We went on a Monday for grandbaby 2nd birthday and he had a nice time. We spent way over $200 and Chuck E. Cheese didn't come out because they said it wasn't enough people there 🤷‍♀️ I don't think that was fair.

Great experience at this location. At least at this location most of the games work. It wasn’t too over crowded so that was a plus. Restrooms were clean and there were staff walking around dusting games off. Great customer’s service here.

My experience was so great today we were at the hornlake ms. The hostess we had her name was MIRACLE she was so nice. With today being our daughter bday she is the big 2 now I would highly recommend going to that location I give them a ten out 10 keep up the great work you guys

Grandson 1st birthday he had awesome day

I expected arcade games and pizza. I expected to pay "experience prices". Kid loved it. Saw no living rodents. I knew what to expect and got what I paid for. Satisfied.

We went for a school field trip and it was a very pleasant trip as we got there when it opened. Everything was clean.

We only had a little time there. I made a promise to my kids that if they were patient with me and good all day at work with me, that I'd take them. Work ran over, but I had to keep my promise because they were angels all day. I realize it they were closing, but They charged me $48 for 30 minutes and the girl checking me out was acting like I robbed her of precious life. However, we made the best of it and all had a great time. I would come back, With more time to spare.

Celebrated my nephew's 5th birthday. 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊 The kids loved the dance floor. They enjoyed the games until the end of the night.

I absolutely love this location. I personally prefer this one over any of the Memphis locations. It’s never too crowded. The staff is friendly, and for the most part attentive. It’s always clean, but there’s always problems with some of the games. They have the best deals and coupons, especially when you download their app! Great place for a kids bday party.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We paid over $200 for my daughters party and our waitress basically bullied us out of there. But it was fine, after dealing with her we were ready to leave. She had us switch tables THREE times. Our party was supposed to end at 5:30 but she insisted we move from our table and gather up all presents, cake, etc by 5???? Will never have a birthday party here again. Oh and don’t be fooled you’re not paying for a party room! It’s party tables lined up maybe a foot or two between each so we were so squished bumping into other families. The waitresses attitude alone ruined my daughters party for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My kids are adults now. CEC has definitely stepped up their game. The place was nice and spacious, pizza was not cardboard like and customer service was on point.

It was my nephew's 5th birthday and we all had a great time. I really like the fact that you can have a card with your play time built up on it and then that's where your tickets go as well (keeps kids and grown-ups alike from losing them, misplacing them, or even having them stolen!); the only downside to the whole thing was...there's no more Chucky and his band I truly miss the bandstand. Other than that: good food, clean and fun atmosphere and great friendly service.

The food is well, I mean, limited. They had it hot as hell last time we went kids were throwing fits from being too hot! It took a A black mom entering the building and telling them VERY loud she was hot and diabetic she said she about passed out walking in from the heat. They ignored the white folks that asked several times before the black lady came in. I was one of them that asked. other than that I had a blast as we usually do.

Great place for the kids to run around a place. Dont have to worry about them getting lost you vmcan easily keep an eye on the here. My opinion it's more for little kids but my big kids enjoys coming as well. The pizza is awesome when cooked all they way. The staff is friendly. They made sure all the games and rides were sanitized frequently throughout our time we were there. Thumbs up for me.

Need more games and games that actually work

Horrible place to bring your kids cause the cashier gone get over on parents as soon as you walk through the door. I was told I had to pay for my pizza and wristbands separately but was charged for my food twice.

We don't have the animatronics or mascot like we had coming up. No ball pit or Fun zone... it's meh. They got Chuck az somewhere on a glue trap out back.

We visit this location all the time and never had issues with the food. But after we ate the pizza today we felt sick and threw up. I don’t know if the pizza was fresh or not and I felt like the cheese tasted funny. You have little kids at your establishment. Please make sure all the food is fresh and up to date.

This location was good. The only complaint was that food was a little slow to be prepared. It was packed, though, so they probably was swamped with orders. All and all a nice place to have a small child party we was celebrating a 2 year old party and she enjoyed it.

First time I tooked my Daughter she liked so much, We'll visit again.

The food was pretty expensive we paid almost 60 dollars for 2 one topping pizzas and 12 dollars for boneless wings. For this place to be one of the main attractions for baby parties it's way to expensive. Service was trash we had to clean our own table off because all the workers were in the back somewhere while the manager set up front doing nothing. One of our guests waited an hour in a half just to hear her order hadn't been in (proof of food receipt) . Salad bar was very bare minimum. Major disappointment from how it use to be.

We went on a Sunday afternoon. There were not a lot of people there, which was cool. But the small staff working kind of stayed in the back. Which made the wait for any type of service longer than necessary. Clean place though. Food was as expected.

My grandson and I had a fantastic time! Once again the time spent there was exceptional. The party went off without a hitch. A good time was had by all.

Someone was in there and didn't have a shirt on. Security not doing their job. Cigarettes just laying on a table unsupervised where any kid and just walk up and take one. Someone could literally come in and take someone's kid because you can just walk in without having being stamped or anything. My wife got drinks spilled on her by one of the staff members and they didn't even apologize

Chucky has changed over the years no more tokens, no active gym, or ball pit, no food and token packages and the prices went way up from what I remember. (Trust I know we're in a pandemic ijs) My granddaughter needed a place she could be here true Tanzanian self at heart . It was a bit tricky but she had a blast. Ohh and their cupcakes are the pretty sweet icing and plain cake combo🥰 #chuckysavedtheday

Loved our time here at this location! I thought my kids had outgrown Chuck E Cheese, but we were invited to a birthday party here and they actually enjoyed themselves!!! I loved the new layout as well. Pizza was fresh and the restrooms were clean.

We had our son’s birthday here a couple of weeks ago, and it was a DREAM. Rodney, the manager, went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way. He made extra sure multiple times that everyone was doing okay, and if we needed extra stuff, he made sure to help. Every year I try my hardest to give my kids the best birthday I can, and I stress about it. Not this year. Chuck E Cheese made it so easy. And if every establishment had a manager/employee like Rodney, the world would be a better place. Thank you, Chuck E Cheese for relinquishing my stress about birthday parties, and most of all thank you for making my little boy’s special day an incredible one.
