The girl at the window told me thats all the fries i can get in a medium. she said if i want nore fries then get a large but they all are not full to the top smh...getting like McDonald's

Highly disappointed!!!!! BEWARE! I ordered a Cobb salad and it came with a piece of plastic in it and a fly as well. I actually took a bite of my salad and bit down on something hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and examined it noticing it was a piece of plastic and thought well maybe it is a part of the container because it was really hard plastic. I continued eating and began to pick through the lettuce for meat and eggs only to flip over a piece of lettuce from the bottom to find a fly wedged in the crevice of a piece of lettuce. When I say disgusted, I’m beyond that. For a company that prides themselves on fast quality service, this is not the experience I had today. I am grossed out and beyond disgusted.

The service at all of the Chick-fil-A locations is always great. However, the food my wife, daughter, and I had at this one was by far the best we’ve had! This is also the first time I gave the Chick-fil-A sauce a try. Let’s just say I’ll be requesting that sauce each time I go moving forward!!

This location at 6:35 PM the foods was almost like room temperature. The French fry was not hot The chicken strip is like room temperature too. I spend almost $40. I can go somewhere better for that amount money. The fun part is when I talked to the manager. She didn't do anything either. So I have to let her know Please, made my second order hot.

Our first and only poor experience at any Chick-fil-A. We ordered our normal go-to options and were sorely disappointed. The food tasted like it was cooked in day-old grease. And the lemonade was watery. I hate wasting money, but we could not eat that meal. 😒

This place is kind of a hit and miss. Their food is usually pretty good, but today was not good at all. They weren't busy, so I'm not sure what the issue was. Chicken soup had bad chicken pieces in it and it was really watery and salty. They also forgot the Kids meal toy...

management really needs to care and talk to kitchen staff about trying to discreetly remove bits of bacon whenever they make a salad and then realize it has requested no bacon. some people cannot consume pork because of religious reasons.there’s definitely always a lot of bits that don't get taken out. regardless they should really be more considerate about that as it’s contamination, even if they managed to get all the bits out. i know the staff would get annoyed if a customer held up the line and inspected a salad every time to check for pieces of bacon. if waste is a concern then a method of being able to save that salad for the next customer that wants bacon should be used if not already done so.

If I order a egg-white grill that’s what I expect to get not a egg-white on a biscuit Lucky it was still delicious but still not what I paid for

Didn’t realize until i got home, but they basically gave me a medium amount of fries inside a large container when i ordered a large. So don’t bother ordering large because they will skimp out on you. Also i placed my order for pick up 15 minutes before i arrived and still ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes to get my food after i arrived. This chick fil a needs some work.

Usually, the quality is great, but im not sure what happened this time. The salad wasn't the best quality. I got a bunch of ends and tasted sour. I hope they're not changing to a lower quality lettuce.

I have never felt so snubbed. Ordered three meals. I asked for ketchup and chickfila sauce to be given 1 of each. So I said ma’am we have three meals can we have three more? She said something to a coworker and Gave me 10 more sauces. It was a snarky move. No one said ‘my pleasure’ when I said thank you. We got no napkins. The fries are Cold. And they forgot our drinks. When I went back for the drinks I was not apologized to. Nothing. Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. PLEASE fix this. I am an avid supporter and fan. But not this one.

I ordered breakfast this morning on the mobile app. It stated “ please be here before 10:30 or your order will be cancelled” I arrived at 10:26 and was told my order had been cancelled. They already charged my card and it’s still pending to receive my money back ( I assume). So no food, no apologies, no explanations nothing. I’m a signature member and eat here all the time but that was very wrong and disappointing. Doesn’t seem like the “chic fil a way” but then again this particular location has messed up my order quite a few times. I don’t think I will be returning.

This is my home Chick-fil-A. I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes in a wrap around line. Everyone is always so polite. The rewards program is not as great as it used to be, and prices have much higher. Still, we are highly devoted customers. I would love to see a tea program here (10th free large tea). This is and has become the #1 rated fast food family oriented restaurant in America, in my opinion. Love ❤️ this place!

Always great service. But on this day it started raining and all the workers had to go inside. I ordered my food pulled to the window and the food was on them that day. I love this place.

Always such a great experience at Chick Fil A, the food is just absolutely delicious and the staff are just lovely. Thanks again Chic Fil A for another great experience

I have been going hereFor many years nowAnd I didn't know they were closing for refreshing the restaurant until Earlier in the week. Glad to know they do this for their cleanliness! And I'll be so HAPPY when they reopen because I miss my Cobb salads and my chicken nuggets whether they're the fried ones or the grilled ones they're both delicious. This is one of the very few takeout places I will go to . Anxiously awaiting!!!!👍🤗

They wont cook fries well done. I'm done spending $14 for a chicken sandwich and floppy fries. I will come back when I see they cook fries and nuggets well done again. Corporate needs to forget the ESG and listen to the customers.
