UPDATE:
12/31/2023:
We
still
come
here
about
once
or
twice
a
month.
The
fish
soup
is
still
very
good
and
tasty.
However,
they
reduced
their
menu.
My
favorite
pickled
mustard
greens
and
green
beans
appetizer
are
gone.
Really
wish
for
them
to
bring
it
back.
If
you
want
more
numbness,
ask
for
extra
peppercorn
and
spicy.
They
will
try
to
accommodate
you.
I
still
recommend
this
place
and
planning
to
return
next
week.
This
restaurant
is
still
a
5
star.
———————
Okay.
We
discovered
this
new
restaurant
for
a
few
months
now
and
we
were
just
waiting
for
it
to
be
opened.
It’s
called
Chinese
sauerkraut
Fish.
I
didn’t
understand
the
name
but
my
curiosity
got
me
excited.
So
today,
we
decided
to
dine
here.
The
place
get
pretty
crowded
really
quickly.
We
got
really
lucky
and
was
able
to
grab
a
table.
We
ordered
their
special
soup
and
got
the
vine
numb
flavor
with
tilapia
for
2
small
bowl.
When
they
brought
out
the
soup,
OMG!
It
was
in
a
HUGE
fancy
white
bowl.
It
was
so
pretty
and
the
presentation
was
outstanding.
I
was
in
awe
the
second
they
put
the
soup
bowl
on
the
table.
I
can
see
so
many
interesting
ingredients
with
all
sorts
of
fresh
spices
such
as
fresh
Sichuan
peppers,
dried
chili
peppers,
tofu,
etc.
The
flavor
was
outstanding
and
burn
my
tongue
at
the
same
time
because
I
couldn’t
stop
drinking
the
broth!
It
was
that
good!
We
also
ordered
chao
quay
which
is
fried
Chinese
bread.
Let
me
tell
you,
by
far
one
of
the
best
chao
quay
I
ever
had.
I
honestly
love
this
place
and
can’t
wait
to
bring
my
family
here.
The
only
complaint
I
have
is
they
serve
us
with
tiny
plastic
spoon.
I
wish
they
use
the
regular
Chinese
soup
soon
instead.
Next
time
I
may
have
to
bring
my
own
soup
spoon.
Also,
they
serve
everything
paper
plates
and
plastic
cups.
I
hope
they
use
regular
dishes
in
the
future
to
help
the
environment.
