I can’t speak highly enough of this place. We always take our two Rottweilers to dogs rule, they have a great time and come home exhausted. The staff is amazing and take great care. We recently went on a two week vacation and one of our dogs was vomiting and not eating while we were overseas without service. The manager Amber took her to the vet at 10pm after not being able to contact us. She spent the better part of her night with Korra our 130lb rottie. Korra was diagnosed with pancreatitis and given medication. Dogs rule monitored Korra and provided her with the proper medication. By the time we got cell service 3 days later Korra was doing much better, dogs rule had it under control. Once again I would like to thank all the staff that work here they are great people.

I used this pup place when we went on vacation. I was pleased with the facilities and camara's they have to check on my fur baby. When I picked him up they could tell me how he adapted and noted some cute mannerisms my pup has. I really appreciate the personal care he received. Don't hesitate because you can rest easy with this place.

We use Dogs Rule Resort for occasional doggie day care and boarding 2-3 times a year. For a dog that enjoys playing with other dogs non-stop, it's a great environment. They do a good job of monitoring the pups to ensure they're all OK and will separate one if they get too over-stimulated to give them time to calm down. The facility is clean and the people are friendly. They will also bathe and trim nails (for an extra fee). Love that they have live webcams at all times so you can check in on your pupper. Great place!

Dropped my dog Sitka off for a "playday" and I never felt more comfortable leaving my dog anywhere then I did today. From the time we walked into the door till the time this fur mom left, we were treated with absolute above par customer service. The sign up was quick and easy and the cost is excellent and competitive for the area and what you get. I was able to get all my errands done while checking in on my dog throughout the day. Finally after 4 hours I seen my dog putter out and take that well needed relaxing lay in the sun. Having been able to run her at the dog park to all of the sudden going back to work this is a great way to break up your dogs need for exercise. With being able to give her "playdays" 2xs a week and then take her to the dog park she will be tired and less restless while I have to work. Thank you for treating my dog and I with great care and Sitka says woof woof! Hugs!

Good option to leave your dog when heading out of town. They have a nice backyard for dogs to socialize. They notate your meal instructions, frequency, and what to give at certain times. You can take your dog’s bed, food and leash, and they would take care of it. Overall great option to leave your hairy child in the middle of Keller. 😀🐾🐕🐶

This place is so fun! It was Teddy’s first day he was so excited to go and he had so much fun! They are so nice and Teddy was happy when I picked him up. I love that you can call and check on your pup and also get a pawgress report which was so awesome to see how your puppy did! You MUST try this place! Your dog will love it! The staff is all very nice! I’ve already recommended them to several friends!

This review is not getting 1 star only because the staff is nice. Now, let me start by saying that my wife and I are perfectly okay with and agreed to separate one of our dogs during day care because he can be reactionary towards other dogs at times. However, what we are NOT okay with is placing him in a kennel ALL DAY with no walks and ZERO attention from staff. In addition, the staff lied to us over the phone about the attention he would be receiving while separated from the other dogs. We know the staffed lied to us because their website allows you to watch your dogs via their cameras and we watched our dog receive ZERO attention nor was he walked all day. How did we know it was our dog on the camera? Because when I was there to pick him up, my wife saw staff on the camera getting his leash and walking the same dog we had been watching all day on the camera cooped up in the same kennel. No potty breaks, no walks, no attention. It is unacceptable.

We brought our dog Brook here to stay for 8 days while we were out of town. My husband and I were very impressed with the whole experience. Thank you for taking such good care of our dog. We were able to watch her on the web cams and I was happy with the way the employees were playing with the dogs. This is a great place to leave your dog!

Loved it initially but double digit dogs are not allowed for boarding & no one will communicate this with you. Tried booking told two separate times and told that mgmt would call - zero communication. Very sad because my senior dog loved going. Just be upfront & notify pet parents instead of dodging phone calls with random excuses.

Great staff that takes great care of our Toby! I appreciate the larger kennel and the fact that Toby spends most of his day in the play areas with other dogs. Definitely our go-to boarder!

Great place to kennel your precious pups. They take exceptional care of each dog. We were able to watch our husky and lab daily interacting with other dogs and they washed both dogs at our request before we picked them up.

What a great place to send your fur babies for daycare. My grand dogs goes there. I love to watch them play and interact with other dogs. The staff is excellent!!!

Absolutely the best boarding facility in north Texas. The staff go the extra mile to make sure the dogs are taken care of, have their needs met and love them like their own. It’s clean, beautiful and has all the amenities a loving dog would want

We board our dogs here anytime we are out of town, and they always come home exhausted from all the activity. They have very reasonable prices and the staff are so nice. They have cameras too if you are worried about your dogs and can check in.

We have boarded our dogs at other kennels before and they'd come back lethargic and traumatized. We just left our two dogs with DRR for an entire week and they came back the same as when we dropped them off. It's evident the employees there care about dogs and listen to owners. Can't recommend highly enough. They also communicated with us about our dogs, sent us photos, and let us know how they did. It was a great experience and helped us vacation without worry. We have boarded our dog here & she also goes to daycare weekly. I love that they have cameras and you always see the employees interacting and petting the dogs. You can tell they actually like animals which I know is not the case everywhere. Staff is always very nice! Really happy we found this place 🫶🏻

I love bringing my dog here! We use their daycare services and they are always so nice and my dog Mavis has the best time! She comes home and immediately passes out from playing all day! Love it!

Great place for daycare or boarding your dog. You can check your dog while you are at work or away via six monitors covering outside and inside of the complex. Our two dogs did well not gaining or losing weight and came home bathed after a six-day-long board. Seeing them play and rest from a distance was comforting.

We’ve been using Dogs Rule on and off for several years now. It is the only place I feel comfortable boarding my dogs, I love checking up on them via webcam! Everyone who works here is so friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs. Thanks for always taking great care of Harley and Yoshi!
