For the most part I enjoy living here. Unfortunately there are some things that are annoying about these apartments. Most of the doors around the building, specifically the garage and building entry doors do not properly shut or open. They are aware of this, but haven’t made a conscious effort to properly fix them. They fix them enough work for the moment until they break again. They claim to enforce parking rules (guest/resident parking) but I know they don’t. Residents with yards and dogs leave their poop for days sometimes weeks, smelling horrible and creating an eye sore— I’ve complained several times, but apparently not enough for the residents to be held accountable for it. The garage ventilation system doesn’t work on certain floors and hasn’t for the entire year I’ve lived here, most likely because they’re missing belts leaving the garage hot and stuffy. Other than that, nice location. Management is very communicative with apartments news/updates. They have several nice events for residents.

The apartment are good but the leasing staff are not at all helpful. The apartment has a RFID key to enter and the lock died of battery and they say that they raised a ticket or request to fix it. They don't know by when it would be fixed. I can't enter my apartment till then. What if this happens during night time or when the office is closed. The pool has literally no maintenance. The floor of the pool is very dirty and no wonder I don't see any one using it

Recently moved into lucia. Be ready to pay the trash violations because i was charged 25$ for not bringing the trash can inside even though the trash was not picked up. You need to bring back inside all the dirty trash again if not picked up or else you will be charged and the staff were very rude.

Moving is never easy but the Lucia properties are so beautiful they immediately felt like home. Not only did I find a beautiful apartment but I had fantastic help. Kirstin made the whole process as simple as possible from start to finish. She was so professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. If anyone is looking for a new apartment I highly recommend.

It's been about 3 weeks since my move-in, and I couldn't be happier with the complex. Fabulous apartment, great community amenities, and a stellar staff have made the experience easy for me. They're prompt to respond to any questions/issues, and the complex is well maintained. Huge shoutout to Kirstin for all the help, and patiently answering all of my questions!

I’ve been touring apartments for the past three months continuously and something about this complex grabbed my attention more than anything! The staff was incredibly welcoming and so helpful, Destiny gave me so much information on exactly everything I had questions for. 10/10 experience with Lucia Apartments!!

I love it here. Kirstin, Destiny, and Casey are super nice and helpful. If you’re looking for a nice and convenient place to live in Frisco (1 minute from the toll way) this is a good place to check out.
