Needed to pick a place to stay quickly. Luckily we picked here. Even though we already live in Fort Worth, we had a great time escaping into the historic district of Fort Worth and staying in an OLD, historic house. The host was super sweet and accommodating, and a great cook! It was also nice petting their two huge sweet dogs! Might return one day!

WOW! I want to live here! I stayed in two rooms during my last minute (literally) reservation. Both were amazing! My sister joined me on Sat and was equally impressed. We were in need of TLC, a home away from home, a shoulder to lean on. We received all that and more. The staff was great. The food was phenomenal. Lodging was beautiful. We are literally already planning our next stay!

This was my first experience at a B&B. It was one of the best experiences ever. From the moment you walk in, you just feel at home. The attention to detail for the guests, the decor/antiques just make the homes, so cozy and the stay so wonderful. The neighborhood is cute and quaint. Parking and getting in/out is super easy . We stayed in the magnolia room, the bed was super comfortable, the sheets incredibly soft. The snacks and water/drinks, coffee, tea, bar, pool towels, board and card games etc were all a nice touch . Breakfast was crazy delicious and one of the highlights . We enjoyed the pool and all the cute little cozy spots to sit and sip coffee or read a book. Kelly and her husband are fantastic. The dogs are super friendly . We literally had the best time and I can’t wait to go back again. What an amazing staycation !!

This was similar priced to a local 4 Star Hotel but miles above it in service and little odds and ends that shows Kelly cares about the little touches. From the bottle of wine and cookies in the room, the soda in the hallway fridge, to the breakfast served every morning. I actually feel like I got my money's worth which I have never felt going to a 4 star hotel. It was also quiet with no kids running all over the place like in a hotel. If I am back in Ft Worth would gladly stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at the Rosen House Inn. The ice storm delayed our plans, and we weren't able to stay in the Fairmount suite the whole time, but Kelly was very accommodating. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. The bathroom in the Fairmount suite is incredible. Breakfast was exceptional. Great food and service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to folks.

My wife and I loved staying here. The owner was so accommodating and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The stay surpassed our expectations (and they were high to start with). As far as location goes, it was Fantastic and we walked everywhere. We would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t stay anywhere else on our next trip. Enjoy!

The Magnolia Room was charming and comfy. Kelly and her staff provided excellent service and delicious breakfasts. The location made it easy to access everything we wanted to do in Fort Worth. And, of course, there were the delightful Rufus and Nellie! We would definitely stay at Rosen House again.

We had an awesome stay at the Rosen House Inn! We had a late arrival and self check in was a breeze. The beds and pillows were top notch and we had a great night of sleep. The next morning, Kelly was extremely accommodating to our dietary restrictions with breakfast; we absolutely loved it! Highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful stay at a lovely home with a yummy breakfast. It's in a convenient location, close to everything we wanted to do in Fort Worth. Great price too! Not the host's fault at all, but the other guests returning from their adventures at 2 in the morning woke us up when they came up the creaky stairs. :) Other than that it was just perfect.

We love the Rosen House! Kelly and family makes everyone feel welcome to their Bed and Breakfast as if we are family. Highly recommend it. Great place, fantastic location and wonderful walkable restaurants nearby. Great place to stay while in Fort Worth. Tasty breakfasts and great coffee too! 😊 ☕️🍳

You really can't go wrong with the Rosen House Inn! It is a beautifully maintained manor with uniquely cozy and comfy rooms, elegant decor, warm employees and amazing breakfast that puts to shame any complementary hotel breakfast! It is located near the main st where some of the most amazing food and drinks are in fort worth and just a hop and skip to the stockyards. You really are missing out if you don't stay at this inn!

My stay at The Rosen House Inn was wonderful! The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The entire house is decorated perfectly! My gluten-free breakfast was delicious. It is close to many attractions in Fort Worth, including the Dickies Arena. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Great stay at the Rosen House, it was our first experience staying at a bed and breakfast. We will definitely try others, based on our experience. Cold drinks in a refrigerator, large private bath, wonderful homemade breakfast, and pool on premises. Much nicer than staying at a hotel.

My daughter and I stayed here for the night in advance of a move to another City. The house is lovely, the grounds pretty, beds and the rooms spacious. Kelly thoughtfully offered us an early breakfast to allow an early departure for a long drive. Excellent choice to stay for a night. And conveniently located to the Magnolia Street area. Would highly recommend it.

My husband and I took a short trip to Ft. Worth as a babymoon before our second arrives. We chose Rosen House Inn based on prior reviews and wanting to stay in a place that felt like home versus a corporate hotel. It definitely did not disappoint!! The room/bed was very comfortable and you could tell every small detail was well thought out (down to having a sound machine in the room and waters in the mini fridge upon arrival). The host, Kelly, was very hospitable and made us feel right at home. She made incredible breakfasts (literally best eggs Benedict I've had) and was wonderful to talk to/provided us and other guests with recommendations on what to do during the day in the area. Her inn is close to many great food places in Ft. Worth. Overall, this was probably our favorite place to ever stay for a vacation, and we are already talking about staying here again when we are able to.

A friend and I booked the Fort Worth room a couple of days before we stayed, and had a great time. Kelly made us feel right at home, and the breakfast was quite good. So was the location...close to downtown Fort Worth and all the highways leading to other places. I will definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing visit at the unique and lovely Rosen House Inn. From check in to check out, it was seamless and Kelly and Christina have thought of everything a guest could possibly need. The dining room has a huge grand dining table set with china, crystal goblets, and cloth napkins with rings. Grandeur from another era. The breakfast was served there and it was fantastic! Christina gave us some history about the house that was built in 1909 and it was fascinating. My husband and I had the Fairmont suite and the bathroom was huge and beautiful. Cold water, wine, and snack, as well as freshly baked cookies were always available. Just incredible! Thank you for having us!

The home was dripping in charm. It was like stepping back to the early 1900's with every room. The host paid attention to all the details. Even me being gluten free. Breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly. We can't wait to return!

The Rosen House Inn will definitely be my place to stay when I visit the Fort Worth area. They were so welcoming and over all wonderful. The Inn is quiet, unique and beautiful! And Rufus is quite the sweet host!! It honestly felt like visiting friends' home ❤ It is within walking distance of restaurants and the neighborhood is quiet and felt safe to walk. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

You will not find a more thoughtful, cozy and welcoming inn than this one! It felt like home complete with a resident k9 named Rufus - the most gentle of all giants ready to be your friend. Kelly and her staff of stellar women are so kind, considerate and treat one another and their guests like family. The breakfast menu is custom tailored to your needs and taste and they have snacks, wine and cookies spread out amongst the house for guests to enjoy as they please. The poolside is delightful in the afternoon. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated with antiques and treasures. The Rosen House comes complete with a wrap around porch, lawn and garden for outdoor leisure as well as private gated parking. The location is set in an adorable residential neighborhood of Fairmont and only a 5 minute casual stroll to Magnolia St. home to the 5star BBQ restaurant, Heim (our favorite!), Avoca cafe and many other dining and shopping options. Owner/Operator, Kelly, is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly, cheerful and helpful. I honestly can't say enough good things about this B&B! A truly welcoming home away from home in an authentic historic inn that will surely exceed your expectations. We will be back. Thank you for such an incredible experience, we'll never forget this place! ❤

I was only able to stay one night at the Rosen House Inn, but I will definitely be back the next time I am in Ft. Worth. The hostess was very gracious and offered tips on local dining and shops. The homemade breakfast was delightful and made all the better with the addition of sweet Rufus, the resident house-dog. The overall charm of the home, the surrounding area, and its proximity to everything Ft. Worth has to offer made this a most memorable stay.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay one evening at the lovely inn and had an absolutely great getaway. Kelly is such a lovely person and has been running Rosen House for 10 years now! Her breakfast was divine, with delicious french press coffee, fruit, muffins, eggs, bacon, and so much more. We didn't get to partake, but the pool looked amazing as well! Don't hesitate booking a stay here! We shall return!

Thanks to Kelly and her staff for a very pleasurable stay. Communications were excellent prior to arrival and our self check-in was fast and smooth. Our room was nicely appointed and the little extras which were provided such as cookies, a bottle of wine and a rose bouquet were greatly appreciated. She was also hosting a neighborhood Halloween party our first night and was gracious to include us. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. We will gladly recommend the Rosen House to family and friends when they need a great place to stay in Fort Worth.

Hands down one of the best B&B we have been smim all of our trips. Located in a quiet and green neighborhood 10 minutes away from the Stockyard and 5 minutes walk from Magnolia Ave (plenty of restaurants, bars and shops). This beautiful Villa from the beginning of 1900 offers a few rooms, a beautiful garden and a communal area for breakfast (which was very delicious). The room was spotless, full of vintage charm but with all modern life's commodities. As said breakfast was out favorite time of the day: yummy homemade and abundant. The staff is caring, polite and welcoming... As a plus Rufus (the house dog) is the sweetest 4 legged companion. We would definitely come back to the Rosen House Inn. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a tremendous time staying here. Kelly is a very kind and caring host who truly cares about her guests experience. The house is beautiful and the attention to detail in the decorations is impressive. We felt pampered, seeing cookies and wine in our room as well as additional snacks, drinks, and coffee being made available to us. The breakfast is prepared with dietary restrictions and preferences in mind and it was so delicious!! Kelly makes you feel at home during your stay. The communication process and instructions leading up to the reservation was very clear and informative. Check this place out if you are in the area!!

The Rosen House Inn was a great base for exploration of Ft Worth. Our upstairs room was very spacious, with a full couch, coffee table, and chair and cafe table. The bed was a king and just the right firmness. Big bathroom with tub or shower option. Nice views to the street from two sides. Breakfast was top notch and gave us a chance to meet the staff, the owner's mother, and other guests. Just 0.4 miles to Magnolia street, so we walked to dinner. Definitely a great deal at a reasonable price.

I had to come into Fort Worth for a training and a quick overnight stay. I booked here so I wasn’t in the midst of the city & had good parking & such. Kelly was amazing! She stayed in touch before, left clear instructions on how to get in, and even made me a to go breakfast because I had to leave early in the morning for the training. The room was clean and came with cookies & a bottle of wine. Overall, it was a great experience & would love to stay again!

Wow! The Rosen House Inn is an outstanding place to stay! The room included an overside bathroom, large tub and shower, and an extremely comfortable bed. We slept great! Kelly was so sweet and made sure we had the best stay. We weren't able to enjoy her breakfast, but she was so kind to pack us a to go bag full of goodies for our hospital stay. We will definitely be back and share the Rosen House with all of our friends! Thank you Kelly for your hospitality!
