I was not expecting variety. Aside from the pizza, there were hot dogs, corn dogs, tacos, nachos, chicken, turkey, soup, chili, beans, mashed potatoes, green beans, etc. Paid about $10 for the weekday lunch buffet (drinks included). Lots of dining space. Arcade games, go-karts, laser tag, bumper cars, and a small coaster. Sometimes the pizza ran low, and it can be hard to track an attendant down to open a ride. Otherwise, good family outing or date.

Ride and game staff was awesome, cashier was less friendly and helpful. Not too crowded (Sunday) and lots of fun things to do. On the pricey side, even with the "deal". Buffet was pretty disgusting, roaches in dining area. Restroom was actually fairly clean. Stay away from water gun and claw games unless you want your child to have an epic meltdown.

This is our all time favorite pizza/arcade place! The food is great. The atmosphere is FUN & they have just about every game & indoor ride you can hope for!

Fantastic place for a kid's birthday party, or just to go and have a wonderful meal! So many choices! And everything is very tasty 😋 So much fun we went again today! 2 birthdays in a row...

We always have fun here. The food was good but they definitely made some changes to the place. That was needed especially after what happened up there. They now have security and metal detectors.

The place was empty (Sunday 10:30-1:30) which was great for the games but not so much for the attractions. I had to constantly go to the counter to ask for an attendant to let the boys on rides. Was told that rides were closed or inoperable only to find out they just didn't feel like working. The workers are mostly teens and were on their phones or had earbuds in so getting assistance took a little time. The food was actually pretty good for a buffet pizza place. The place was clean. Was a little taken aback by the walk through metal detectors but I appreciate them taking precautions to ensure our safety.

My son has had his birthday 🥳 at Incredible Pizza two years in a row now and the kids have a BLAST 💥 The Go-Carts are by far the favorite of the kids, along with the rides, lazar tag and ALL the new additions. We also enjoy the large buffet they offer featuring several options, it’s tremendous !! We will definitely be going back!

First and definitely last time coming here. We recently moved here from Atlanta and I was looking somewhere to take my kids. Needless to say they were not impressed with this place and neither was I. Two of the games we played were inoperable (pictured below)and not sure why the buffet is located right in the middle of the walkway. The young lady at the front was very nice however when I asked for a refund for the buffet the manager could have at least come over to apologize. Anyway a waste of $57 and should have gone elsewhere for fun.

I have to take my hat off to Jennifer of director of customer service she is so awesome with the customers and the staff. She is the real goat I really watch her with the staff they really love her the my family felt so welcome when we see her always have a nice smile. Walks around helping others and treating the customers like family this the best best to bring your family out for fun. Jennifer I just want you to know you are the best keep up the good work. Thank you for being awesome and making my family feel like we were at home and going over and above your job to make two twin girls day.

LOVE this place! It's well maintained/CLEAN! The food is fresh and tastes great plus they have a great variety! The eating area is "so cool" according to the kids--the theatre/movies/cartoons, music and overall ambiance. The games were all functioning well, no issues. It's a totally legit arcade and indoor theme park--rides and ALL! we had a group ages 4 to 40 and EVERYONE had a blast! This is a MUST VISIT if you're in the Memphis area or as a long stop on a road trip or just make a day of it! We drove 3 hrs and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! Oh yeah, can't forget the one-of-a-kind staff! The main guy, Mr. Michael, he's so professional but not too professional to check in on the guests/customers and his employees. Also, Joshua was so awesome in the game area... he helped my kids have a BLAST! Thanks Josh!

It was our first trip to Incredible Pizza. We were quite impressed. The food all looked good. We had eaten before we went but we did enjoy beverages and dessert. The facility is clean and inviting. The fair type rides were great. It was a great way to spend the dreary day. One thing we were not aware of is you must buy the buffet to be admitted so don't eat before you go! There are discounts on their app you should check out before you go.

Most recent visit was for my niece's birthday party. The staff was great in making sure the room was cleaned before we entered and they helped us put up our own decorations. Game room staff was pleasant. Special shout out to Paige! I believe she was one of the managers in the game room. She was on top of everything! She was awesome!

We had so much fun and the only reason I took a star away is because quite a few of the games weren't working and neither were some of the rides but still had a great time and will definitely be back!

Had a fun time, good food. Was quite disappointed that most of the rides weren't working or didn't have operators to run them. Some of the staff was friendly and helpful, a few of them didn't seem too welcoming. Overall it was a pretty decent time the kids enjoyed themselves.

Celebrated grandkids birthday there was a great place kids enjoyed it greatly. Only problem... getting them to leave.

My grandson school featured a Honors Roll rewards night there. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The buffet bar was completely full with hot pizza, pasta, salad bar, cookies and cinnamon rolls. Tables and floors was kept clean . My grandson and his school enjoyed all the rides and games that incredible pizza offer what a way to reward the children!

1st time here, it's like Chuck E. Cheese on steroids x10 LOL. This place is HUGE! Pizza was ok, great salad bar, plenty of desserts, but the entertainment area was much too warm. Seems like the eating area had good a/c but not so much in the back where ALL the kids love to be. Didn't rate the service as it's a buffet, so we served ourselves, although the staff up front were friendly and helpful. All in all, it's a good place for the kids, but much too chaotic for this Gigi.

10 out of 10, for sure. From the food to the games and attractions. Everything was great. The only suggestion would be is to have all the attractions advertised, actually up and running. Other than that, I would highly recommend as a destination, while in Memphis. The entire family will enjoy.

1ST time going here it was alright it coulda have been better especially for the price you pay. The main attraction is the bumper cars and unfortunately they weren't working. The atmosphere was good. The photo is of the food area and they have another side but people were in there and I didn't want to photograph it unless I could get a clear picture.They need somebody in there all the time to keep it clean.

We had a great experience at Incredible Pizza. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen crew work very hard to keep the food and dining area fresh and clean. As you can imagine, this is not an easy task in an area where many children are dining. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. Our 2 year old had a great time as well. It is a very reasonable way to have a fun family friendly afternoon.

So today was definitely different from the times before so we went in a decent time if you have middle age f kids and you don't want them to actually be around a lot of people and roam freely definitely go around 12:00 on a Sunday so like I said it was a decent amount of people there everything was fine and dandy until I found my kids on a ride left unattended for over 15 minutes here I am thinking I'm taking a picture of my kids as they were about to begin a ride to only find out someone had to rescue them because two people before the young lady just left them unattended and unsafe however everything turned out to be fine they knew to ask for help when they found in a unfortunate situation. Finally the food I really feel is just my opinion but incredible pizza should post signs to let customers know not to reach over the food I know that's common sense but obviously people do not dwell in common land. I really wanted a salad today but unfortunately could not get it because the customer had her sleeve all in the mix so I was totally grossed out and just left it be. Finally I meant with the owner who seemed to be understanding but didn't really give me reassurance of the situation with my children and not sure what happened but I hope the young man only was trained better and not terminated because anyone could have made this mistake when they're new to a certain environment. Because when dealing with retail there's always some things that we can do better and that's not just on the job. So can't wait to return and this time I'm definitely going to wait with my children you needed the whole thing. Oh one last thing nothing in the little kids area worked at all.

We had a time last night lol. Our first visit and is was awesome. Very clean, great buffet,and nice employees. My clients had a wonderful time and the kids enjoyed themselves. They had great items on buffet. Even dinner items for mature customers. Ms. Jennifer was very kind and patient with my clients and she made them feel special. They talked about her and the great fun they had all the way home. We will return.

Loving atmosphere. We went mid week so it wasn't as busy. Staff was super nice. Someone with my family assisted me with placing the wristband on but he wanted to stop my circulation so I asked the staff to remove and replace and they happily helped me. It was relieving both ways. Most games were fair. I did run into the racing water squirt gun game that was not working well but nothing was shown. Because I didn't alert the staff, I'm guessing they may not know and apparently no one else has either. I had fun and will go again.

Rochell was awesome. She made sure that me and my kids were good and she had the best attitude. Her personality stood out the most. Give her a raise. She’s the best. Me and my kids had so much fun. Will be back again.

Great salad buffet (includes baby spinach by itself!), various toppings and salad dressings. Not fancy, but healthy. Pizza: I like that you can request your own - such as gluten-free - and they have it ready in about eight minutes. Yay! This place is great, especially after church Sundays. It's super great any time for kids and families, of course! God bless.

I always enjoy myself here! The food is great, the newer attractions and games are a treat to come back to.
