Hotel is nice, rooms are clean, most of the workers are friendly and helpful. When I checked into the hotel the front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. On my 2nd morning I found that the hair dryer in the room did not work. I called down to the front desk and asked if another hair dryer could be brought up and was told no, one was not available and the only way to get another one would involve having to get one from another room but she did not offer to get have that done. Overall the stay was nice but I think the situation could have been handled better.

Excellent service, comfortable beds and very clean room. The location was great, there were several restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread impressive, much better than the average Home2 Suites. The staff was responsive and helpful and the pool area is very nice. There is even a dog park, exclusively for hotel guests! We highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on our next trip through Plano.

One of the best Hilton hotels I stayed in. From the moment I entered, it smelled clean. Sure enough I checked in, was met with friendly service, was provided complimentary water, went to my room, and was satisfied. From the entrance to the elevators to my room, it was all clean. Bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. It was also very quiet. 10/10 would recommend and return here.

Great hotel. Will definitely go back if I am in the area. Very comfortable rooms, everything worked and staff was excellent. I travel a lot and most of the time i don't notice unless they're either really good or really bad. The staff was really good.

Home too. Sweets by Hilton when you're on the road is an amazing, safe, awesome place to stay. I got to love the Hilton's. They always do it the right way. You can't go wrong when you're staying at a Hilton location. Thank you for always taking care of me

Stayed at this hotel with extended family members while in town for a family reunion. The pool and outdoor area have plenty of spaces for conversations and family time. The rooms were very clean modern and new. Connecting rooms have more space for family time. The breakfast had a lot of hot options. The staff was very professional and friendly.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room, including the shower was so clean! There is a little kitchen area with dishes and a full size refrigerator. The rooms are large too. I felt very safe there and the staff were really kind. The breakfast had really great choices. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great. To start off i want to thank the supervisor there when we arrived. She was great. Very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, beds had fresh sheets everything was great. Breakfast was also really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
