I cannot recommend them highly enough! All I can say is, God bless these people- truly! My son’s first haircut was a huge success (he hates having his hair touched, and is usually quite shy of new people and places). The staff is so kind, patient, and skilled. I honestly don’t know how they cut hair with little heads squirming all over the place. Save yourself, and your kiddo, some tears and take them here!

Great customer service experience, Brittany and Maura were very sweet and made my daughter feel very comfortable! I love the great job Brittany did with her haircut, definitely recommend to bring your kids here she did not disappoint!

They are always so friendly and welcoming. They specialize in children haircuts. It makes it a lot less stressful for myself as well as my two year old is still isn’t a fan of getting a haircut. We have been here three times and each time he gets better. We will for sure be going back many times!

We have had several bad experiences with both the east Memphis and now Germantown locations. We were 5min late to our appointment and communicated our status via text and instead of waiting our stylist took a very detailed adult cut. We waited at least a half an hour (with a toddler..) and ended up leaving. We will never go back!

It was my first experience yesterday for my son's haircut and Jasmine was so great! We're Asians so I know it is difficult to manage different type of hair, but Jasmine knew how to handle it! And I liked the way she asked again and again to make sure if I like it. I think this led us to satisfaction! We will definitely come back to you, Jasmine!

We have tried and failed taking our guy to other hair places but this is the only place that keeps him calm and gives a nice cut.
