Their tacos are trash... Have no meat and a lot of lettuce, cold and stale... The drive thru girl don't know how to do a split payment... Lately their customer service is poor...

The worst! Wanted to charge me for onion rings after telling me they are out of fries, jalapenos, TACOS, chicken and I receive restroom napkins. If you are out of things at least make a good sandwich. Not excited about this at all!

On July 19th 2023 at 10:00pm order#920839 I was at the drive thru picking up my mobile order and the little black kid taking orders was extremely rude he asked for my name 3 times so I decided to spell it out he proceeded to yell at me "JUST FOLLOW THE LINE" while I was spelling my name,as a paying customer I would expect respect from the employees. If yall would hire respectful adults instead of rude teenagers yall would have better reviews and business. Please do something about that disrespectful kid.

I'm a grave yard shift person. 75% of the time I go here there is always a problem where they can't take my order. They say they only take uber or system is down.

Bad really bad. I still haven't go back for my milkshake that was forgotten.When I get there hope they don't act like a foul to get my milk shake I pay for.

I absolutely love me some jack on those days where i don't have to cook. Great food especially the spicy jack chicken sandwich. My faveee.

When ordering the ultimate bacon cheeseburger, you'd think they would put more than a single piece but noooooooo. This location has screwed me out of my bacon twice now. The food was fresh though.

They are the only jack in box that seems to have a operating shake machine but the homestyle chicken sandwich about broke my teeth off the fries were soggy and cold and was incorrect we ordered 2 curly fries got 1 and paid more .why has jack in the box gotten so bad

Fast food place but I never seen a jack in box taco that just got slap with s##t and this ain’t nothing my burger had a hair in it .

Went on 10/20 @ 1056pm. Ordered 16 tacos 4 plain and dry chicken sandwiches and a drpepper I got my chicken sandwiches and a coke with only 9 tacos. Tried calling several times with no answer.

If I wasn't hungry ill taken a picture. Most of my pickles was on the outside. He just seem like he ready go home. Maybe his feet hurt.
