This place is top shelf. I’ve been on a competition bbq team for a decade and we compete in ribs, and I’m tellin you, these ribs are some of the best in Memphis. I get the wet because I live the sauce, but you might prefer the dry ribs instead. The sides are great and the fried pickles and onion loaf appetizer are the bomb!!!

I've been going to this place my whole life and it's a shame to see what has happened to it. They've changed their onion loaf to where it's not recognizable anymore. More like large onion rings smushed together. The breading was soggy with grease and overcooked yet the onions were undercooked. The pulled pork sandwich was dry and had little flavor. The ribs tasted like they smothered them in nothing but paprika and they were overcooked. Hush puppies were chewy. The beans were still pretty good. It's the only thing i actually enjoyed. I used to rave about Corky's to everyone, but now I might never go back.

Awesome Memphis BBQ great service kind people. Made my Maryland friends feel at home and get a true feel of Memphis BBQ Unfortunately have to change my review took out of town guests tonight over an hour wait for food and it was cold and cooked poorly so sad as I brag about how good it is. We really enjoyed the food very much and talked about it in our Vlog 246 that will come out in a few weeks on my YouTube "Da Garbage Disposal". We had the lunch specials, Beef and a chicken BBQ sandwiches with fries and a drink. They give you an extra packet of BBQ sauce per sandwich if needed but thev had the right amount. Lil messy to eat in the car but the meat was tender as can be. Fries had texture and deliciously seasoned. Customer service at the intercom was delightful and not rushed or rude like many I encountered of other places. Inside is closed for dinin' but drive thru takes just a bit longer than a fast foot place, I'd say medium food here

Service: So cheap and inhospitable. We ordered a full rack of ribs, half a pound of brisket, a sandwich and half a dozen rolls. We are from out of town staying at a hotel and have no utensils or plates. I asked for at least a couple of plates. I was told those are reserved for “big” orders only. So cheap and inhospitable I can’t ever see myself coming back again. Food: rolls were the best part of the meal. Ribs were tough and overly dry. I wanted dry rub - not dry ribs. Brisket tasted and looked like the sole of my shoe. Pulled pork sandwich was actually ok. But nothing special. Gonna stick with Texas bbq.

We really used to enjoy this place but over the past year it has really gone down. I paid $24 for a 2-pc catfish plate w/spaghetti tonight only to get home & find that my fish has been half cooked. This is not my first inconvenience with this location but it will definitely be the last. Update: after a long hiatus gave this location another shot & definitely should not have. The cheese for the chicken nachos tasted completely off. Couldn’t eat the brisket dinner or brisket queso because the meat was way too tough. You can’t cut through or bite into the meat. Just awful. My husband’s baked potato looked & tasted like it was from yesterday. $80 spent on food that we had to throw in the trash. Just terrible. I am not sure what has happened with this location.

Wow what a hot fudge cake! And I didn't even get to taste it. But my Coke float was perfect, more ice cream than you normally get in the float. We got there *just before* closing and they served us just as if it was middle of the day. I appreciated that!

This place is awesome. Great food point blank. Delicious milk shakes and cones. Burgers are hot and fresh, fries, onion rings, everything here is delicious!!!! The people who run this place are very friendly. I have come here since i was a kid, close to 30 years and it's always been a great place.

Dec 3,2023 around 1pm. We ordered the salad should have had all the toppings like bacon,pecans ect....how it's described on the menu. Got home...it was lettuce 3 grape tomatoes. (Wish now I took a picture) we haven't visited you guys in a while due to issues with the food. We'll you have not changed. Wish it had.

Would be great if they had more than one server for the whole restaurant. I don't know what kind of management thinks that's a good idea. The server was great but there's only so much one server can do with a restaurant full of customers.

The Corkys in Collierville is the worst ever!!! I just left after waiting in drive-thru for 30 minutes for 2 catfish dinner and 2 chicken tender and fries order with 2 sides of spaghetti before i pulled off i checked order only for me to have incorrect order!! I was missing a fish plate but instead had a pulled chicken plate in which I tried to get the attention of the rude young lady with glasses and shoulder length brown hair who turned her back to window as I'm explaining to her I'm missing fish plate the lady with long braids who was trying to correct the order came over with fish plate and swap out the pulled chicken plate which was fine. However, I was missing 2 sides spaghetti but as I was trying to get their attention the rude cashier turned her back again so I had to honk my horn to inform Im missing spaghetti so as I'm trying to explain to the rude cashier who by the way had the worst frown on her face like I was bugging her at this point for making sure I get my order that I paid $ 60 bucks correct. I'm telling her what I'm missing but once again the lady with long braids came to the rescue but she was moving so fast I couldn't tell her I'm short 1 side of spaghetti. So, I had to honk again so know the rude cashier opened window and now I'm telling her still missing spaghetti at this point she looking confused and said" what"? I told her again and asked if she had my ticket so she could look at my order she responded you look at your ticket, At this point I had to match her negative energy ! to tell her again im missing spaghetti. Now the cook, I'm assuming comes around and say I'm gonna have to pull up cause I'm holding up his line. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I said. The rude cashier had the nerve to mimic what the cook said but I was not about to pull up and wait another however more minutes for a item that they forgot to pack but once again the lady with long braids came to the rescue! I will not be back to this location never again and it's the closest to my home! I have not been pleased with the quality of the food at this location lately anyways and I frequent this place at least 3x a month but I will go to Corkys on poplar before I drive to Collierville for convenience.

This was our second time at this restaurant. Once again we experienced dry and even burnt brisket as well as tough ribs...beef jerky tough. I even told them when I ordered that our first experience had been rough. That made no difference. $180 later and yet another terrible experience. I would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Nice friendly staff and the place was nice and clean. My issue was the food itself. Had ribs and smoked sausage combo. I do t know if the meat was old or somthing but it did not taste as I remembered Corey's. I haven't eaten here in a while. Maybe they made a change in the bbq recipe.

We were seated at 7:03 and placed an order. We didn't get our food until 8:09. There were 5 tables (counting ours) with customers. Our waiter was Clint, and even though the food was slow, he did his best to make sure we were as happy as possible, though. When the food finally came, he brought extra portions to make up for the wait. While the food took a while to get to us, Clint tried to save the day as best he could.

FYI they close at 7 on Saturday instead of 8.

Mensi’s has always been great. The food is good, but be sure to call ahead with your order if possible. A great place for soft serve ice cream on a hot day!

Our family ordered nearly $100.00 in food for the football games this past weekend. Everything was perfect. The food excellent, we received everything we ordered, the gentleman who took our order showed much integrity and professionalism as he suggested everything we needed based on our guest count, he didn’t oversell us anything. Thank you for serving us.

Eaten here several times, ribs are not consistent, seems like they are always over cooked. Sides are always great and the bread is awesome. Just wish they could get the ribs right.

The person behind the counter was great, but the ribs was way over cooked and very dry. Very pricey for the quality of the food. If you have to sauce up everything then there is a problem.

I called the number to let them know I was here and ready to get my order and I was told that someone would bring it to me and asked for my car and color. I waited for 15 mins and no one came out. I called the same number again and could not get anyone to answer. I go to the drive thru and explained and they informed me I was supposed to come through the drive thru to pick up. Waisted my lunch break and gave myself and my coworkers I was picking up for less time on our lunch. Not happy at all!!!

This is my go to for spaghetti dinners when I don't prepare it myself at home. Its not the greatest but my son likes it. The sausage and cheese platter is also a hit with my children when we just need a snack between practices. The BBQ Nachos are also a household smash.

The food is always excellent, but the service is usually lacking. My biggest gripe is that they feel it is acceptable to close the interior completely and make all to-go orders pick up through the drive-thru. The obvious problem here is that when people show up to pick up their to-go orders that are already prepared, they're stuck waiting in line behind people who are just ordering. This may be fine for fast-food, but when you're taking 10+ minutes per car in the drive thru, it means that the to-go orders will no longer be fresh (and the person ordering will have just waited an extra 30+ minutes for their order). I did a take-out order and picked it up myself a couple of months ago. I got there at pick-up time - doors were locked and phones weren't being answered. By the time I made it to the window, it had been 90 minutes since I placed my order (and my food wasn't even ready). This weekend, I did a door dash order. The app showed 30 minutes when I pressed Order and then jumped to 85 minutes on the confirmation page. I tried to cancel within a minute and was denied because the restaurant "was already preparing my order". I tried to call and no answer multiple times. When my dasher showed up at the restaurant, the interior was closed for renovations - he tried to call and got no answer. He went through the packed drive thru and was stuck waiting for about 45 minutes. If you're going to 100% close the interior, you need to make a choice - only do web/phone orders or only do drive-thru. The better option, of course, is to offer curbside and actually answer your phone for a change.

The food is absolutely amazing!!! I have had BBQ in Collierville before at commissary but wasn't impressed. Figured I'd try Corky's and I'm so glad we did! It was fantastic! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the wait time since they are drive thru only. We ordered ahead but still had to wait in the drive thru line which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. They then ran out of sweet tea so we had to wait for them to make it. The employees were not wearing masks or gloves which is pretty crucial right now with covid going on.

I have not had Corky’s barbecue in six months. I have been wanting it for a couple of weeks. I finally went today and ordered a slab for two, my usual. I was very disappointed with the meal. The ribs were dry and not even warm. The rolls, usually the best, were cold, dry, and tough. I have been getting barbecue from Corky’s for over 20 years. I thought they were the best in town. I will not go to the Collierville location again. I will probably give the Poplar location another chance, before I try another barbecue restaurant.

Excellent, hot food. I got a double bacon cheeseburger with everything. (Everything includes lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and mayo) I also got a large french fry. Always hot and delicious.

The wait was terrible and they didn't have our milkshakes ready for our food . In fact we just had to cancel the shakes and by the time they were able to get us sodas, our food was cold.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m a driver for door dash and this location is repeatedly slow and unprofessional and does not seem to care about their costumers time at all.

Tried calling 3 times....sounds like someone drops the phone..clearly they are not interested in call in business.

You call in to order and you pay over the phone, arrive when you're told you food will be ready, then spend another 10-15mins on the drive thru to speak to someone who tells you to go wait by the front door, and you wait another 10mins or more. Total time spent here to pick up dinner was at least 30 mins. Not the best experience.

Theyvare Way too slow and at times rude

Food is good. The problem is there is no curb side pick up. I ordered that catfish po boy today. I was at mindenhall and my moriah. They insisted I pick up at drive through.. Drive all the way to collierville and had to wait another 20 minutes in the drive through. You would think with the inside closed the drive through would be alot faster and that they would have curb side pick up. Never again till they get curb side pick up.
