Went because of all the good reviews. This office is way to fast paced. Workers audibly gossiping being negative while you're picking out your eyewear. The doctor rushing. Then they put all these add ons that are optional to your final cost making it look like it's one included price, when in truth all the extra options added to the lens are optional and should be asked if wanted before charging... therefore make sure you get your itemized receipt and not just the little handheld print out. You have to ask for your prescription print out, they don't give it to you. Overall not feeling this place although I loved the rustic vibe.

The team at the Krugerville Clarkson Eyecare location were amazing. They took the time to explain everything to me in a kind manner. As a first time customer with eye disease, it was refreshing. Also, the ladies in the front went above and beyond to help me with a temporary fix on my vehicle to ensure I got home safe. Talk about top notch customer service.

Dr. Blansett knows what she’s doing and explains everything in great detail and don’t hesitate to ask questions. Holly is a great technician and knows exactly what she’s doing, too. Explains frames, lenses, etc. She will do what’s necessary to find what you are looking for. All office staff are very pleasant and helpful.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Marsh, and he was wonderful! He listened to my concerns and gave me some solutions that I hadn't heard before. As always, the staff was friendly and helpful. I've been going to this practice for years. Why would I look anywhere else?

This is my second year coming to Clarkson Eyecare and this year was even better than last. The friendly and professional team up front checking me is were wonderful and answered any questions I had . The young lady( don’t know the title, sorry) whom had me look through the machine for my eyesight rating was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly as well. She always made sure I was comfortable and explained what she was about to do! Dr. Yeh was a delight. He is very competent and caring. He asked a lot of questions and explained everything to me. He even took photos of my eyes for good measure. This was taking a step above and beyond because I have many issues with both my eyes which I 95% get my eye care from many specialists at the Dallas VA. And when it came time to pick out my frames for my glasses and other offers; the help and advice I received from the nice, professional and informed staff for that part of my visit was great too. I highly recommend this wonderful and intelligent team at Clarkson Eyecare! I plan on returning every year! A++

The doctor and staff are very helpful. The office staff stayed late to accommodate me when I decided after they locked up to buy new glasses. The eye examinations are thorough and I have always received helpful suggestions and treatment for various conditions.

Dr Blansett and the assistants Holly and Holly always are the best! We feel like we are going to visit family when we go in for our annual eye exam. We appreciate their professionalism and their comraderie.

I would have given 5 stars but they need more options for frames. Friendly staff and eye doctor took time to explain what showed in my eye exam. Overall, great experience.
