I came here to check for specific items that I needed for dinner. I found several of my ingredients here and got them for our dinner special. I found that the store was fairly well organized and the shelves were stocked nicely. The self check, check-out cashier area was clean when I went through it. The ability to move quickly through the area was okay with the cart.

Don’t go to this location and expect to be able to get anything from the deli. The past 3 times I have made special trips to this location just for the deli I have left empty handed. I’ve tried going on different days and even at different times to try and get served. None of which ended up with me able to get anything. This is a 20 minute drive for me each time, all a waste. If you want deli meat save yourself time and effort, go somewhere else.

Store is nice and typically clean, but the pricing is always really high. The only thing worthwhile is if something is on sale (and happens to be in stock). However, they are better than Tom Thumb at keeping stuff in stock that's on sale.

8:20 in the evening, door by the pharmacy was locked, front door was closed and you have to enter the store through exit door. On top of that, I paid $10 more than what I normally pay at Walmart for for my allergy spray! HEB we need you in Flower Mound.

Walked into Krogers yesterday looking for a particular item and none on the shelf. Found a young man named Ramsey who found some in the back. He was very cheerful, funny, and enjoyable to talk to, and that is what reminded me why I like shopping at Krogers. Also, Donald and is another great man at Krogers. Donald is the most absolute wonderful kindest professional employee there.

I placed a pick up order a day in advance and when I arrive at the store, they did not have my order ready. I was a little confused because the app displayed that my order was ready. I’m super disappointed because I live 15 to 20 minutes away and it’s not very convenient to have to keep driving back. Gas isn’t exactly cheap right now.
