be changing doctors offices. It started with an initial refusal to get my son tested for a genetic bleeding disorder, that is in my family, for 10+ months. More recently, when I called the after hours Nurse line, after being told to call again immediately if he was still having symptoms later that night, I was forwarded to an non set up voicemail leaving me in the dark. Today we received the bill for the appointment I was finally able to get late the next day (2pm after calling at 9am) to find an additional charge, not covered by insurance, due to being in a state of medical emergency. I have, once, heard back from the nurses line but it took over 2.5 hours to get a response. If you value being able to get appointments and answers to questions/concerns about your child, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a pediatrician.

We had an appointment for our 2.5 year old today. First, we were made to wait in our car for 30 minutes in hot weather to even enter the office. This wasn’t even a requirement at a sick visit to urgent care last week, although I realize each office can set its own policies. This wait included the 10 minutes early we are asked to arrive. We finally got inside 10 minutes after our scheduled time. Next, they wanted a healthy toddler to wear a mask; after he panicked, we finally got to skip that. Even the expired health department DHM’s didn’t require a mask under age 5. Finally, we waited an additional 30 minutes past our appointment time for the doctor to finally arrive and spend all of 5 minutes with us. If I showed up to any work appointment this late, I would be fired. This office wasted my time. I think I should be able to charge them for my wasted time the same way they would charge us for a no show. Will be finding another office. Unacceptable.

Horrible service… Have to wait several hours to have a nurse call you back. Just to set up an appointment. My daughter has been going to this place since she was born and we don’t have refills available. Her symptoms haven’t changed but we need to make an appointment every time just so they can take our money and prescribe the same medication over and over again… What sense does this make…

We love Dr springman. However when she is not in office (due to health reasons) our nurse is beyond rude and snooty. They broke HIPPA privacy laws and seem carless to the needs or knowledge that I express about my children. They make me feel dumb as if I didn't know my child the best a Dr is a teacher and they are supposed to teach out how to better understand one's own body. They do not do that nor do they here you iv been greatly disappointed with this office and looking to move my children's family Dr else where

We love Dr. Springman and the staff is all wonderful. I am very happy with all of the services we have received when needing care here. My child has been with CCH since birth and is now 11.5 years old. I have never been disappointed with any one of the providers and the nurses are so great and patient with my child. The front desk staff is pleasant and helpful, too. Even the billing office has helped me in making payment plans and other needs. I love CCH!

Haven’t been in since I was 19, but this office cared for me my entire childhood. Dr. Sue Springman you are an amazing person and so is your staff, one of your nurses recognized me in the E.R. last summer and made sure I was taken care of. 💙

I could not possibly be more pleased with the care my children have received here. My daughter who just started college has been with Dr. Springman since birth and I have had nothing but supportive, positive experiences. I've seen other MD's, NP's and PA's in the practice and all have been excellent. The nurses and office staff are great. Dr. Frerichs and Dr. Davies have been wonderful and transformational in the lives of my children. This is a fabulous pediatric group!

We love Dr. Reynolds and her nurse Melissa. They are the best. Never make us feel like they are in a hurry, or like we don't know our kids' needs. They make a great team.

I have seen Dr Christensen for years and I have found her to be a excellent physician who is amazing at what she does. The evening and weekend clinic hours as well as same day sick appointments make it easier to be seen by a provider when my kids are sick.
