I
stopped
into
Southwest
Gold
and
Silver
for
the
first
time
today
on
a
whim.
I
had
a
shipment
of
coins
coming
in
the
mail
today
and
was
out
of
coin
flips.
I
usually
buy
online,
but
the
last
flips
I
ordered
were
garbage
and
were
sent
back.
I
didn't
catch
the
name
of
the
guy
at
SW
Gold
and
Silver,
but
he
went
out
of
his
way
to
dig
through
some
boxes
and
sort
me
out
enough
flips
to
get
me
through
the
weekend.
He
charged
very
little
for
the
lot.
He
could
have
easily
dismissed
me
as
an
insignificant
sale.
However,
he
treated
me
as
if
I
were
buying
the
most
expensive
item
in
the
store.
To
me,
this
says
a
lot
about
a
person
and
their
establishment.
It
is
refreshing
to
find
a
place
that
still
has
excellent
customer
service
standards.
As
more
of
a
numismatist,
I
usually
shop
at
other
locations
for
coins,
but
when
it
comes
to
bullion
purchases
I
will
be
returning
here.
