I was there for a kids birthday party. The theater room was designated just for the party. All the kids and adults had theater seating with reclining seats for the kids movie. Food set up in the corner for kids with party favors and the gifts. Also has option to get popcorn from concessions. The party was held at 9a so doors to entire theaters was locked from anyone entering before normal movie operating hours.

I've not been to a theater in ages, I don't care for the crowds, the seating, the distractions & so forth. This one has changed my mind on the experience. We saw a 4:10 time start time for Sound of Freedom. The parking, entry & lobby were clean, neat & safe feeling. The lobby was huge. The concession folks were friendly & quick. The theater we were in was huge. There were only 2 others seated, so the crowd was no issue. Seating has come a long way & this was a sweet surprise. The seats were wide enough to be comfy & and they reclined! I was able to thoroughly enjoy the movie without the normal anxiety I experience. The popcorn was extra buttery & fantastic!

Gone are the days of smoke-filled static seats and sticky floors. The theaters have received an upgrade. Reclining seats make your position more comfortable, though they could have been more cushioned. The bathroom has been updated. The tickets ordered online still required us to stand in line, which defeats the purpose. The booking fee when ordering tickets online is a hoax, as well as null when you find yourself standing in line, anyway. But the staff was fun to interact with, helpful and friendly.

After paying for my tickets and walking to enter the theater, I was stopped not once, but twice so that the โ€œticket guyโ€ could check my tickets. However, I stood and watched as people that were not of color walk right by him and he did not stop them. I did bring this to his attention and he had nothing to say.

It's been awhile since I've been to the movie theater! This location on stage held on to a memphis gem called Queen Rising. This was the only theater to show this movie. Popcorn was good, recliner seats were comfortable, the theater was clean and the staff were nice!

The seats are huge and fully recline, worth every penny. We saw avatar 2 in 3D and it was just incredible, a feast for the eyes!

Exactly as expected. The staff is all kids. The ticket counter was slow so I went to the kiosk and got my own tickets. 9PM showing and the lobby was very dim. Movie ended about 11:45 and only one light was on in the lobby. The hallway lights were off. Not cheap for such poor quality. Save your money and stream movies moving forward.

It's my favorite movie theater. I love the comfortable reclining chairs. It is usually cold so I bring a blanket. The prices are ridiculously high for snacks.

Itโ€™s so confortable to watch movies here, reclining chairs, they got their own bar and even have some margaritas and wine days, cheaper drinks, the food is really good also, i always come here.

Just about as good as a theater gets. Great viewing angles, THE MOST comfortable reclining seats. Always very clean and welcoming. They will allow you to bring a blanket in with you for if you get cold. Prices are reasonable for a movie theater. My favorite place to watch a new movie in Memphis.

I enjoy this theater. This is one my family and I choose to watch movies. I can't say I've had a bad experience. We love the reclining seats, good food, and nice employees!

Was doing some work at the Stage Road location Bartlett. Typically, when they hand you a $0 receipt, it means that you're being "comped." For three fish fingers (the size of my thumb), 6 fries, and a pop, I found out that I was charged almost $20 (on my real-time, running bank statement by cell phone app). I went back in to the theater and asked for the manager. While waiting, the snotty minimum wage high school girl clerk (who had previously waited on me) came over and said that she could charge me anything that she wanted to at any time and NO ONE COULD CHANGE THAT. She left laughing. The manager came out and told me the same thing. I sent a complaint to the Malco corporate offices and the snotty and syrupy PR guy (Jimmy Washington Corporate Communications) wrote that he would handle it and it would be fixed - nothing was done. After this, why would anyone be a patron of these types of idiots with attitude or go to their sinkhole establishment??? Why would anyone go here and spend money to keep these dopes in business?

I had dinner here while waiting for my movie. The prices were reasonable and the food was outstanding. I had a fried chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich was delicious, and the fries were perfect. Highly recommend.

Malco really needs competition locally 1. A 1.50 fee per ticket to buy tickets online is stupid. Most companies allow for online discount, this dinosaur charges you. 2. Theater is dirty. We had the first showing of the day and you can tell it hadn't been cleaned since last night. 3. AC don't work in some theaters (Theater 11, for example). Don't go to this theater to cool off in the summertime.
