I felt as though this was a fantastic Walmart. Great prices, as usual, in a great location. What more could anyone want from their local Walmart? It had what I needed at the right price, at the time I needed it. Also, it was clean, bright, and was staffed with friendly faces. Enough said.

I dislike that they stop you when you leave the make up/skin care aisle to either have you pay for the items or put them into a locked container. Then you have to find a worker to unlock the case when you check out your own groceries. I understand that they do that so people don't steal but I was annoyed when they locked up my 3 dollar face wash.

I had 3 gift cards worth 97 dollars and needed gas to get home. Walmart gift cards can't be used at Walmart or Sam's club gas stations. The store in Boone Iowa refused to let me buy a visa or master card to use for gas. I had previously tried to buy gas at both Sam's club and Walmart gas stations in Sioux city Iowa. Can't be used at either. This is the absolute worst experience of any store I have ever experienced. This is absolute last time I will ever be in a Walmart even though it will be an extra 10 miles to drive, for groceries or anything else they sell. Target is now my store of choice.

Since u started this new Share yr Experience. My husband had 2 different ladies come from behind while he was checking out and hit the 5th star. I thought he was kidding until they did it again. Both I cidents happened at Sioux City Singing Hills. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE..to be honest I still can't believe it actually happened.

I drove an hour to get there just to find a store in total disarray. Food products on the floor, shelves so unorganized that you can’t find anything & the store had an odor. Carts almost out but don’t worry the cart pushers were busy texting & watching TikTok so all is good. This store at one time was awesome. I don’t know what happened but it looks to me like no one cares enough. Totally gross store don’t spend your hard earned money there.

The star rating is based solely on the automotive dept. Cheap oil changes, decent pricing on tires, and if the size isn't in stock, buy and schedule online and it'll be shipped usually within a few days. But as for my personal experience the employee I interacted with was great. Took roughly 35 - 40min from purchase to exit for two new tires.

Trying to reach customer service or a manager by phone is impossible. Multiple attempts throughout the day only to have the line transferred over and over and over and over and over and did I say over? Then transferred to “park” and back to ringing over and over and over and transferred over and over again. I have a quick, simple question and hoping a Good Samaritan may have found my (lost) debit card and turned it in to customer service. If only they answered the phone…. Does anyone other than the “operator work at Walmart?

Easy to get around this store. Some of the employees are helpful and others need more training in the areas that they are working at. I think they need people working on registers or more discounted items for their customers doing their jobs employees are supposed to be there for I only use Walmart for the fact I have a card for my insurance company else I would go somewhere else

Horrible. I bought some of those five dollar bras all in different sizes trying to find my new size. Once found I went return / exchange these ones that didnt for fit for the size that did and the teenish looking female at the counter rejected some because of a water mark ( I knew nothing about ) I never even had to try that on because so it was basically still new. … now I’m stuck with all these bras I can’t wear. But ppl can bring back broken stuff he used items but I can exchange a bra for a water mark seriously …. Smh

Clean store, sort of busy and aisle seem to have pallets on the floor, stocked very food, I noticed in the frozen section the gluten free meals have tripled which is great, I noticed a lot of items from dry food like coffee that have serval different types and plenty of quantities. Waited for a cashier and sh me was nice and pleasant.

There is nobody on the sales floor to help you. I have to walk across the store to another sales floor to ask a question about something on the other side of the Walmart. Also, a lot of this stuff has been taken over by the pioneer woman brand. Which is fine but now it’s almost impossible for me to find something that’s just plain and doesn’t have flowers all over it and an ugly blue teal color. Sometimes the workers in the front are very nice and friendly. Also having to cash out your items in order to leave the beauty and toiletries section is annoying. I understand it’s to cut down on stealing. Maybe if they had more then one cashier and a more efficient system it would be better.

I always have pleasant experiences with their order pickup crew. They are fast and efficient. Any issue I have ever had picking up an order has been explained to me and is never in their hands. The folks you have working in this department absolutely deserve raises as they bring orders out to my vehicle in any weather condition without complaint!

After countless frustrating hours of reading information online, and several unsuccessful purchases attempting to connect my surround sound to my older TV to utilize the latest Amazon Firestick...I have sound! A friend suggested taking photos of the back of my TV and reciever with me when asking for help. (Excellent advice)! Unfortunately, it did take 3 associates at 2 different stores before I found a polite, patient and knowledgeable associate who finally was able to help me. Of course, I need a new TV, and Matt did show me several models that I could benefit from. I told him I had spent quite a bit on my wall mount and didn't feel like replacing it...he said it could be only matter of replacing the screws for it, and he showed me those. He then asked to see the photos again, " This will work!", and he shows me an optical cable and an Digital to Analog converter. Genius! (And what great customer service and sales skills too)! If you want to save yourself time and money, and avoid being completely frustrated, ask Matt, at the Singing Hills Walmart in Sioux City, IA for his help with electronics...and photos are helpful. Thanks Matt!

This was a huge, well-organized and stocked supercenter with anything you might need. It honestly felt a little like shopping online, there were so many options so clearly displayed. Considering the large amount of shopping traffic, it was kept very presentable as well.

It was WalMart.... Don't go later in the evening or you have to find a checker out person. If I wanted to check myself out - I would have stayed home and ordered from Amazon. 🤓

Things were OK until i got to checkout. The girl didn't say one word to us, took her sweet time checking us out and had to remind her a 4th time that I have big items in the cart to scan. Decent place to shop but need decent people to work there

I don't like having to showbmy reciept everytime since they make me check myself out too. If they don't trust me to ring everything up then they should do it not me.

Do not order anything online for pickup. It has now taken me 2 days to try to pick up a single, toaster-oven sized package. After arrival online check in with parking space and vehicle color is a joke-no ones paying attention to the system which is why I assume they put up the “please call us “ signs as in the picture. This process is supposed to create efficiency while protecting the customer and Walmarts associates. There is no efficiency, rapidness nor customer service associated with this process at this store

Isles are clear with enough space for two cards to fit through. Plenty of workers. Shelves are always stocked neatly. Bathrooms could use a little more attention but not too stinky. Usually don't have to wait in line at self-check out, if so, it isn't too long.

Usually my go to place to shop. Great variety of items and brands and fair prices (well not as much lately due to inflation) but better than other places around here. Can usually find good deals and cool items on sale. Employees are helpful most of the time but I have had my few poor experiences. More cashiers would be nice but I'm not anti-self checkout like a lot of people in this review section seems to be so no real complaints there. It's a more efficient and faster way to move the lines as well. I wait less in a self checkout lane than I ever did in a regular one here.
